Had lunch here with a colleague a few months back but it seems it was around the same time the restaurant got into some negative press for allegations of discrimination. I didn't notice anything untoward during my visit so I can't comment on that. Lunch was delicious though pricey. Given the location, it's what I expected.

The space itself felt like a Tulum restaurant in LA. Service was great and attentive. Food was yummy and had a Spanish flare.

Something about the pancakes really stood out--I'm glad I gave them a try! The Chantilly cream was amazing. That said, it felt a bit off that they were priced the same as a breakfast burrito... they're still just pancakes. I did appreciate that they let me sub avocado for bacon at no extra charge, especially since they don't offer any non-pork breakfast meats. The matcha, unfortunately, was a miss--bitter and watery. Wouldn't recommend it. Service was good overall, but I was surprised by the suggested tip amounts: 20%, 22%, and 25%--a bit high for the minimal service we received during a quick lunch for five. Everyone enjoyed their food, though, and the space has a rustic Mediterranean/Tulum vibe. Very cute inside. Parking is tough, and the nearby lots charge, but even with how busy it was, we were seated quickly. I would come back.

Amazing brunch and lunch spots in Larchmont Village. We found street parking that was free for two hours and relatively easy to find as well. The weather was great the morning we went and we enjoyed the walk over to the restaurant as well as Larchmont Village in general. A beautiful street lined with lots of shops and cafes. Arriving at Great White, we did not reserve ahead of time. However, it was pretty early in the morning (right before their 11 AM lunch service began) so we got seated immediately. Our server and the hostess were both incredibly kind and attentive. The interior of the restaurant is gorgeous, a very cozy and warm vibe. We ordered the breakfast burrito, swim club, chicken sandwich, and avocado toast. Everything on the menu looked delicious so we had a hard time choosing. The breakfast burrito was delicious and the perfect portion for breakfast. The swim club was a much larger portion with two halves of a hearty sandwich as well as fries. It is more suited for a full lunch meal rather than a lighter breakfast. The avocado toast had bread that was very crispy and a little bit hard to cut, but the avocado was very generous and well seasoned. Overall, highly recommend this brunch spot for some amazing interior decor, atmosphere and great food.

Shrimp pasta, lovely. Fresh bucatini, herbs and very crusty breadcrumbs. The hostess sat me almost immediately, at the bar per request. The waitress was less than attentive for a week night. Simple, beautiful and quaint aesthetic and the ambiance + outdoor seating is enough to see me again.

super nice little brunch spot! my mom, aunt and I came here for a cute day out with our dog and was pleasantly surprised by how good everything was. We sat outside on the benches since we had a pet with us-- a plus in my book because I'm able to people watch (lol). strawberry matcha was good, usually at brunch spots they're mediocre but i enjoyed the one here :). the food tasted yummy and fresh, loved everything we ate to be honest! The staff were so friendly and attentive. all of the people there are charismatic and personable Love the area that the restaurant is in, so many cute shops and things to do!! right next to salt and straw too if you are interested in a cold sweet treat afterwards.

