Amazing choice for brunch convenient to Hollywood. Came across this place while staying at the W Hollywood. I wanted a place with bottomless mimosas to save money and not be overcharged for staple breakfast items at the hotel restaurant. I assumed the trade off would be food quality but I was completely wrong. Th Grand Marnier French toast was Top 3, not 3. Probably the best french toast I've ever had. The orange flavor was infused into the toast and not overpowering, but the perfect compliment. The turkey sausage was a little dry but I chose that as a healthier alternative to bacon, so I won't be overcritical. The bottomless mimosas were straight to the point and a good mix of juice and bubbles. Our server was kind and attentive. They offer indoor and outdoor seating along the sidewalks which gives it a nice neighborhood vibe. Ideal spot for good eats without the luxury tax you would expect from Los Angeles. 10/10!!

Stopped in for the first time as a party of two for brunch on Friday and we both had a really nice meal. It's a quick and casual little brunch and lunch spot that was even better than we were expecting. Our server was very polite and everything that we ordered came out pretty fast. They do have a good size menu with a lot of good options on it, there was more than I expected there to be. Inside is not very large, there aren't many tables, but service is fast so I'm sure the tables turn quickly. I did not see any outside seating, it was all indoor. There is not a dedicated parking lot, street parking only. We found metered parking on the same block of the restaurant otherwise parking may be a bit tricky. I started off a BBL, which is an iced coffee with brown sugar, banana syrup, and cinnamon. It was honestly really good and I would go back in there just for that alone. For my breakfast, I chose the Crab Cake Benedict and added avocado and really enjoyed it. The crabcakes were almost crispy and they had a lot of flavor to them which I really enjoyed. My eggs were cooked exactly as I ordered them and overall, I thought it was a really nice meal. It is a bit more expensive than I expected it to be, we did start with a pair of the Corn Ribs, which were a nice start but everything was just a little bit pricey. It was almost $90 for a party of two, but I do think it is worth it if you're in the area and stop in on occasion.

This is a nice brunch/lunch place in LA. Food was good. Service was nice and attentive in the beginning, but got really slow near the end. Maybe they got busy or it was near closing time so they had to clean up. Our server didn't use any note taking device, so they forgot certain requests when the order got more complicated. * Cilantro Fire Shrimp Burrito 4.5/5 - The burrito was good. The shrimp was well seasoned with a small spicy kick. Some items was asked to be added on the side but not all was included. * Chilaquiles 5/5 - I really liked this. It came with chips, Spanish rice, and fried eggs. You can add pulled pork for $5 extra. The sauce was good, creamy and slightly spicy. * Dubai Chocolate Waffles 5/5 - Their twist on the Dubai chocolate. It came with waffles and strawberries drizzled with pistachio cream and chocolate sauce, sprinkled with crunchy filo pastry. It was pretty good! * Avocado Toast 3.5/5 - Kinda simple, avocado slices on top of sourdough toast, nothing exciting. They did hook us up with a lot of avocado, though. You can add eggs for $3.

My friends and I came here for brunch and the food was awesome! Their bottomless deal was definitely worth it if you're having more than two drinks. I had the most delicious pancakes & my friends had some huevos rancheros that were also delicious!!

Small brunch place where I highly suggest a reservation is made. The food is good however you may need to order more to keep up with the endless mimosas that keep getting poured as part of the bottomless mimosas package. The service is decent I must say. Unfortunately I did not get my full 2 hours of mimosas but more like 45 minutes because they were closing an hour after my reservation time. It's unfortunate but I'll keep the business hours in mind for next time.

I think the kitchen may open later u arrived at 9 am . Three people in store one server and I believe possibly an owner . They are cashless . They are quiet . There kitchen opens when the chef comes in I presume since seven minutes in and an order is being placed . If you want to work here there is plenty of space ! I've been here before so I know the food is good ! Mimosa fell flat zero bubbles but I'm just studying lines and it isn't a big deal ! Parking is around the area metered

