Breakfast company you are a hidden Jim. First of all, I love your decor. The designer must be recognized. Every corner of your restaurant sets a different vibe, and creates a unique niche. The food is also amazing - especially the Japanese spicy chicken sandwich which was a thick cut, juicy, and perfectly crispy chicken sandwich. Gosh, just a thought of it makes my mouth water. This has to be my favorite chicken sandwich in town. The grits were also fabulous. I believe you are the only place SoCal that serves grits. The Thai chili flavoring made it a stand out. The fried rice Benedict was also fantastic. Might go to Benedict moving forward. Finally, the breakfast flights were also phenomenal. I am generally a savory dish type of gal, but I do crave some sweets i.e. pancakes. The breakfast flights are a fantastic compliment to my breakfast/brunch. What's unique about your breakfast? Flights is that you can choose from a variety of pancakes, waffles or French toast. Overall, I had a wonderful experience here at breakfast company. Will be seeing you quite often.
What a fun and high-energy place! The staff is so welcoming. There are plenty of seating options - indoor and outdoors. The interior design is bright, fun and effervescent. And there is EVERYTHING you could ever want for breakfast. Including a large amount of special breakfast beverages - including boozy ones. This IS West Hollywood after all. I was here for a business meeting so just coffee for us. But it was good and strong and regularly topped off. I went light - two eggs scrambled with cheese and bacon. Both were just as I ordered. My client had an omelette, which was so pretty, and she said it was very good. It's not earth-shattering food, but I don't think it's trying to be. It's good, not crazy expensive, comfortable, welcoming and one of those places where every person in your party will find something they like. I also think it might be impossible to be in a bad mood here. It's just got that kind of vibe.
The Breakfast Company A quick heads-up before you go: parking was a little confusing at first. If you park on the street, make sure to pay the meter! But if you park in the garage behind the restaurant, they'll validate your parking ticket, so you won't have to pay. As for the food, it was decent overall. The coffee I ordered (not pictured ) was a little watered down, but the ambiance was really nice and relaxing. The highlight of the visit was definitely the staff--they were incredibly friendly, upbeat, and made us feel so welcome. Great vibes, great service, and I'd happily come back to try more from the menu!
Had a nice brunch here! The atmosphere was cozy and welcoming, with cute dog pictures around the restaurant. Everything was very clean, including the bathrooms, and they have a really nice outdoor seating area. We ordered the California Breakfast Burrito, which was very tasty and filling. The only downside was that the house ketchup tasted too sour. We also got the BC Flights, and I picked the S'mores Waffle, Tiramisu Pancake, and Churro French Toast. All three were delicious and absolutely perfect if you have a sweet tooth! Our server, Steven, was very attentive and friendly throughout our meal. I also noticed they have their own brand of Prosecco, which caught my attention. Definitely planning to try it on my next visit! Great food, cozy atmosphere, and friendly service. We'll definitely be back!
What an awesome find! This is officially my new favorite breakfast spot in West Hollywood. The vibe here is fantastic--light, refreshing music that's perfect for a relaxed Saturday morning breakfast. The location is great, and they have outdoor seating, which makes it even better. The place is also beautifully decorated, so if you're into snapping a few selfies while you're out, this is definitely the spot. The coffee was fresh, hot, and delicious. Our server, Keisha, was absolutely awesome! She kept stopping by with refills on coffee and water, was super friendly and attentive, and had a great sense of humor that made the whole experience even more enjoyable. Breakfast Company also has a big menu with tons of options--especially if you love waffles, pancakes, and creative breakfast specialties. There's so much to choose from and everything sounds amazing. They also offer a nice little selection of "breakfast drinks," which is a fun touch. I ordered the seasonal omelet with sautéed seasonal vegetables, served with house potatoes, and it was incredible. Honestly, my mouth is still watering just thinking about it! If you're in the area and looking for a delicious breakfast with a cool vibe, definitely stop in. And if you can, ask for Keisha--you won't regret it!
Stopped by The Breakfast Company on Wilshire and was thoroughly impressed! The vibe inside is bright, modern, and energetic--a perfect spot to kick off the morning. The menu has a solid mix of classic morning staples and updated twists. Everything came out piping hot, beautifully plated, and packed with flavor. You can tell they pay attention to the details, from the quality of the coffee to how crisp the bacon is. Even during a solid morning rush, the team was fast, friendly, and attentive. Parking along Wilshire can always require a little patience, but the food and experience make it completely worth it. Will definitely be adding this to the regular rotation!