Having dined at both Great White locations -- West Hollywood and Larchmont -- I can confidently say Larchmont is the stronger of the two, at least when it comes to food quality. There's a certain composure to this location that feels quintessentially Larchmont: an Aesop-esque "controlled cool," where the style is intentional but never try-hard. The interior design deserves its own applause. The space is wrapped in warm, beige-toned plaster that feels almost sun-baked, with softly rounded arches and recessed niches that give the room an airy, Mediterranean calm. It's equal parts Cycladic Greek island minimalism and coastal Spanish villa -- clean, understated, and effortlessly chic. The natural textures pair perfectly with the restrained color palette, creating a space that feels curated yet welcoming, like you've stumbled into a boutique hotel lobby somewhere along the Aegean. Even the bathrooms keep the aesthetic consistent, proving the design intent is thought through from start to finish. The menu has its hits and misses, but when it's good, it's very good. Over multiple visits, I've worked my way through the smoked salmon pizza, Margherita pizza, crispy chicken wings, brussel sprouts, shrimp pasta, bolognese, shaken iced latte with cold foam, and matcha latte. The pizzas hold their own. The Margherita does exactly what you want a Margherita to do -- solid crust, balanced tomato-to-mozzarella ratio -- but the standout is the smoked salmon pizza. Generous layers of silky salmon drape over a crisp yet tender base, accented by bright, herby notes and just enough tang from the cream cheese-like spread to keep things lively. It's indulgent without feeling heavy. The brussel sprouts are another highlight -- perfectly charred with a savory-sweet glaze that hits all the right notes, though a touch less salt would let the other flavors shine more. On the flip side, the pasta program here leaves much to be desired. The shrimp pasta reads flat, as if it forgot to show up to its own flavor party, and the bolognese, while perfectly serviceable, lacks the depth and richness that makes the dish memorable elsewhere. Given how inventive the rest of the menu can be, I'd love to see them lean into more creative, fusion-inspired pasta offerings. Case in point: the crispy chicken wings. On paper, they look standard, but the first bite tells a different story. The skin has that shatteringly crisp texture reminiscent of great Korean fried chicken, and the glaze -- a bright, slightly sweet, gently spicy sauce with whispers of yuzu and ginger -- transforms them into something special. Bonus points for the unexpected dumpling-like filling tucked into the meat, which adds another layer of intrigue. Drink-wise, the shaken iced latte with cold foam (oat milk only) is outstanding -- frothy, creamy, and so balanced you'll be thinking about it hours later. The cold foam is non-negotiable; it's what takes the drink from good to "worth coming back for." The matcha latte, however, is just fine -- not bad by any means, but nothing to write home about. You're better off going to a dedicated matcha shop if that's what you're craving. Service matches the ambiance -- attentive, friendly, and refreshingly unpretentious. All told, Great White Larchmont is a place I keep returning to, not because it's flawless, but because when it hits, it makes the kind of food and drinks you can't stop thinking about.

I would give 4 stars for foods but gave 3 starts as we were very disappointed by the service today. Our server Louie did not complete any of our requests on time- my husband asked for a new napkin and he said yes but never brought it so we had to ask another person. I asked for hot sauce and he said yes but never brought it so we had to ask another person again. Lastly, we asked for our check and he didn't bring it for a while. He was chatting with the girls next to our table and we had to remind him about our check. This is definitely not the level of service I expected at this type of restaurant and it ruined the whole dining experience. All the foods we ordered - salmon pizza, mixed chop salad, shrimp pasta, and cocktails were decent yet it still did't leave a good impression due to poor service.

This place was a great experience! But before I document the wonder of it, I will document the big woe that earned them four stars, not five. One time, I was at Jiraffe, a restaurant in Santa Monica that offered table cloth Mondays. If I remember correctly, the point was for the restaurant to go casual and thus more affordable. I took my parents on that night. My parents both ordered a bouillabaisse. Our server had just cleared the same dish from another table. He approached my parents and made a joke, "here is the bouillabaisse" while he presented the dishes that held remnants, an odor that decayed from grand to bad, and a general sense of I can do this because I know you can understand this lower level of service. I resisted saying something, and I regret not saying anything because it was bad service that I took as a comment against our understanding of what actual good service is in practice and process. Today, as I was enjoying my meal, my server Lo, or her name was something akin, passed me, as she had plates from another table that she had just cleared and was delivering them to the back. She asked me what I thought of my food, and I turned to her. Met her in the eyes, and then my eyes went to the plates that she was holding. I had a flashback. I saw the dead plates being carried to their new home to be reincarnated, as I did when I was in Jiraffe. She checked on me as a task, as she completed another task. I felt the cringe of the moment, I felt the odor in my nose. The act took pleasure from my eating experience. I do not expect for fish and sharks to obey my mind as if I was Aquaman, but I do expect not to be offered service or support, as one carries dead plates to their place of re-awakening. She did come back later and offered brief and polite conversation, and this is where I told her how much I adored the salmon coconut curry bowl I ordered that had bok choy and black rice, chickpeas and sweet potatoes. I will say that the Salmon bowl was one of the best plates I had in a while, and in fact in my life span. It had the vibrancy of the lemon, it had the pleasure of the sweet potatoes, it had the satisfaction of a slab of salmon, it was a medley of lovely flavors, and colors, it did not hit the spot, it hit the moment. I would go back here again to enjoy the bowl again, and hopefully this time my experience is not interrupted by plates that are being carried and stopped to greet me. I also ordered a Latte and added some honey to it. The cup came and it had a lovely heart creation on its top. I stopped to admire the heart creation, and I felt a genuine smile come. It was nice, to admire something that took time to create. And when I did take time to create I saw the beauty in the cup, I felt the cuteness of the effort, I felt the joy in the simple act of observing. In other words, I stopped to enjoy a cup of coffee from foam to last sip. The restaurant describes itself as an Australian- California Coastal, hybrid. When I was there, I thought it gave Greek vibes, cause of all the white and beach-vibe glamour. I went in for brunch but was transported to eclectic elegance in shades of cream. It was like I had entered a grotto, and ended up in siren's dinning room. In this dining room the siren does not swim or slither, her tails has turned into legs that are now wearing pants that are loose, embroiled effortlessly, and are paired with sandals perfect for a walk in the sand, but cannot be used in the sand because of their price. I felt out of place because I did not wear white, or had a big sun hat, or used dude or mate routinely in my sentences. I felt like a visitor in the isle of white-sandy comfort, unlike Olivia Newton job, I did not enjoy a summer night, but rather a grand summer day. This place is worth another visit, I have no doubt.

