My order is always wrong. What ever service they use does not ring the doorbell they just put it at your door step.

I've lived around ATL my whole life and rarely ever have problems with chick-fil-a, although this location constantly has issue. The only thing that is consistent about it is the amount of issues they have. To begin they have two lines one dedicated to mobile only orders as if we live in a high volume area and hardly anyone uses it. That alone causes a huge issue because of the way the lot is designed. The customer service seems to be awkward and very amateur. I've had several cases where this location gives me an entirely wrong order, forgets sauces or straws, and not putting lids on all the way! I can see by the general reviews and 2.9 star rating that everyone else seems to feel this way and they do not fix their issues. Just recently moved to the area and this has been the closest CFA to us so I've ordered enough times to have a valid opinion. read more

Went through the drive thru here with a very large order and Pablo helped us with efficiency and speed. He was lovely to talk to - greeted us with joy, took our order with speed, and read it back to us, which was very kind and appreciated. I've been to over 50 different CFA locations in Florida and Georgia, but have never had such a pleasant drive thru ordering experience like this one - and CFA always does a good job. Friendly people, but the chicken is inconsistent. Some are larger, some are smaller. Just recently my chicken was tough. Previously the last two times I came the chicken tasted "off." This isn't just impacting one location. Everyone's noticed the quality has gone downhill. Maybe not the location itself, but maybe with chicken prices increasing they switched suppliers. Never been let down at chick-fil-a and this time wasn't different. It was a bit late at night so I did not want to get out of the car. Used the drive thru and the person who took the order was polite and nice. Once I ordered and drove around, it didn't take long for our order to be ready. The waffle fries was fresh and hot!! Gotta love fresh fries!! And the sandwich is delicious. Ordered the frosted lemonade instead of the usual drink. It's one of our favs!! read more

Typically you can expect amazing service and food from Chick-fil-a. That is exactly what you get from here. However I did have a few times where my order was wrong. During the COVID process they are having, it makes it very difficult to get your order fixed. I think they have done a great job managing the longer lines in drive-thu and have excelled in curbside. Service is so horrible on the inside because they staff everybody for the drive-through only. It took 15 minutes to get chicken tenders and fries today. Food preparation precedence is given to most drive-through orders over dining room orders. read more

I typically go to the outlets but keep trying to give this location a try; in hopes that it will get better since it's near where I run all my errands. Since it opened I have gone here about 8-10 times; some times busier than others, but no matter what - each time I leave disappointed. Today though, it was icing on the cake. Usually one or two things will not be up to my "standards" but this time it was my whole order. My fries : cold/not crispy/barely salty. (Possibly not even cooked ) My spicy chicken sandwich : well it was neither hot (temperature wise) nor spicy. My pop: flat. My kids chicken nuggets where dry - like seriously dry that they did not want to eat them (think beef jerky) and cold. Pros: The place is clean and the staff is nice (kinda) hence the 2 stars. I know y'all are new but come on! 4 visits = disappointing results. Requesting no pickles every time and 2 of 4 visits had pickles All 4 times the chicken sandwich literally has no or very little texture. It's almost like they are not breading it. Lastly 3 of the 4 visits the chicken is dry. I don't get it?? I'm someone that uses y'all for several catering orders & I feel like you just have the wrong cooks in the kitchen ‍ Please fix this issue, I love chick-fil-a & I love this new location but I am done with it! read more

The service and food was horrible. Ordered 2 nugget meals - nothing special abs should be easy The fries where half full and what was in was pieces. Good was ice cold. Asked for sauce and ketchup got nothing. How hard is it to fill a fry container with hot food and throw in a requested sauce. Would give no stars if it would let me. To think we drove 900 miles for this. Could have gotten crappy food at any other fast food restaurant read more

I thought I would try this place again. Got my order wrong twice. Floor hostess asked if everything came out right. I told her no and explained that I didn't get the sandwich I ordered. She said she was sorry and made no effort to fix it. Chick-fil-A has really gone downhill this past year. It is so sad. read more

Finally got a CFA closer to home & so far, so good, even tho they opened yesterday. Got grilled chicken both times, so it took a little longer than usual. But I was in & out in about 20 minutes & able to go on my lunch hour. That's nice that they have giveaways when they first open, but I wasn't going to be there lol. Highly recommended! read more

Ordered the chicken noodle soup with extra crackers. I ended up with a half spilled cup of chicken noodle soup with no spoon and no crackers. When I returned to ask for a spoon and some crackers I was only allowed two little packages of crackers for my large soup. And they gave me a spoon that had already been opened. I went to "my" CFA today, as I do probably 3x+ a week. I realized after getting in the drive thru I didn't have a cent or cc on me! I went around to a lane near the window and an employee (Josef) came up to my car. I explained my situation and he said "no problem" and comped me a meal. Where else does this happen????? I never had such a HORRIBLE experience at a Chick-Fil-A. I came through the drive thru at the hickory flat location around 11-12 this morning(9/30). After I ordered my meal and had paid I pulled up to the window to pick up my food. I had ordered a number one meal but was handed a chicken nugget meal. I informed the young lady at the window who very rudely rolled her eyes and refused to believe me. Not to mention this worker had dreads, which is not appropriate and rather repelling for any employee of a restaurant to have. At this point I was already running late to work and did not have time to argue with her/ complain to the manager. I am very disappointed that Chick-Fil-A would hire an employee with these kind of manners. read more

I like this chick-Fil-a because the bathrooms are clean and they have very clean booths and tables. They have very nice employees and most of the people are happy. No kids are crying because they have the food they like and I haven't seen one complaint yet and you can get a hole bag of cookies!!! That's why I give it a five star rating. People were nice. Restaurant clean. Bathroom nasty. Got the club sandwich, and asked if I could get that, but with the traditional fried chicken instead of grilled. I was told "Sure!" I asked for that, with no lettuce. By the time I got a straw and napkins they were at the table with the order. The fries were slightly warmer than room temp. There was no bacon on the sandwich, (no lettuce was correct) and it was not even warm enough to melt he cheese, or even SOFTEN the cheese. It'd have been more melted if it'd been laying out at room temp. The patty has not been NEAR a heat source in quite some time. The bun had not ever been roasted or warmed. It was a plain, hard, cold bun. I've loved and eaten at chick fil a for years. All over the southern states and many, many times at the Atlanta stark houses and even at the original (freestanding) once many years ago at he original Chick-fil-A. This BY FAR was the worst food I've ever gotten at a chick fil a. It was 1:30, 2 drive in lakes open and ZERO cars. 4 registers and we were the only people that'd gone in and was ordering so it's NOT because they were busy and had to rush food through. Even ordering it special, it didn't take any time to throw it together. Since it was at the table by the time we were. I don't know what's up with Kate D but I've never had a bad experience here. Their chicken seems to be prepared just a touch more crispy than the other Chick fil a's and it's outstanding.