Chill and quirky vibes. Love the Pink theme!! Has garage parking 60 minutes free with validation! Solid food and nice employees that checks on us and how we enjoy our meal. Solid place to eat by yourself, or with family and friends! Would come here again for the friends that love to chat and eat a good meal. But not a wow-ing out-of-town friends type of place. For me it is 3.5/5 (rounding up to 4/5) What did we eat (2 ppl = ~$75): * (4/5) Gravlax - Limited Time Special - they toasted the everything bagel just right! For once a bagel doesn't hurt when I bite into it - just soft enough. Fits perfectly in hand. The house-cured salmon was supple and delicious with the herbed cream cheese, sunomono pickles, smash avocado, red onion and capers! Would pick this again if I can't find anything else that seems good. * Side - Egg - I also got a side of egg and use it on my last slice of bagel which made it taste better. Nothing noteworthy. * (3/5) Meat lovers Omelette - a bit disappointing with salty meat * Side - toast - soft but nothing note worthy * (4/5) Side - buttermilk pancake - I would eat this again IF I can have that house jam from the toast alongside the syrup! Feels like something is missing from really making this stand out in taste. * OJ - fresh but nothing noteworthy Came around 1pm on Saturday Valentine's Day. Inside was /very/ loud, can't hold a conversation inside without turning up volume. So we sat outside outside near roadside - still loud but manageable. Good service especially for how busy they were. They did give strong preferential treatment to the regular despite us being ready for a while. Seats? Plenty of seating indoor and outdoors. Great for single, small and large groups. We sat outside. Approx 2 minute wait. Locals and visitors all come here! You can dress up a bit, matching outfit, suit your personality, or a casual day out. Restroom? Yes; decently clean and good size. Has disposable toilet seat covers & diaper changing station. Accessibility? Yes; has bars in restroom, good size entry and dining spaces outside can be moved around Parking? Yes. Street parking ~2 hours - may have to pay depending on day. And sheltered parking garage behind it that 60 minutes free with validation. Be careful if you have a low ride car because of the slope going in and out for retail customers is not low ride car friendly.
This is a very good brunch spot. Definitely the establishment you'd think about on a random Tuesday at your miserable job and miss your time at west holly wood. Very busy and fast pace but even better and faster service. We ordered the meat lovers omelette with country potatoes, brioche French toast, and tiramisu pancakes. We also ordered a cold brew coffee and vanilla iced latte,both 10/10. Everything tasted fresh and carefully crafted. Our server was attentive. The music was going and the vibes were good. Whenever we're back in town it's a must go to and eat there again. (P.S DEFINITELY A CUTE DATE SPOT!!).
This spot used to be our favorite when it was " BREAKFAST REPUBLIC " we had our faves on their menu. Apparently they changed it to BREAKFAST COMPANY - they said its same owner. But their dishes are not the same at all. Pancakes were all right, s''mores waffle and that rice Benedict was disappointing. I was hoping to get their cafe d olla at least but it's not on their menu anymore. If you are looking for great meal and have some epic taste this is not for you. All though their decorations are cute. Our host at the other hand - i feel like she doesn't know what they have in their menu. When we ask for Mexican mocha she hesitated if they have it and i have to show her that its on their menu I dont think i will visit this place again, but thank you.
This is our second time here and it definitely won't be our last! We're not even from out here but make sure to always come eat here when we visit! The food is always sooo delicious, Nicely presented, and so much flavors! That's not even the best part, the staff is always so AMAZING and kind, KEVIN IS THE BEST! Kevin is always so nice and sweet, great personality, can hold a good conversation and is always so nice to my kids! Going out now day to restaurants with kids, people aren't always so nice but Kevin is always so welcoming and making my kids laugh! Thank you Kevin! We will see you again! Also, the restaurants ambiance is so cute and welcoming!
I ordered a medium ribeye and was served this, looks like it was boiled or something. It was honestly the worse steak I've ever had and it immediately gave me liquid diarrhea when I got home an hour later. The pancakes were great though. I'm not sure how they're alright with sending this out of the kitchen.
This place has great service, food and ambiance. We came after hearing about this and we sure were glad we did. We had OJ, raspberry tea, eggs and a flight of peach French toast, blueberry ricotta waffle, and banana almond pancake. The flight was delicious. The vibe was very cool and the service was excellent. This may become our every Sunday Brunch place. Thanks Breakfast Company!

