very cute little place! love the interior here very moody with accents of orange and green. for parking, there is a lot nearby, but we just parked at the judge lot like 2 blocks up the street. it's a $6 flat rate after 5 pm so pretty good deal but be sure to walk back in a group lol. this is a whiskey bar and i don't like whiskey very much so i was tasting my way around the menu. the plumola is really nice but the grey wolf took the cake for me. its super refreshing and not very strong. dj was whipping tuuuuunes. disco ball turned on halfway thru the night that was very fun. a fun place to have a lowkey night and not get too crazy. bathroom was kinda dirty tho
Always a good time here, although it can get insanely busy and the drinks can take a while. I totally understand wanting to use jiggers to keep everything consistent, but when there are 20 people at the bar, it starts to slow things down a lot. At that point, they might be better off speed pouring or even prebatching some of the liqueurs for their more popular cocktails because some drinks seem like they require 5 different pours just to make one. That said, I still really like the vibe here. It tends to draw more of a millennial crowd, which is more my scene, and the overall atmosphere always makes it a fun spot to come back to.
Sleek cocktail bar located smack dab in the center of the high foot traffic area of Little Tokyo. A great selection of whiskey and a solid cocktail menu with good happy hour specials. It's not surprising given the neighborhood and decor, but I think they lean towards more Japanese spirits and beers. For someone like me who's never been to Japan I feel like there's a traditional Japanese theme going on inside with lots of wood. A few friends and I came here on a holiday before dinner. Happy hour specials were still going on. I'm not sure if they thought they were gonna get that much business on a holiday but I think there's only maybe one or two people behind the bar. Since it was early when we got there, it was still not that crowded. I got the special which was a shot of Japanese whisky and a beer. Great price! Haha. I've walked by before where this place is really crowded so I assume there's a lot more people working behind the bar during the regular busy hours. Just a great place to grab drink drinks.

The drinks were pretty good and the vibe is good here so you'll definitely enjoy this place if you want some good cocktails!
First time in this place, I really like it. Highly recommended. Me and colleagues we decided to have a drink here. We order 2 whiskey, sours and a margarita with the tequila Fortaleza, They were really delicious, that we decided to order three rounds the same. Refreshing drinks for a Friday night. Parking is not easy but if you really wanna hang out and have a delicious drink, go ahead and find parking a little far away. I wish they have some food though. I was little kind of hungry.

I tried to look up the name of the cocktail I had but it wasn't on their website. I had a goya (bitter melon) cocktail here the other day that was SO good. Everything about it was balanced and delicious. Literally the best cocktail I've probably had in years. If you like cocktails with refreshing, earthy flavors that aren't super sweet - get it! The raspberry/tequila/sesame drink was pretty good too. Probs to the mixologists here!
We came on a Thursday for Happy Hour. It's a really cool bar, especially their happy hour prices. They have good bartenders and plenty of seating. I really enjoyed their Wolf and Crane special and whiskey sour. One of the few spots where they actually use an egg white. That sold it for me! We didn't try any of their food, only drinks. Would come back and recommend checking out if in the Little Tokyo area.
Very cute bar in DTLA!! Came here for a goodbye HH and with it being Halloween season, the decor was so cute!! The NA ginger orange drink was so good!!!
On a Friday night, we were surprised how many tables were still open for us to sit and hang. The music was definitely more chill, but perfect for the atmosphere. Super cute for photo ops! Honestly, my friends and I used this place to pregame because of the uniquely curated drinks. Highly recommend checking out before bar hopping to another area around! ** After checking our receipt to split, we realized 2 weeks later we were charged for 2 margaritas and 1 highball instead of just one and one... just remember to double check in a busy environment! **
Wolf & Crane has such a cool, laid-back atmosphere. The DJ also played a great, vibey set. I got the Sugoi cocktail, it's originally a non-alcoholic drink but the bartender was more than happy to add vodka in it. Overall, it's a fun spot to hang out with friends and enjoy well-crafted drinks. Drinks are priced pretty reasonably too, which is always a win in LA. Will definitely be coming back on a night out!
Most of these type of bars in the Little Tokyo community popping up now are a plague on society. Overhyped ingredients and flavor profiles that fall flat. All at a premium. Here they have a more minimalist approach to building the drinks. For $12-15, you get a really dynamite cocktail with new ingredients you haven't tried. Open to trying more of their stuff.

Super cute bar that lowkey turns into a live music venue on Saturdays, located in the heart of Little Tokyo. Went for drinks in the evening and was able to snag a table, later in the evening a DJ popped up and it was a vibe! Cute for intimate groups and date night at least before live music starts- it got a little loud at the end. Drinks were good, lots of sake and overall alcohol options! read more
We were at Little Tokyo over the weekend and saw this business with the catch-y name and had to go inside. You must be 21 to enter. No exceptions, as I witnessed a family who really wanted to come in but had an 18 yr old so they weren't allowed in and because they had a minor with them they couldn't even sit outside in their seating area. Always good to know. Inside the bar got super busy. The inside was a bit dark but again it is a bar. I like the decor and the bar seating was packed. The drinks were good if you like whiskey they have it along with lists of beer options. Nice spot to try out. read more

service was kinda slow for being a slow sunday night but i will say it's because they were definitely taking their time to make sure it was right and consistent so can't complain! drinks were super delicious and ambience / music was very fun and intimate read more

fave place for japanese whisky. when i come here i only get the yamazaki 12 year whisky, it's so smooth and really makes you feel some typa way. idk. i love it so much. aside from the amazing whisky, they have lots of cute and delicious cocktails for every taste. and beers, etc. the vibes are off the chart. it's beautiful inside with dim lighting and chill people. the servers are uber cool. one of my favorite bars in little tokez. read more

