I really didn't know what to expect when I came here. Brunch sometimes can be a hit or a miss but Eat This is a hit. The food is so light and fresh and tastes really healthy and not heavy. I got their new chicken Cesar wrap and it really did not disappoint. It was crispy and umami on the inside wrapped with a super soft tortilla. My husband got the breakfast burrito and he loved it. I got to take a bite out of it too and it was really good, lightly crispy because of the hash brown inside and we added avocado. The blueberry toast too was a treat and very unique. You could really taste how Fresh the blueberry jam was. Elevated piece of toast! The sourdough was also perfectly crispy and buttery so it added to the flavor. I need to come back and try the strawberry matcha latte. I was so hungover today I couldn't fathom putting caffeine into my system. The freshly squeezed orange juice was much needed and so refreshing. It's so busy every time I drive past here and the wait has not let up since they've been open since 2012. I assumed the trade off would be food quality but I was completely wrong. Th Grand Marnier French toast was Top 3, not 3. Probably the best french toast I've ever had. The orange flavor was infused into the toast and not overpowering, but the perfect compliment. The turkey sausage was a little dry but I chose that as a healthier alternative to bacon, so I won't be overcritical. The bottomless mimosas were straight to the point and a good mix of juice and bubbles. Our server was kind and attentive. They offer indoor and outdoor seating along the sidewalks which gives it a nice neighborhood vibe. It's a quick and casual little brunch and lunch spot that was even better than we were expecting. Our server was very polite and everything that we ordered came out pretty fast. They do have a good size menu with a lot of good options on it, there was more than I expected there to be. Inside is not very large, there aren't many tables, but service is fast so I'm sure the tables turn quickly. I did not see any outside seating, it was all indoor. There is not a dedicated parking lot, street parking only. We found metered parking on the same block of the restaurant otherwise parking may be a bit tricky. I started off a BBL, which is an iced coffee with brown sugar, banana syrup, and cinnamon. It was honestly really good and I would go back in there just for that alone. For my breakfast, I chose the Crab Cake Benedict and added avocado and really enjoyed it. The crabcakes were almost crispy and they had a lot of flavor to them which I really enjoyed. My eggs were cooked exactly as I ordered them and overall, I thought it was a really nice meal. It is a bit more expensive than I expected it to be, we did start with a pair of the Corn Ribs, which were a nice start but everything was just a little bit pricey. Walked into eat this cafe with no high expectations, I had been recommended this place by various people before and I finally gave in to try it out! I entered like an hour before closing so it was empty but I heard it gets really busy during the weekends because of their bottomless mimosas! Great vibes here! I was in the area and came on Saturday around 11 am for brunch. Parking is slightly difficult, as it's just street parking but there is a neighborhood behind the restaurant and we found parking about a 1 min walk away. We absolutely loved the Home Fries; they're mini potatoes and so hot and crispy. We had to order another side of them!! Honestly, the food was alright. It was good and we have no complaints but it wasn't mind blowing. The flaming burrito is basically crispy chicken pieces, chips, and eggs and honestly it was the burrito form of the spicy chicken sandwich lol so we feel like we basically got the same thing. I would highly highly recommend getting the bottomless mimosas! I never saw a table with an empty glass and the server was on top of it walking around the restaurant topping off everyone's drinks even if they were more than half full! It's a great deal too - $22 for bottomless mimosas. Like I said before, the vibes in this restaurant were great. Very lively! The servers were all great and attentive. Made a reservation ahead of time so didn't have to wait, and a line did form eventually, so I'd recommend making a reservation if you're going for brunch. Started off with mimosas, as you do with brunch, and bottomless mimosas are $22 opposed to $10 for a single mimosa. Definitely a good deal! For food, we each tried something different. The omelettes are nice and full, depending on what you want in them. We had it stuffed with bacon, cheese cheese, mushrooms, sun dried tomatoes and topped with avocado. Eggs were cooked well for the omelette. The chilaquiles was topped with a verde sauce that was pretty tasty, but the tortilla chips were pretty soggy overall. Would have liked a little less sauce so you get that nice crispiness from the chips. Our last item was the flaming burrito with crispy chicken in spicy habanero sauce, 2 over-medium eggs, homemade ranch and cheddar cheese. The chicken was nice and crispy, and you get a little spice with the habanero, but the house made ranch really didn't come through. It could have used that ranch flavor to complete the flavor profile of the burrito. We came to Eat This after a morning hike, and it was the perfect spot to refuel! Even though we had a reservation, our group ended up being bigger than planned, so we had to wait a little. The staff was incredibly kind and accommodating. They really went above and beyond to make sure we were seated together comfortably as a party of 8. The service was awful - we waited 15 minutes at our table before being greeted by a server. The ambiance was awful - super loud music, loud drunk people (bottomless mimosas - not priced well if I'd add but we did not partake), and it smells like a sticky dive bar in there. They didn't provide the correct side for my partners meal so they brought it out. However, when the bill came they charged us for the correction and refused to take it off. The food was good, but the billing experience was extremely disappointing. I ordered a breakfast burger priced at approximately $20, yet I was charged more than $39 for my meal. When it was time to pay, our server presented a screen asking us to add an additional 3%, 5%, or 7% gratuity without explaining that a gratuity had apparently already been included. After our group questioned him, he reluctantly acknowledged that gratuity had already been added. I later checked the menu price of my burger because I could not understand why my total was so high. Based on the amount charged, it appears that at least $15 in gratuity was added to a meal costing approximately $19-$20.