The food was so good! The outside seating was super cute and I didn't really understand why people had a problem with the service. Me and my boyfriend were seated where we wanted to be seated and had no issues

We loved the food and the service!! The pizza with smoked salmon was more delicious than we'd thought. I'd recommend getting the shrimp pasta it was . We also had the crispy brussels, which was okay, and so was the matcha. We got lucky and parked right across the street. Restaurant was wheelchair-seating friendly as well!

I saw this spot all over tiktok and decided to stop by for a late lunch after shopping in Larchmont. I was sat immediately. The decor is really cute and beach themed. The outside is probably better than the inside because it's really close quarters and i could hear all the conversations from the couples around me. But if you dont mind close proximity, it is probably fine. I started with the pisco passion: it was light, refreshing, fruity. It was perfect. I told my server i wanted something light and healthy with a little bit of carb and he suggested the chicken kebab--it was PERFECT. The juicy seasoned chicken came on a skewer atop a buttery piece of pita. The crunchy, fresh cucumber salad with the cilantro and mint paired perfectly and i loved the yogurt dressing. truly a perfect meal.

Good food and healthy brunch. Everything was tasty and didn't feel too heavy. Our favorite was the diavalo pizza. Burrito is decent, salsa was good. Pancake was fluffy and tasty fresh. It's a good spot if you want to feel satisfied but not stuffed to where it's uncomfortable. To say it's the best brunch in LA it's subjective tho. There's many good brunches for different types of tastes. If you prefer healthier it's probably a good choice then.

Reservations are required or walk ins are welcomed?

They are not required but recommended since it's so popular.

    Are dogs allowed?

    Only if they're white.

Can I bring my wine? How much is your coarkage?

Only white wine is served here. The corkage fee depends on where you're from. No, where you're really from. Wink wink.

    Are dogs allowed?

Yes but unfortunately Asians are not.

How's the parking at the Great White or nearby? Thanks!

There is street parking but during busy times it's full. There are two public parking lots a block away on both sides of the street. Cost isn't too bad but if you park in the underground parking it closes at 9:00 so pay attention to that. Enjoy!

    Beer & wine?

    Yes!

    Do you guys except walk-in?

Yes they do... We had a party of 9 on Sunday for brunch, without reservations and we were told the wait would be about 40 minutes. Fortunately, our wait ended up being less than 30.

Do they take reservations for brunch?

    What time does brunch end?

