clean, fresh food, excellent service, we often go to buffets all over America, rarely do they serve well, here the service is excellent, the music is quiet, we recommend.

He was just standing there and our drinks were empty.

They really need to improve on the Service. We got seated and 3 employees were standing by the drink station one was going around filling drinks off and on. We were sitting there waiting to be asked what we would like to drink and no one was coming. It was about 20 min. Still no one and my mother in law asked if we could please get some drinks. That is the only time they would come over is if we asked for a drink and refills. The Female was walking around refilling other people's drinks and was looking at our drinks and walked by. This always happens when we go to this location. When my mother in law asked for the drinks she did not respond and walked to the drink station and came back with our drinks about 5 minutes later and my mother in law asked for straws and she walked away to another table and again did not say anything. We had to ask for refills and that was the only time we got refills. We did not want to ask again. I wish I got a picture of all 3 of them standing there and they would glance at our table and did nothing. I was able to get one picture.

This great moon is way better than the one on white bear. The food quality here is better also. They have the Mongolian bbq here. I actually think their Mongolian bbq is better than khans. The noodles for the Mongolian BBQ is the round not square like noodles. Fried chicken here is also good. I usually make a sauce with the dumpling sauce and chili oil to dip in. If you looking for sushi here there's not much to choose from. It's just the simple rolls they have. Price is just as any other buffets. Only thing is I say that sucks is some of the people that dine there tend to be messy and have their kids running around like it's their house. Other than that, this is my go to buffet on the west side.

    Crayfishes

I wanted to pick a few trays for dinner and ordered the crayfishes, lo mein, and shrimp fried rice. The person who picked up the phone was friendly, patient, and helpful. It took about 20-25 minutes for the order to be ready. These are 1/2 tray orders for reasonable pricing. The portion were also generous and filled above the tray line. Crayfishes - I would not order these again. I love eating crayfishes; however, these fell short in my expectations. The tray did not have a consistent flavor; wasn't spicy, juicy, and seasoned. Some were saltier than others. The following I would buy again: Lo Mein- for $25, this is a great deal. This tasted fine. Shrimp fried rice - this tray only have a handful of the small shrimp. This also tasted fine. Services - it was quick and easy. I was offered a drink as I wait (which wasn't long) for the food. They also helped carry out the trays for me.

$33 for two people. Service tonight was good-our server refilled our beverages & pre-bussed our table in a timely manner. I had four plates of the blue crab (don't worry, I'm not one of those hog 2/3 of the tray when it comes out) kinda diner. They were fresh & oh so salty like I like em. The food was fairly fresh & better quality than a lot of buffets out there, full of MSG & food coma inducing as all buffets are. But, that's what you go to a buffet for right? To indulge in your greasy guilty unauthentic Asian food pleasures lol. The mangos were perfectly ripe; I probably had a whole one. Will go back for sure.

The buffet here was pretty good when we ate here. Typical Americanized Chinese food. I think what impressed me was that despite being such a large selection of food items, everything here was hot and fresh. The pepper chicken was easily the best dish here, and was quite flavorful and delicious. They also have a beautiful decor inside with a small fountain full of Koi fish jn the entrance. I think what really turned me off was a lot of the bizzare foods that I feel cheapened the experience. Cheese pizza, chicken nuggets, and honest to god, they had an open container of cheese balls. I dont exactly associate those giant tubs of cheese balls with fine dining lol. Overall, service and food were okay.

Shut them down!! We're sick and tired of your pest problems, that you choose not to acknowledge.

No cocktail sauce, but tons of shrimp. Very good Hot and Sour soup. Has one of those hibachi things but the line is long.

The price was more expensive than the initial buffet, but it was well worth it with the choices that were served. Soft shell crab, frog legs, snow crab, and many more seafood dishes we're served alongside traditional buffet dishes. You can also pick up items from the sushi counter, the hibachi grill, pho station, or dim sum station. You will not be wanting for variety here. Service was very friendly and the staff were very quick to remove plates, trash, and any items to keep the tables nice and clean. Stafford also very friendly and chatty and really brought the experience together. A great way to kick off the year. We will have to make note of this special buffet for years to come. Regardless, this buffet always receives high marks from the locals and has been enjoyed by us when we've come in the past during their non-holiday buffet days.

It's the perfect excuse to eat too much food and try new things. I did not expect to see the lobby filled with people lined up to pay for their meal or to get seated. The Thanksgiving rush seems to be between 5 and 6 PM. I enjoyed trying things like squid salad and fried sushi. The squid salad was a little tough, but tasty. The fried sushi had melty avocado and cream cheese inside. Thanksgiving featured turkey that seemed to be seasoned with ginger, which was a nice change. I was pleasantly surprised by the fried frog legs, and I wish I knew how to get more meat from the fried tilapia with the tongs they provided. The tiny chunk I got was very good. As I hoped, the Chinese restaurant standards like baby bok choy, beef broccoli, and dry-fried beans were pretty good. Thanksgiving dinner had a Black Friday sale vibe about it, with people walking swiftly back to their tables, plates piled high with oysters or crab legs. My spouse thought the oysters smelled fishy so I'm glad I just got one for each of us. Given the busy-ness, the staff kept the buffet area reasonably clean and pleasant to use, but I still ended up with stray seafood stuck on the bottom of my shoe. The staff I interacted with were pleasant and helpful, but I was disappointed that I got no response from the management after asking about the Thanksgiving buffet through their website form on Monday. I thought three days was a decent response window. Like Tokyo itself, there was not much Japanese food at Tokyo 23, but I knew not to expect it. The bathrooms were decorated with images of women dressed in Japanese kimono, but they looked like knockoff copies of Japanese art. I did like the Chinese decorations in the entryway and the kitschy selfie-ready fountain and fiberglass figures.

She tried making reservations…read moreonline and there was some issues so she called in and said we would be there between 745-8 and they said they could accommodate us. What we didnt know at the time was that they closed at 830. I believe this was a big part of what went wrong that night. At Bullvinos, you pay one fee and you get salad bar access and they come to your table with cuts meat until you're full. So many things went wrong this night. The waiter came over and asked what we wanted to drink, we asked for water and he poured us water from a bottle and he never came back to the table after that. We didnt know that the water cost money until someone later asked if we wanted another bottle or just tap water and the bottle was on the bill. They usually bring over bread and mashed potatoes and after being there a while, I had to ask for this and the bread wasnt fresh. The salad bar was closing shortly after we got there and staff made an announcement "the salad bar will be closing in 5 minutes so if you want something, go get it". I understood, but it just came off rude. They did come over with the meat very quickly, like almost lining up at our table and thats when I checked to see what time they closed. They didnt technically rush us and they asked if we had any requests for meat before they closed. For this type of restaurant, you probably want to have more than 30 minutes and I wish they had mentioned it over the phone when we called. I only had cuts of meat and it was all pretty good, didn't really get a chance for the salad bar though. For my first time there, this was a terrible experience and I had high hopes for them.
