I've been going here for over 10 years, and am so very glad I graduated to the adult meals because they are awesome. The potions are HUGE, though, I always get a "choose two" and take half of it home. The take-out system isn't good, I think that's an issue with how the system works, though. I can't imagine that the employees would purposely make people wait. That's part of the reason I always eat there! Staff is very friendly, they remember you if you're a regular and will try to engage with you if it isn't too busy. They try to come around and give people refills and take plates, but most of the time you have to go to the counter for refills. Just had lunch here today and everything was great! It did not take too long to order. My food came out within 10 minutes and was delicious. I modify what I order to leave off things like black olives, so I am always worried if it will be accurate and it was! Someone actually came around and checked to see if I wanted a refill on my tea. Cashier seemed disinterested and robotic. Very little product knowledge. Food was bland to say the least, and recipes apparently differ from other markets for the same menu item? Confusing.