Great vibes here! I was in the area and came on Saturday around 11 am for brunch. Parking is slightly difficult, as it's just street parking but there is a neighborhood behind the restaurant and we found parking about a 1 min walk away. We didn't wait at all for a party of two but honestly, I would recommend trying to make a yelp reservation here. It seemed to get pretty busy closer to noon and a few larger parties were waiting outside when we left. The place is super small and we were like no more than 8 inches away from the table next to us haha We ordered the Spicy Chicken Sandwich which comes with potato chips and the Flaming Burrito which comes with Home Fries. We absolutely loved the Home Fries; they're mini potatoes and so hot and crispy. We had to order another side of them!! Honestly, the food was alright. It was good and we have no complaints but it wasn't mind blowing. The flaming burrito is basically crispy chicken pieces, chips, and eggs and honestly it was the burrito form of the spicy chicken sandwich lol so we feel like we basically got the same thing. I would highly highly recommend getting the bottomless mimosas! I never saw a table with an empty glass and the server was on top of it walking around the restaurant topping off everyone's drinks even if they were more than half full! It's a great deal too - $22 for bottomless mimosas. Like I said before, the vibes in this restaurant were great. Very lively! The servers were all great and attentive. I had a great time here and will be back. Solid 4.5/5 in my book.

When delicious food meets great service and a chill and cozy ambiance. A definite must try!

First timer! The food was so fresh and delicious. Would recommend the ultimate breakfast burrito and blueberry pancakes. Very good, not greasy and good amount to share. The bottomless mimosas are the way to go and worth it. Service is fast and very attentive. The restaurant is very modern and has greenery. I will be back!

Omelette with avocado, cheddar cheese, mushrooms and sun dried tomatoes

Been here a few times and met a couple friends here for brunch. Long overdue for a review. Made a reservation ahead of time so didn't have to wait, and a line did form eventually, so I'd recommend making a reservation if you're going for brunch. Started off with mimosas, as you do with brunch, and bottomless mimosas are $22 opposed to $10 for a single mimosa. Definitely a good deal! For food, we each tried something different. The omelettes are nice and full, depending on what you want in them. We had it stuffed with bacon, cheese cheese, mushrooms, sun dried tomatoes and topped with avocado. Eggs were cooked well for the omelette. The chilaquiles was topped with a verde sauce that was pretty tasty, but the tortilla chips were pretty soggy overall. Would have liked a little less sauce so you get that nice crispiness from the chips. Our last item was the flaming burrito with crispy chicken in spicy habanero sauce, 2 over-medium eggs, homemade ranch and cheddar cheese. The chicken was nice and crispy, and you get a little spice with the habanero, but the house made ranch really didn't come through. It could have used that ranch flavor to complete the flavor profile of the burrito. Overall, great deal on the mimosas and the food was flavorful, though each item wasn't necessarily perfect, they were still good. Solid brunch spot for the weekend.

Decided to have breakfast at this very cute cafe while we were in LA. This was about a mile from our Airbnb. Seating can be indoor or outdoor. We all enjoyed the foods and our drinks. The service was good & quick. Overall it was a great experience.

    Huevos Rancheros
    Sofis K.

HUEVOS RANCHEROS 8/10: I have been coming here for years and I was excited to try out the huevos rancheros, it has a good salsa ranchera, and the tortillas are perfectly crisp. I suggest adding the steak! * My suggestion to the cafe would be to change the serving bowl to a plate. I found it a bit difficult to cut my food especially since I opted for potatoes instead of rice. BOTTOMLESS MIMOSAS 10/10: My father loves Eat This Cafe for their mimosas. The price is hard to beat in the area and it pairs perfectly with the food! CLUB SANDWICH 10/10: This sandwich is a parent favorite, the quality has always been consistent. AVOCADO TOAST 10/10: One of my favorite menu items here, the aioli is to die for, and the avocado is perfectly ripe every time. SOUTHWESTERN 10/10: My mom's go-to salad with the added crispy chicken. NOTES-- - I would mostly suggest Eat This Cafe for their mimosas and savory food items. I have found that their sweet items, such as the Dubai chocolate waffle and their pancakes fall short compared to the other menu items. - Great ambiance, such lovely waiters, their service is always amazing! - Parking can be a be difficult to find in the area.

