Food was good and the owners very nice. The pricing was slightly expensive but they gave a lot of food.

We like it, but prices have really gone up. The chicken sticks and egg rolls are delicious.

Dirty, stinky, food greasy and gross. We used to come here all the time but we're done. Sad to see this place go downhill

I have been ordering from Great Wall since 2008. Always delicious and fresh food. Family owned and operated. I hope they never close.

The food here is genuinely excellent--some of the best Korean fried chicken I've had in Atlanta…read more The skin is incredibly crispy, the meat is tender and juicy, and the chicken is clearly butchered and cooked with care. The sauces are a real highlight, especially the gochujang-based one, which was absolutely phenomenal. They're generous with the sauce, too, which adds even more flavor to an already well-executed dish. That said, it's hard to ignore the price point. This is easily the most expensive Korean fried chicken spot I've been to. While the quality justifies the cost to an extent, it's still a noticeable jump from other similar places. And while the chicken is very good, it's not necessarily the best in Atlanta--though it's definitely in the top tier. Another thing that stood out was the lack of lower-cost or smaller portion options. There were only half and whole birds available, with no quarter bird or sandwich options, which makes it difficult for someone looking for a more affordable or lighter meal. It feels like they're missing an opportunity to appeal to a broader lunch crowd. In short: it's pricey, but you're getting high-quality, expertly prepared Korean fried chicken. Just be prepared to spend a bit more--and maybe come hungry.

I got the fried pork chop and it is seasoned well, light and not too salty and the mashed potatoes are awesome. Made 2 meals for me. My wife got the fried grouper sandwich and it was also good. Fish was good just needed a lil lemon but that's normal for all good fish. I think I'll get the fish next time myself. Service was good, waitress was so friendly and attentive. She was very honest and helped us with the specials. Ambiance is normal for a restaurant like this. Clean booths, fish stuff on alls and each table has a hook board to enjoy. The pecan crusted catfish was crispy and juicy, that crust is something to talk about. The shoestring fries were well seasoned. The beer battered cod was also amazing. From an appetizer we had the pimiento cheese and jam with pita chips. The pita chips were freshly fried and so good, but that cheese dip and peach jam were top-notch!They had a good crowd inside for a Sunday afternoon and we sat on the patio which is super cute and dog-friendly. I was too full for dessert but the desserts are homemade and I wish I had saved room. I'm a huge fan of a place that makes their desserts I sight and it's not too common anymore.

--Location/Parking-- Located in Hardware restoration…read moreshopping center with a Shake Shack and other smaller businesses. Plenty of parking, I recommend parking near the Hardware storation store because the parking allows for easy access in and out. --Ambience-- Similar to other Dave's Hot Chicken except the side entrance if you enter from that direction, customers may end up missing the ordering line setup on the left side of the restaurant. Only thing I wish they would fix their touch screen so you can see when you order was available. --Service/Staff-- Shoutout to the cashier with hijab that gave me recommendations on my order from spice level to customizing the side orders. --Products/Service-- Spicy bites and the sliders were the show stopper. Recommendations from the cashier helped narrow down the selection. I recommend speaking to her before placing your order. She was fast and efficient in getting the line through. I wish there were more dedicated employees like her. --Capacity-- Indoor capacity can hold 60+ people with plenty of seating. --Overall-- Recommended for all hot chicken lovers, the spice and sauce from their secret receipe and mixture with ranch sauce is the sweet spot.

The tenders are huge! I got the tenders medium heat, which to me was not that spicy at all. Will probably go up a level next time. The sauce that comes with the meal went very well with the tenders and the fries. Also loved the dill pickle slices on the side. The tenders are served with two slices of white bread, which I didn't even touch. Looking forward to going back!

Good fried chicken is hard to find, especially for someone like me…read more I have been blessed with health ailments along with an extremely picky stomach that can't tolerate greasy foods. Along with that blessing, I find myself being addicted to everything that makes me sick. Life hands you lemons, ya eat it anyway. So imagine my surprise when I dig into a box of fried chicken and don't see grease collecting around the entire box. It can't taste good if it's not greasy, right? I was delightfully proven wrong. The chicken was juicy af. Yes, so juicy I actually said wtf. The meat was tender, the skin was crunchy. And it was like an ASMR session kind of crunchy. I would've recorded the sound but unfortunately I'm allergic to ASMR. I'll be honest, when I first saw 98k Chicken I didn't have high expectations. I thought it would be another Zaxby's, Popeyes, KFC, etc. But they've really set themselves apart! The price is far more reasonable than other chain fried chicken restaurants, the portions are bigger, and the quality of the food is consistently superior. If they're able to keep up with what they're doing, I think this will be a community favorite. Good food speaks for itself, and so do the kind owners that pour their hearts and souls into their businesses. When I go to a fast food restaurant, I barely expect people to look at me in the eye, let alone carry on a conversation with me. But the woman at the counter is actually quite chatty! She makes you feel like you're talking to a friend, and if you stop by a few times, she even shares tea. IYKYK. The interior space is big and quiet enough if you wanna grab a meal and get some work done. There's a little room that's sectioned off, and it's a bit of a gem. I don't remember if they have WiFi, next time I go I'll check and come back to update my review.