I really enjoyed the Toasted Kiss (pic), because it was the closest thing to lychee martini, which is my favorite! They also had a DJ playing a good mix of music that would appeal to everybody's taste. read more

Love love love this place! Everyone here is so friendly and the vibe is just plain awesome. Their drinks are Japanese inspired as well as their ambiance and they do them very well! No food here but this is a place you can come solo and end up having the best time with new friends! read more

Nice quaint and low-dimmed bar with smooth Japanese whiskies. A little pricier than your typical bar but worth it for the quality drinks. Bartender's service is also very attentive and has good energy. read more
Awesome atmosphere and Japanese whiskey selection in Little Tokyo. We went on a Wednesday night for the Whiskey Flight night and got to try 8 different Japanese whiskeys for about $80 before tax and tip. The cocktails are also great! Not overly sweet even for me but the place really shines in its whiskey selections. The bartenders Jesus and Collette were really friendly and down-to-earth. I learned that there are whiskeys there that are no longer in production and once they're off that shelf, they are gone gone. Super neat! (pun intended) Definitely going to be coming back next time I'm in the area! read more
Came here for an after dinner drink. A friend recommended if you want a variety of whiskeys. All sort of concoctions or straight shot of whiskeys. Order at the bar. Very quaint place. Indoor, patio and outdoor seating available pending on your mood. The mural of the wolf and crane is quite interesting. Pricing is not over height for a whiskey bar. read more

For all the girlies out there that love Asian-inspired flavored cocktails that don't really taste like alcohol, please try this bar! I LOVE LOVE their menu selection for their signature cocktails and am excited to try something new every time. Very nice ambiance with a nice little dance floor. The music is quite loud so you do have to speak loudly if you want to chitchat with friends. I got the espresso martini and melonade, and I highly recommend the melonade for the girlies out there that want a yummy cocktail! It comes with a sweet melon-flavored lollipop that my cousin loved as someone who doesn't drink alcohol. Service was okay, every time I went there was a different bartender who would either be too busy to help us out at times or it was very slow and took their time to chitchat. I don't mind though, it's a bar! I highly recommend for vibes and a quick drink with friends on a night out! read more

Came here with a couple of coworkers and had a great time. The ambiance and overall vibe were really lively without feeling overwhelming. We tried three different drinks and all of them were solid. The bartenders were friendly and made the experience even better. The DJ even took song requests, which was a nice touch and kept the energy fun. There's also a good amount of seating, so it didn't feel cramped. Definitely a spot I'd come back to. read more

Absolutely the worst experience I've ever had at a bar. The Latino bartender at Wolf & Crane flat out refused to serve us. My friend asked for a Moscow Mule, and he kept acting confused and refused to make it. We even asked for something as simple as any whiskey and he still ignored us. We stood there for 30 minutes being completely dismissed, only for him to close out the request without serving us the drink. Meanwhile, other people around us were served right away. It felt like straight-up racial discrimination, and it was humiliating to be treated like that. This wasn't just bad service. It was offensive, unprofessional, and unacceptable! read more
Was exploring Little Tokyo, and our friend told us this was the best place to grab a drink. Gotta say, picked up on the charm immediately after walking in the door! Definitely a more laid-back bar (at least while we were there) and seemed to be more of a local favorite. Good happy hour M-F until 7pm - they did a good Japanese Highball. Also enjoyed their Mango Dynasty. But they have so many good-looking drinks on the menu that I'd love to come back and try more of them. They also offer food, just be aware of the kitchen hours. We showed up when they opened at 4pm, but they said their kitchen wouldn't be ready until 5:30pm. So keep that in mind if you're looking for food with your drinks. Was picking up when we were leaving around 5:30pm, and the line at the bar was already backing up. Definitely seems like a popular nighttime spot. Overall, great bar and would definitely return when back in the Little Tokyo area! read more
Was very confused by the name of this place but it made sense when I saw it, since it is translated from literally the wolf and crane in kanji characters. So this is more of a Japanese style bar than a Japanese bar I would say. Anyway we wanted to find nice drinks so that's how we ended up here. They had 2 mocktail options and I picked the orange one but it was weird, tasted a bit like Chinese medicine. Anyway for my friends, some of the drinks were hit or miss but the ambiance is nice. Cocktail selection is limited. They are more a jap whiskey bar. read more

Awesome cocktail/drink spot in Little Tokyo! Was walking around and stumbled across it looking for somewhere to get a drink and this place was exactly what we were looking for! Got the Tokyo Milk Tea and the Peachy Keen cocktails and both were great! Definitely recommend the Tokyo Milk Tea between the two. Bartenders were super quick and kind even on a busy-ish Saturday evening! Inside was dark and vibey! The music was good and a little on the loud side so you had to speak a little louder to talk. Overall awesome spot and would definitely stop by again whenever in the area! read more