Unfortunately, a bug bit me while I was sitting at our picnic table, so next time I'll probably opt for indoor seating. I was craving a high-quality pizza, and this place absolutely hit the spot. I ordered the mushroom pizza, and it did not disappoint. I also tried the house radicchio salad, but it wasn't my favorite. The mix of herbs and greens came across as overly bitter, and I couldn't finish it. One thing to note: I requested tap water when placing our order but later noticed I had been charged for their bottled still water. After bringing it to their attention, they promptly removed the charge. Be sure to double-check your receipt. I'm happy with how quickly they fixed the mistake tho! Unfortunately, they don't offer mocktails, so I ordered an Arnold Palmer instead. It was a bit bland and lacked balance. My friend tried one of the aguas frescas and wasn't particularly impressed either. Would love to see a curated mocktail list on their menu soon! Despite those minor issues, I'd definitely return. I'm looking forward to coming back to try brunch and cappuccinos at their new Manhattan Beach location!

My only complaint is the parking because we didn't know where we could park. We ended up getting a ticket because we thought we could park nearby. Definitely recommend asking where to park to avoid a ticket. Overall, we very much enjoyed our dining experience and will certainly be back to try other menu items.

Overall, I'd give 3.5 stars. Granville is a chain restaurant, similar to the likes of Olive garden,…read moreChilies, etc, but probably a tad more upscale in terms of the overall decor and vibe. Service was fine, but nothing special. We were greeted, seated and the waitress took our orders. Once the food arrived, our waitress barely came by again except towards the end to drop off our check. Other staff did come by to clear our empty plates from the table, so that was nice. We did notice that they only provided 1 serving spoon for all of our dishes. Would've liked a serving utensil with each dish to minimize cross-contamination and mixing of flavors. Throughout our dining, there were flies and small bugs flying around, which was off-putting and annoying as we had to keep swatting them away from landing on our food. 1. Farmhouse Beet Salad (5/5) It's a good thing this was the 1st dish to arrive at our table as it left a good 1st impression. The roasted organic beets were fresh and had that earthy-tone to it. Dressed with their lemon-oregano vinaigrette, feta, arugula, and candied pecans. OMG, those candied pecans were heavenly. It's crunchy and toasted to perfection. the candied flavor of it was addictingly delicious. If they have a menu item of candied pecans, I'll order it any day. 2. Trio Taco (2.5/5) You can choose between chicken, steak, shrimp, plant-based chicken, or jackfruit. We opted for steak. The steak was fine, but for BBQ sauce used was just a dish killer. They need to rethink the choice of sauce used in these tacos. Also, not a fan of corn tortilla. Wish they gave a choice between corn and flour tortilla. 3. Artisan Bread & Butter (5/5) Their sourdough bread sliced, grilled and brushed generously with garlic olive oil. Severed with a side of whipped duckfat butter. I've never had duck fat butter before, so this was a pleasant experience to try. Not to worry, there's no duck flavor at all. It's almost like cream cheese but lighter and airer. 4. Ahi Filet (1.5/5) Sesame-crusted ahi with a side wasabi aioli. The ahi was so-so; definitely, not the freshest and there's no "melt-in-your mouth" joy. The wasabi aioli sauce was good though. There is a subtle spice kick from the wasabi. It's served with a side of soba noodles that was gingery and peanuty in flavor. Unfortunately, the noodles were overcooked as they stuck to each other in clumps. 5. Bacon & Blue Burger (4.5/5) Quite a satisfying burger consisting of wagyu beef, duroc bacon, aged blue cheese, caramelized onions, and arugula. It's juicy, meaty, slightly tangy from the horseradish aioli and sweet from the port wine reduction. The brioche bun was pleasantly soft. 6. Thai Ginger Salad (3/5) This salad consists of romaine lettuce as the base. It is dressed with Thai sesame dressing, which was underwhelming. The toppings for this salad include fresh mango cubes, slaw, slices of avocado, fresh peanut bits, tomato and soba noodles. It's not a bad salad, but for the price, I do not think it is worth it. 7. Superfood Longevity Salad (4/5) A salad consisting of mixed greens (lacinato kale and spring mix) with a variety of rich, nutritious toppings (organic beets, quinoa, pomegranate, radish, blueberries, almonds, dried Bing cherries, and pepitas). The dressing is a sherry vinaigrette that's tangy, creamy and light. All the ingredients came together well. If you are looking for a hearty salad, this is for you. 8. Hibiscus Rosé (4/5) Sparkling rosé with hibiscus flavor infused with grapefruit skin to give it a bit of citrus note and topped off with a micro flower to add a special touch of decor to the drink. In summary, the food looks better than it actually tastes. Come here if you want to eat out with a large party for celebration, but otherwise, I wouldn't recommend it for a special night out as the price does not justify the experience.

