My friends & I came here for brunch & made a reservation. It was a really hot day, & were sat outside. They do have shades, but it was still pretty hot, so I'd recommend sitting indoors during the summer. The restaurant is cute & has some really nice outdoor scenery that's perfect for pictures. The food came out on time, & the portions were good. I had the steak & eggs...the eggs were good, but the steak was overcooked. We also shared the mini pancakes, which were cute but pretty plain & needed the toppings for extra flavor. The bread was also very hard & didn't taste very fresh. The staff was attentive & friendly. Overall, I'd say this is more of a cute, aesthetic brunch spot. It is definitely on the pricier side for the taste, but the scenery $ atmosphere are worth checking out. I also noticed the cocktails looked really good, so I'd love to try one next time!

Wagyu burger was delicious! Good portion, not too overwhelming and absolutely loved the fries! Was surprised they included gloves to eat the burger but appreciated it in the end especially at how saucy it was haha

The babaganoush was good, I really liked the bread it came with. I just wish it wasn't so sweet. The overnight oats look really cool and special but taste so incredibly mid that it's shocking. Nothing we ate that day was special or good enough to keep us coming back and wanting more. This was a one and done type of place. It's not at all worth the hype.

Had a lovely weekend brunch date here! The dining area is modern and refreshingly green. Almost feels like a different world from the surrounding area, in a good way! Our service was prompt and friendly. Both our drinks were very good; I had the red velvet, which offers a fresh raspberry flavor and goes down as easily as fruit juice! They even include a prosecco shot on the side. Drink it on its own or mix it in for a nice sparkling touch :) My steak and eggs were also well-prepared and hit the spot. Will definitely swing by again if I'm looking for brunch in the area!

Love the atmosphere here and it's always packed! The food is a hit or miss though. I would recommend getting a couple plates and sharing all of them. Mango dragonade- it was yummy!! Mango, dragonfruit and a splash of orange juice Orange juice - freshly squeezed, classic Baba ganoush- it was sooooo good: kind of on the sweeter side. Wish they gave more bread with this though. Syrini with mango custard- I was trying to decide between this or the crepes with ricotta and passion fruit custard. It was really good for the first couple bites and I got tired of it and wanted to eat something else. Def better to share this. Tuna salad sandwich - so good! It wasn't too cold and I say that because typically I don't like salad sandwiches because they're cold. My friends really enjoyed the Humshaka here so I'll try that next time.

My friend recommended we check it out as it was on our way to The Grove. The aesthetics were cool. After a 30min wait the staff was able to get us in with no reservation. We didn't expect this as there was a line going out the door and it was a hour and a half before closing time. Hats off to the staff as they were clearly juggling a lot yet remained friendly and attentive throughout the whole experience. Dishes were decently priced but taste wise they didn't really stand out. Cappuccino on the other hand was great.

I came back with my mom after having a pleasant Sunday brunch experience with my husband the week prior. Today's rating: 2.5 We ordered two beverages and the glasses for the water were not properly washed, marked with lipstick stains. I ordered the skirt steak (medium rare) & eggs (sunny side up) and the omelette (crab with bisque). The skirt steak arrived cold and was difficult to swallow. The salad was not fresh; I would rather have the restaurant take the radish out if the quality/ freshness isn't there instead of throwing it on for the aesthetic or garnish. It was extremely dry and appeared to have been sitting out for some time. The sourdough in the picture was extremely stale and dry. The omelette itself was decent but the roe left an unpleasant fishy aftertaste. I'm wondering if it's because of the recent heat wave or if there is an issue with proper handling and storage. There were no servers checking in on us throughout the meal despite having five different employees within our section ( patio area by the staircase). Perhaps, the servers were tired from the lunch rush upstairs. I overheard a female server asking the large party to write a positive review as they were all coming down the stairs. I was a bit disappointed at today's quality of food and lack of service. The total for two beverages, omelette, a cold steak plate, and a take-out sandwich came out to be $120ish.