Can't walk out without trying this. 3. Beef short ribs: good but nothing unique in its flavoring . Beef steak(medium rare and super tender) that's lightly marinaded/glazed (so not overly sweet) with kbbq/short rib sauce. This is one of their fan favorites so I suggest you try it.. 4. Chilled Acorn Noodles: chewy cOLD noodles made with acorn (just like the acorn jelly side dish we eat). The noodles are seasoned with Korean Cho-go-chu-jang (Gochujang paste), crispy cucumber slices, loads of dried seaweed flakes, and perilla oil. And you just mix them all together. Sooo good and paired well with the short ribs. Incredible. 5. Bluefin tuna and trout Bibimbop: like a poke bowl but so much better. Very fruity and strong, but not overly so. Service was excellent. Our waitress was on it and even waited to make sure my husband was back from the bathroom before lighting our drink on fire. We didn't try any food this time, but a lot of people were ordering the Hawaiian pizza. Do with that what you may. Will definitely be back ti try more drinks and food. The bar staff know what they are doing and they are welcoming, chatty and chill. It feels like they actually want you there! My wife and I already love to swing by for a couple of post dinner drinks but we'll be back for some game day fun too - they have a bunch of screens. They don't do food BUT the couple who now own Her Little Bar also own a bunch of the restaurants nearby (Her Thai, Met Him At A Bar, and the recently opened The Night We Met). There are other great options too and whatever you go for, you can eat it in the bar. There's a good selection of drinks and the cocktails are solid. We already have a solid pub/microbrewery but this is a great bar with a different vibe. A bar has been in this location for years but we really love this new incarnation. The corridor between Wilshire Blvd and W 9th is becoming a great pocket for food and drink with good people looking for BS free good times and the Her Little Bar crowd, staff and management are a great example that. A welcome addition to the neighborhood.

They had a good selection of beers and my friends got their cocktails done perfectly. There was maybe one to two other people in this bar when we walked in. We had a booth all to ourselves. A good night at a solid bar in the neighborhood. I was a local, I'd be here more often.

Cocktails are strong and actually well done, but what makes it stand out is the experience. There's a learning component woven in, which makes it feel more intentional than your average bar. The drinks were strong (in the best way ) but still super smooth and enjoyable. Shoutout to Rich for being such an incredible host--he made our group feel welcomed, taken care of, and really elevated the whole experience. A couple things to note: there is parking available, but it is paid (you can either text to pay or use the kiosk machines). The experience itself lasts about 40-60 minutes, which felt like the perfect amount of time. The only downside for me was that the bathroom is shared for both genders. For safety reasons, I personally wish they were separate--so ladies, I'd recommend going with someone just to be safe. You just never know. They also give you a little treat afterwards, which was a really nice touch and a sweet way to end the visit! Overall, I'd definitely come back and recommend it to others

It's not surprising given the neighborhood and decor, but I think they lean towards more Japanese spirits and beers. For someone like me who's never been to Japan I feel like there's a traditional Japanese theme going on inside with lots of wood. A few friends and I came here on a holiday before dinner. Happy hour specials were still going on. I'm not sure if they thought they were gonna get that much business on a holiday but I think there's only maybe one or two people behind the bar. Since it was early when we got there, it was still not that crowded. I got the special which was a shot of Japanese whisky and a beer. Great price! Haha. I've walked by before where this place is really crowded so I assume there's a lot more people working behind the bar during the regular busy hours. Just a great place to grab drink drinks.

No exceptions, as I witnessed a family who really wanted to come in but had an 18 yr old so they weren't allowed in and because they had a minor with them they couldn't even sit outside in their seating area. Always good to know. Inside the bar got super busy. The inside was a bit dark but again it is a bar. I like the decor and the bar seating was packed. The drinks were good if you like whiskey they have it along with lists of beer options. Nice spot to try out.

I had placed a phone order, for pick up; upon arrival, I found the service was prompt. I saw my food ready to go, just past the main walk-in area. Almost immediately after that, I was taken care of by the host and on my way. I've been waiting to try this place for ages so on the drive back to work I was excited to steal a piece of meat from the bag. Initial bite flavor was good, meat was tender just a bit on the chewy side.. I wasn't bothered by it too much as I'd have to leave it in an oven warmer at work. Trying to keep food warm, in doing so, I knew there'd be only two possible outcomes, melting tender or either tough & dry. So, the dish of meat and rice sat in the warmer for almost an hour hour and a half. The downhill slope.... Set the "meat " on the veggies and began to eat. Meat after meat, I kept experiencing the same exact texture. It was the same exact rubbery chew, I initially tasted. Each and every piece was the same exact flavor. There was no peak, there was no pitfall. If you cook or grill, you know this is a red flag. Normally, consistency would be a good thing, a Master craftsman type experience, but this was NOT it. As go on, I get the sinking feeling, this can't be real meat. I lock in, the deeper I dig, each piece looks the same, broken apart the same, tastes the same, just various shapes. They can call me crazy for this one - I'll stand by it. Something is not right here. I'm not even going to throw it away. I'm going to study it for the next few days and post an updated review. I hope I'm wrong but as of right now, I'll never revisit this place. Too freaky of an experience. We