I don't know what wizardry was in it and I've decided I don't want to. Some mysteries are better kept as mysteries you can drive back to. My wife and I looked at each other over that plate the way people do when they realize the afternoon has just changed shape. We are coming back for it. Every day. For the rest of our lives. Put a plaque on our table. .....The salmon belly burger was mine and I guarded it like family silver, rich, silky, the kind of fat that melts into everything around it. My wife had the smoked beet quesadilla, which arrived smelling like a good fire and tasted like someone had thought very hard about beets and finally gotten it right. She offered me a bite. She regretted offering me a bite...... And the owner served us himself. Warm, and present, the kind of host who tells you about a dish because he's proud of it, not because it's a script. That pride is all over the food. You can taste the years of devotion in it. Go. Sit down. Order the vegetables first. The duck was exactly how I like it: crispy without being burnt and packed with flavor. And then there was the Gringo Burger for my gringa, which she loved. We finished with the Pavlova, which was the perfect ending. Great food, relaxed atmosphere, and the kind of place that makes you start thinking about what you'll order the next time before you've even left. We'll definitely be back.

After looking around the museum and enjoying the artwork, I went to Manuela, the restaurant inside the museum, on October 3, 2021, and again on October 9, 2021. One time, I went with just one close friend, and the other time, I went with a group of seven friends. On October 3, we made a reservation in advance and had brunch there. On October 9, we all went to the museum together, but since we hadn't made a reservation, we weren't able to eat there that day. I remember the atmosphere being really nice, and I remember that everything we ordered was delicious. All of the staff were also very friendly, and I remember the prices being quite reasonable. My friend and I, of course, split the bill evenly. Since it was five years ago, I obviously don't remember the exact prices in detail, but I do remember feeling that the food was reasonably priced. The only downside was the valet parking, which I remember being around $20. Other than the parking fee, I really liked the place overall and had a very good experience there.

If it's your first time visiting Sampa, you have to be open minded towards the concept itself. Yes, the dishes here are smaller in portion and costs more than your typical fast casual spot. All the servers here are attentive and offer to help with what to order if you're unsure. For dinner, the Crispy Pasta is their take on crispy pata but served with spinach tagliatelle. The crab fat fried rice is a no brainer and depending on the night you come, I highly recommend the Sinigang xiaolongbao special. You don't have to be Filipino to appreciate what Sampa is doing for the culture, just come by and see for yourself.

