Stopped in because I was on my own and I drive by this place all the time. The inside is decked out with cool art work all over the walls. It is a small spot but I was ordering to go any way. I got one mild and one hot sandwich. Service was good and the food was prepared right there to order. It took a sec but I got and took it home to eat. The hot was mild to me and the mild was blah. I loved the hot but next time I'll go up one more level. The mild would be for my youngest who doesn't like heat. Both were juicy and tender and good it was just the mild was truly no heat at all to me. The price was good for what I got. Very fair... and the food was good. This is the worst daves hot chicken on the planet. How does this place even operate? You will have to wait over 15 minutes easily and they don't give you sauce with your meal So dirty and unclean inside and management is non existent. --Location/Parking-- Located in Hardware restoration shopping center with a Shake Shack and other smaller businesses. Plenty of parking, I recommend parking near the Hardware storation store because the parking allows for easy access in and out. --Ambience-- Similar to other Dave's Hot Chicken except the side entrance if you enter from that direction, customers may end up missing the ordering line setup on the left side of the restaurant. Only thing I wish they would fix their touch screen so you can see when you order was available. --Service/Staff-- Shoutout to the cashier with hijab that gave me recommendations on my order from spice level to customizing the side orders. --Products/Service-- Spicy bites and the sliders were the show stopper. Recommendations from the cashier helped narrow down the selection. I recommend speaking to her before placing your order. She was fast and efficient in getting the line through. I wish there were more dedicated employees like her. --Capacity-- Indoor capacity can hold 60+ people with plenty of seating. --Overall-- Recommended for all hot chicken lovers, the spice and sauce from their secret receipe and mixture with ranch sauce is the sweet spot. read more

I am a die-hard Chick (and Cane's) girl but ooh-ee, Dave's is smoking hot-good!! The chicken tender slider (I opted for "hot" which is face-tingling spicy good) is DELISH. - My hubby liked the way milder "medium". The fries... the sauce...a perfect pollo trifecta. I feel like I'm cheating on my perennial faves but I WILL be back. Staff was friendly, the food sublime and the ambiance and murals delightfully quirky!! First time at DHC and it was great! At first I balked at the price of two chicken tenders with fries, but after ordering it, I still had half of it remaining by the time I was full. The tenders are huge! I got the tenders medium heat, which to me was not that spicy at all. Will probably go up a level next time. The sauce that comes with the meal went very well with the tenders and the fries. Also loved the dill pickle slices on the side. The tenders are served with two slices of white bread, which I didn't even touch. Looking forward to going back! read more

So excited that Dave's Hot Chicken finally opened near my house! I've been waiting for this, and it did not disappoint. I ordered Combo #4 with the chicken sandwich and fries, and it was absolutely delicious. The sandwich was crispy, juicy, and had the perfect spicy kick,just the way I like it. The fries were fresh and seasoned just right. The staff were friendly, the service was quick, and the whole vibe was great. I'm genuinely happy this spot is now in my neighborhood. I left a bad review the first time I visited last month. Got a response from someone named Brett saying they'd love to make things right, so I decided to revisit to give them another chance. Somehow things are even worse this time. I chose Dine-in on the kiosk but they still served the food in a To-go box. When I told the manager in charge, he just shrugged it off and told me that they must have ran out of baskets. I looked around and I only see one table using baskets. I told the manager: "this is my second time here asking for Dine-In, and received To-go boxes". He then gave me and attitude and said "there's nothing he can do, they must be out off baskets". Once I sat down, I saw 8 baskets at the self return station. I grabbed them, I found the manager and handed them it to him. Then he told me that I had to leave and asked me if "I was cool"? Honestly worst food experience of my life. ordered one of the smallest items on the menu and waited 40 minutes as I watched people who ordered after me get their food. On top of that they got my order wrong and didn't give me the LARGE ranch that I paid $3 for. So I went and asked for my ranch that I paid for and the employee gives me a ranch smaller than the regular sized ranch. If you don't have to patience and kindness of Jesus himself then never come here. Terrible customer service. read more