Stumbled upon this breakfast spot when I was in the area and I'm so glad I did! We were seated right away and from first glance at the menu there were lots of yummy looking options! The churro French toast are absolutely incredible! My mom sister and I all agreed that they were the best thing we've eaten in a while! No syrup needed they are perfectly sweet, soft, and fluffy. Everything else was really yummy also! Our waitress this morning was super quick and attentive. It looks like she was handling a big area all on her own running back and forth but she did a great job! We will be back! read more

The Breakfast Company is fun, cheerful and bright spot to come for a delicious brunch and merry-mosas! Food: Always delicious! I recommend their Brioche Breakfast Sammie, yum! Service: Good! Friendly Servers who are polite and make you feel special! Ambiance: As I mentioned earlier, fun, cheerful and bright! You don't need to wait for Sunday Funday to have brunch. I wandered into the Breakfast Company, woozy and hangry after getting my blood drawn at a hospital nearby. It was not a researched choice, just what was open within walking distance from me--but oh man, their coffee saved me from just dissolving into a puddle of tired goo on Santa Monica Blvd. I ordered a veggie omelet with sausage added, which came with a side of crispy potatoes and toast. It looked and felt like a big portion, especially at 10 in the morning... but you bet I straight-up devoured everything, smothered in their hot sauce, and licked those plates clean. Only after I stuffed my face did I notice the quirky interior. That and the friendly staff were the cherry on top. I loved the WeHo-ness of it all. I have more lab tests lined up, so I know I'll be returning. What a cute little gem of a place! read more

Yum! Great ambience, great service! We got both ordered the chilaquiles and my nephew ordered the waffle. One of the employees gave our doggie chicken treats. She was so sweet. Another employee brought the bowel of water to our dog. All I can say, pet friendly, human friendly and very attentive employees. We had a great morning, and a good place for breakfast. read more

Absolutely loved the vibes at the brunch spot. I really enjoyed their Breakfast Flight with buttermilk cornmeal waffle, fried chicken mashed potatoes, and crème brûlée French toast. I love the variety of both savory as well as sweet breakfast items here. Everything was well balanced and fresh. The service was super sweet and the place is beautiful. Running errands this morning, my partner and I decided to opt for convenience, and remembering that Breakfast Republic became Breakfast Company a little while back, and not fully knowing what that meant in real-world terms, we decided to give it a go. Glad that we did; our server was Keisha - also one of the managers as it turned out - and she was an absolute delight. Knowledgeable about the menu, lots of great suggestions, and to an almost comical extent, recommended to us our respective favorites on the menu... so much so that I listed the three suggestions she made and asked her to bring me one - any one - of them. My partner had the grits and they were about the best we've had. I had a mashed potato waffle, which is exactly what it sounds like, and it was really fantastic, unique, and hearty. The coffee was good, the food was great, our server was delightful, and the vibes were just on-point. I work a few blocks away and as we left, Googled it to realize they ARE open for lunch (until 3pm), so I suspect I'll be stopping in for lunch in the next few days as well... it's actually BETTER than it was as Breakfast Republic, which was a pleasant surprise! read more

We decided to venture into Hollywood from the valley to try out a new spot and boy are we glad we did. The customer service from the start from our amazing waitress Claudia was just the energy we needed this morning. Then came the food - everything was eaten quickly because it was just that good. This place is decent if you're looking for breakfast in the area. The French toast was the best thing - super sweet and saucy (definitely on the heavier side). The scramble was OK nothing too fancy and had all the right veggies. The sweat sausage isn't worth it IMO. Decent black coffee. Potato's were slightly crispy. Staff was super nice and funny + treated us to a nice celebration for our bachelorette celebration! read more