It's where they grill certain items, lobster, ribeye, skirt steak, the intestinal part of a chicken (?). So, not tacos but grilled meats so we stayed. twist. First of all, it's a lovely space. In a not very obvious area of DTLA, next to Urth Cafe but no other restaurants. We didn't have reservations so we had the option of sitting at the bar or following the waitress to a back room area instead of the front room that is visible to everyone. My son is a minor, so to the back we went! Seriously, the closer we got to the back room the more I felt I had been cast in "The Chef." Scary! Lol! The back room is black. Blackout black! Black tablecloths, walls, chairs, dark, low light. Very luxurious and open space. Which - because it wasn't full at the time - felt a bit like being in the film, The Menu." A bit too upscale and empty to feel comfortable. More guests arrived later, a large table, so that was more comforting. The food: Recommended *Kara Kara Tamales: braised oxtail with a peanut butter sauce. Wow! The taste was wonderful! Hard to explain but Filipino/African food meets Latin food. It was on the "shared plate" menu, which to me means it will be a lot. But the 2 tamales were not very big. Still, they were so rich that the 2 really were sufficient to share. Quite filling. I couldn't get enough of the sauce! *Crab fried rice: Very tasty and generous portion. Plenty share! Not recommended: The street eats menu. Now, this is what pulled us in - the sights and smells of the food being grilled outside the restaurant. Most of which was on this meme. Like a tasting menu. But for price to portion ratio, it simply isn't worth it. I ordered the skirt steak. 4 oz, cut in half. Cooked down to what looked like .5 oz! Each on a toothpick sitting in a paper plate (or maybe it was cupcake holder?) IDK. I just know it wasn't a good presentation and the taste wasn't memorable. Regular. More grill smell than taste. Not at all worth $8. Service: Really nice. And mostly good. Though they did fail short by (1) Using only small appetizer size plates and (2) Not bringing a fresh plate to eat the crab fried rice on after the peanut butter sauce laced tamale appetizer was eaten. The server brought the fried rice, but didn't bother to give us fresh plates (nor silverware). My son was mortified when I grabbed a plate from one of the empty tables! (Teenager energy on full effect). But after initial attentive service, the variety of different servers whizzing by didn't stop to ask if we needed anything. And I sat waiting at least 8 minutes staring at the rice. I assured my young man that the servers would be fine with me getting another plate to save them from having to. And once I did, he suddenly started eating from my plate of my peanut butter free fried rice. And of course, when a server did attend to us and I let her know, she was glad I took matters into my own hands instead of not eating for 15 minutes. Thoughts: Go for dinner, and order from the full dinner menu, skip the skimpy street eats menu. With reservations you can sit in the main restaurant area that has some view to the outdoors. Without it - back to the black room you go! Know that it will be expensive. And it will be original. Not sure I'll go back. It's very "special occasion" upscale dining. But If I do it'll be with reservations. The meal was memorable and worth experiencing.

Bone marrow flavor was a little subtle though, and our server ended up mixing the marrow into the gnocchi before we could snap a pic, which was a bummer lol. Mussels & Clams ($34)- Sourdough bread had so much flavor and a really solid texture, not rock hard like some places. Mussels and clams were plump and fresh, dish wasn't too salty, herbs complimented everything so well, and the wine reduction was perfect. Chorizo Panna ($34)- The basil really stood out and worked so well with the meat. Spicy/sweet/savory balance was immaculate, honey was a great touch, pizza was thin and not oily at all, dough tasted super fresh. Oxtail Ravioli ($32)- So cute, you could tell it was carefully plated. Each ravioli came with a smoked onion + pine nut puree that was SO good. The sweetness paired perfectly with the beef, delicate but so much depth. Squid Ink Spaghetti ($44)- Probably the best presentation of the night! The bright orange lobster against the dark squid ink pasta was gorgeous. Lobster wasn't overcooked, still nice and chewy. Sauce wasn't overpowering and a little lemon sourness cut through the seafood-iness perfectly. Noodles were bouncy, definitely handmade. Herbs tied it all together. Cavatelli alla Norcina ($52)- Presentation was impressive, truffle slices looked beautiful and smelled so strong I started salivating immediately lol. Creamy but not overpowering, meat was fragrant, truffle flavor elevated the whole dish. Handmade cavatelli too. Grilled Branzino ($54)- Presentation was spectacular, fish was deboned so zero worries there. Skin was crispy, flavors were strong and pungent in the best way, pine nuts were a great addition, meat was juicy and meaty without being too salty. Loved all the different textures. Other notes: Valet parking is $13, atmosphere is really nice - industrial/rustic vibe with an open concept kitchen. Servers were super attentive, gave great suggestions, and cleared/reset our table with new utensils halfway during our meal. Portions run smaller but our waiter gave us a heads up beforehand, which honestly ended up being nice since we could try everything without getting too full or sick of one dish. Heads up: no free birthday dessert or ice cream here! If I could give more than 5 stars I would, every single dish was delicious, no notes

The server (on my receipt the name is Austin) ALSO forgot to do the birthday candle for my husband (which i asked for and saw all the tables around us getting celebration candles - I know it's such a small detail to complain about but if everyone else didn't have an issue, why did we?) - hence my low star rating. She also kept us waiting around forever for our check that I had to flag down one of the hostesses because we waited another 15 minutes with our card out. The service was so bad and distracting so unfortunately it took away from my experience. Positives: street parking is super easy, do NOT pay for the $14 valet. The cornbread is an absolute must, the trout was absolutely delicious, the chili stew was incredibly flavorful, and the cobbler was a nice sweet end to the entire meal. I would maybe come back another time but hopefully have better service.