I came across Mood on Third after seeing a ton of great reviews, and I totally get why people talk about it. The vibe is real. It feels lively, multicultural, and honestly kind of fun just sitting there and hearing different languages all around you. It makes the whole experience feel a little more elevated and interesting, like you're part of something happening. We didn't have reservations and still got seated right away, which was a huge plus, but MAKE RESERVATIONS because that's literally the first thing they ask and it just makes everything smoother. Service is where this place really shines. I'm not exaggerating when I say it felt like there were multiple people taking care of our table at all times. The staff is incredibly attentive, constantly checking in, asking what you need next, making sure everything is moving. The food came out fast too, which I appreciated. You can tell they're really on top of their operation, and the energy from the team is genuinely warm and welcoming. Now, the reason I can't give it a full five stars is the seating situation. It's tight. Like, really tight. You are basically side by side with strangers, close enough to hear their entire conversation while they hear yours. You can actually feel how slightly uncomfortable people are when they first sit down, including us. I get that they're trying to maximize space, but it definitely takes away from the overall comfort. As for the food, it was good, just not something I'd personally come back for. It didn't wow me flavor-wise, even though everything looked great and came out quickly. Also, I always find it a little funny when they immediately ask "sparkling or tap," because you already know they're trying to nudge that bill up. Not a dealbreaker, just something I notice every time. Overall, I'd give it about a 4.5. It's absolutely worth coming at least once for the vibe and the service alone, but I do think the food could use a little more flavor to match everything else they're doing right.

The place was great. It looks modern and fresh, I really like the stylish design. We came around 11 am on Sunday and it was pretty busy, so I'd recommend booking a table in advance. We didn't wait long though, just like 5 minutes. Service was quick, everyone was super nice, and everything looked clean. Food was really good. I got the ricotta crepes with passion fruit curd. It was a perfect mix of sweetness. Crepes were fresh and my cappuccino was also really good. We tried baba ganoush too, it was interesting and nice to try. My boyfriend got the hash brown plate and added 2 eggs and bacon. He really liked everything. We would definitely come back again, just next time with a reservation.

I was looking for a place to celebrate my birthday and this place looked cute. We got there and it looked busy. They know what they're doing in terms of an aesthetic brunch spot. The service was fine...For food we ordered the following: Croque Madam, American Breakfast, and Steak sandwich. The steak sandwich from what my mom said was fine and filling. My grandma was shocked by the THICK pancakes. I was able to try one of their pancakes and they were okay but a bit too thick for my taste. The croque Madam was so filling oh my god I underestimated it for sure. The sandwich was crispy and cheesy. The sauce on top had no flavor and the egg was well cooked. Would I get the croque madam again? Probably not since it's a heavy meal. Their Syrniki with mango custard is a very pretty plate. I was excited to try it and sadly thought it was plain. The custard was good but I don't see myself going out of my way for this dish. Their butterfly latte is good and I did like it. The best thing that I tasted here was their Dragon Fruit lemonade drink, it's tarte and rich with fruity flavor. This is a very "LA" place. Would I come back here? I don't think so. It's a place to go for just aesthetics.

My friend and I went for brunch on Monday morning. There was plenty of street parking (pay by text) on 3rd street. It was a great space, open, cute/trendy, and plenty of seats. The host asked if we had a reservation but luckily it wasn't super busy and they were able to seat us. Server was nice and friendly. We wanted to share the pancakes or waffles but the server recommended the passionfruit crepes, which were delicious. The ricotta was very light and sweet and the heavy passionfruit sauce complemented it perfectly. We ordered the following: - Mooood latte- there was a dragon berry cold foam on this iced latte. It was very good. - Mimosas - Eggs Benedict- the eggs on this benedict was cooked perfectly. I really enjoyed this dish and it was also a very big portion. They gave me the option of putting a protein on it but I just had it as it was. - Tartufo Scramble Sandwich- open sandwich with mushrooms and eggs with a perfect balance of truffle. I enjoyed this dish too. With 2 mimosas, crepes and everything above, came out to about $100. I would definitely return as I would like to try the other items. Both my friend and I enjoyed our brunch at mood.