What an incredibly pleasant surprise !! The Breakfast Company came to the rescue for four of us today ! What started out as an attempt to eat at Max & Helen's, which then turned into a chaotic mess and NOT getting to eat there, ended by one of us doing a Yelp search for where else to go... and THIS place popped up !! Everything about it was truly meant to be. Breakfast Company has a listed phone number, which Max & Helen's doesn't. Breakfast Company has a parking garage immediately adjacent to the restaurant. Max & Helen's has no parking anywhere normally, and try getting close enough for even a drop off on a Farmer's Market Sunday... can't get ANYWHERE NEAR it, and when one of us, namely ME, has a bad back and knee, well, walking a distance is a no-go for me. The Breakfast Company was super easy to access. Oh, and now for the piece de resistance... there was NO wait on a Sunday... we could even dine outdoors in their wonderfully large COVERED patio area, and there was even a table for FOUR in the shade !! Be still, my heart !!! Mind you, Max & Helen's only claims to be a 4-star establishment, while this place teeters on almost 5 stars. The proof was in the pudding cuz we've now eaten here, and I'm definitely awarding a 5-star review. Starting with all of the above and of course the most important aspect, the food. It was delicious, plentiful, and we loved what we had. Since we were going for brunch, we were all in a breakfast-y mood. My cousin ordered the Brioche Breakfast Sammie, which included 2 eggs over medium, bacon, avocado, gruyere cheese, garlic aioli on brioche toast, and was served with house potatoes. It sounded fabulous (but it had bacon, which I can't stand... don't hate me), so I didn't taste it... but all the other ingredients sounded yummy. She loved it. I didn't hear what her boyfriend specifically ordered, but it looked similar to what I had, which was called The American. My dish had 3 eggs, which I requested scrambled, linguisa sausage (which I had never had before), the house fries, and an English muffin with their homemade jam (which was DELICIOUS). The eggs were light and fluffy, the sausage had a lot of flavor, and the potatoes were so well seasoned with a perfect light crunch to each bite. The jam was so good on the English muffin, but I was so full that I couldn't eat much of it. My husband ordered The Goat, which was an omelet, which had caramelized onions, bacon and goat cheese in the omelet, and it came with the house fries, and he got wheat toast with his meal. He raced through his meal, so I know he really enjoyed it (plus he was hungry!), but he wasn't a fan of the goat cheese... just personal preference, nothing that they did wrong. While the service was fine, I didn't love our waitress. She wasn't bad, but I wouldn't say she was good either. She was just okay. I felt like she wasn't super familiar with the menu, and she didn't return for drink refills. Her appearance at our table was minimal at best. I had regular iced tea, and my husband had coffee. We could've both used more, but we just drank water instead. Nothing horrible, though. However, my annoyance grew once I got home... that's a first for me. When I came home to write my review and looked at the menu to make sure I wasn't forgetting to list all the ingredients in our dishes, I saw online that there was a SPECIAL... it was a smoked salmon and bagel dish, and SHE DIDN'T EVEN MENTION ANY SPECIALS EXISTED !!!!!!! THAT upsets me because THAT is truly what I would've ordered !! It is the quintessential brunch dish in my opinion. How could she have not told us? And how was I supposed to ask, "Do you have any specials?" I never think to ask because, gee, the waiter or waitress usually tells us. Anyway, I was upset about that, but I had no idea back at the restaurant. Normally, I'd probably mark down for service issues, but I really was so pleased with everything else about Breakfast Company, I'm in a generous mood to keep this as a 5-star rating. Plus, I noticed how other waitresses (servicing other nearby tables) were doing their jobs perfectly... and better than our waitress for sure... like getting water bowls for little fur babies... or returning to refill human water glasses. All in all, though, if we're ever in the area again, I'd return here in a heartbeat. It really is a GREAT place, and they let you eat, relax, and enjoy, and it's a great way to spend a Sunday afternoon. read more

OMGDNSSS!!! Excellent food, service and atmosphere. The chicken served with my Orange Thyme Waffle was superbly fried. My colleague had the Peach and Almond French Toast ...SCRUMPTIOUS! WE FELL IN LOVE WITH MARQUIS! He took care of us like we were VIPs. We will be going back very soon. PS They validate parking for nearby garage. read more
Had the best breakfast experience here hangover aside. The server was on point and patient with our questions and any needs. I really liked that there were a few options to choose from for me as a Vegan or great options as well for vegetarians. I really enjoyed how small but welcoming this place is it really pulls you in and that bar is nice. I went with the vegan omelette and it had a lot of flavor and the house potatoes were an excellent side to this. I will probably keep having dreams about that jam they gave with the sourdough toast I got. 10/10 experience even though I was feeling the hangover tremendously at this time. read more
I rolled in this joint one early Sunday morning wearing a tank top and shorts totally misjudging the fact that although the sun was coming out, the weather was bitterly cold. I was happy to get a little booth by myself and try out the Breakfast Company, which has an incredibly interesting menu especially if you are gluten intolerant. Being Celiac for 26 years, breakfast became an afterthought as besides eggs, which I never quite learned to love, breakfast menus are very difficult besides a fruit cup. Healthy but boring. That has changed in recent years as I have had some incredible gluten-free waffles, pancakes, and French toast for that once a year (maybe twice a year) splurge. Waffles, in particular pancakes, have always been in my opinion a food item that is really just an excuse to put a bunch of interesting things on top masquerading as food when actually it's a dessert. The BC, which for me stands for Before Coffee, joins a couple other restaurants in LA that serve a very tasty and light waffle that doesn't leave you wondering why you ate more than half of it. When you have to make tough choices because a number of options sound great you know you are off to a good start. I ordered the GLUTEN-FREE CINNAMON RAISIN* topped with choice of bananas foster. Not sure if the asterisk means yummy, but it was my first French toast in years and I believe, having bananas foster in New Orleans where it is an art form, one could put bananas foster on an old shoe and it would be decent. This GF French toast was no old shoe and this is meant to be a compliment although it looks and sounds weird. The French Toast was delicious and I did not struggle at all to devour my meal with my latte thawing me out with each bite. In any event, very friendly server plus really nice interesting dining areas made this experience worth repeating warming my insides after I made the bone chilling sartorial blunder. Ok was hungry one morning and decided to give it a try. Parked right infront of it and went in. Service is amazing , very friendly staff and very accommodating, I asked for a replacement on the steak and eggs plate and she happily made it for me. The steak was cooked perfectly and the lime gremolata sauce was perfection. Now for the coffee, just try the golden state latte, it's a warm hug in a cup. Amazing and healthy for you too. I really liked it , was a bit pricey but I really enjoyed the food and the coffee was amazing. read more