Sometimes, you walk into a place and roll your eyes and say: "That's so LA" Sometimes you walk into a place with a smile as you look at the food and go:"That's so LA!" It really shouldn't take you long to figure out which I did when I ate here. This is exactly the kind of food you SHOULD find in Beverly Hills, and all credit due there is quite a lot of joy to be had when you eat here for breakfast. Our server was patient while we very eagerly parked to sample their offerings, and I really have to talk about the way it felt like the way our food plated, it was if we plucked it straight from a gourmet cooking show. And the way everything tasted fresh was enough to make my taste buds beg for more, I'm very sure you'll be in a good mood after stopping by. While the prices initially made me raise my eyebrows, with the quality I'm getting, I completely understand the LA experience now. Cheers!

Dragon friut cream latte was good. Mango puree and syrinki is interesting. It's quite good for brunch. But I think the looks are better than the taste. The ambience is nice and chill. Similar vibes as great white.

I strolled in, I walked straight to the bar top, sat down, placed my napkin in my lap, ordered a burger, a side of fries and of course L.A's FINEST tap water. We also got the French lobster roll ($26) a decent, but not groundbreaking, sandwich with a spicy sauce. One of our children got the tomato soup ($10) which was phenomenal - creamy and tomatoey - and paired well with grilled cheese. FOOD Bubble Waffle with Pistachio Gelato (5.5/5): Omg! I didn't know they have egg waffle here as well. It's a classic Hong Kong street food that I grew up with, you don't really see it around. The egg waffle is tasty, it doesn't taste bland and not overly seasoned (it has the egg custard-y taste, not too sweet), and it has a light crisp outside. I had a gelato to pair with it. The pistachio flavor is yummy, it has chopped pistachio nuts inside so the texture is rich. If you have a sweet tooth, pair it with a scoop of gelato, they compliment each other well. *finish the gelato first so it doesn't make the egg waffle loose it's crisp Pastrami Brisket Sandwich (5/5): They recommended me the Pastrami Brisket Sandwich and the prosciutto one, I haven't had lunch so I went with the pastrami- it was good. The bread is pretty soft and it's decently portioned, you could share the sandwich. It's a simple sandwich that's healthy and flavourful, you don't feel heavy after eating it. I like that it's not messy to eat (not overly saucey)! They hold the fillings with the little wooden sticks. AMBIENCE Sitting is spacious and clean, it's at the corner of the mall so it's not too crowded. There is enough space to put your shopping bags if you're trying to grab a quick bite around. Service is quite decent, the staff recommended the right stuff. It didn't take a long time for the food to be ready, good for grab and go. OVERALL I think it's a casual spot that serves healthy quick bites, it's a good option to sit down after or in between a shopping spree. It's not loud so you could definitely hold conversations here.

It doesn't matter if you're working at a small coffee shop inside the Beverly Hills mall or at Tiffany & Co...people want to feel welcomed. She's young and seems like she has a lot of potential, but she comes across as unfriendly and uninterested. A simple smile, greeting, or even a warmer attitude would completely change the experience. Because the cheese was not sharp enough to penetrate the bread flavor and the meat was not deep enough to do the same. This was a (delicious) bread first sandwich. With the price, I didn't feel like asking for a "re-do," but I chose wrong haha I will try this place again and get something with less bread dominance. This is still 9.2/10 sandwich....I just happen to eat 30+ sandwiches at restaurants every year. The pasta? Super good! There were 4 of us so I stole some bites. Definitely try if you aren't use to AUTHENTIC European sandwiches. You're in for a treat.
