Annie' Wok is among the BEST Chinese Restaurants ANYWHERE! Been a long time time customer, through 3 locations and close to 30 years. Out of state friends insist on Annie's when they come to town. I especially like the Chief's Delite: beef, chicken & shrimp cradled in a bed of vegetables. Check them out! Steve L read more

Well let me say that the Wonton Soup was great. I ordered the sesame chicken as well and it was awful. The food tastes like it was cooked in old oil and lacked flavor. The noodles were stale and nasty and the sauce laced flavor as well. To buy 1 soup, 1 appetizer and 1 entree with a cost after everything being $34.00 I would expect much better. Next time I'm in the area it's a definite no to this place. The other thing was the cashier in front when I went to pick up was kind of rude and in friendly. Not great customer service. read more

Great family-owned small business. The food is great take out only. the crew that works there are top notch.

have been going to Annies Wok for years, but haven't been there in a while and was craving their chicken subgum chow mein so stopped in there to get some and was extremely disappointed. I don't know if it's under new management and/or they changed the recipe, but it had no flavor at all.. very boring so now I'll have to find a new place for my chow mein. read more

Ordered sesame chicken. Not edible. Called to try and be nice without leaving a review but just got "it is family recipe and maybe not right for you". This dish was horrible. read more

Have been ordering from Annie's since well before the pandemic. Have always had a great experience; they are consistently willing to accommodate our preference for no green pepper and always get it right. We have our favorites and usually buy enough to provide two meals. We are fans! read more

Chicken really hard and chewy no flavor rice bland no good flavor taste old too I've never in my life had bad Chinese food till now there's so many better options out there read more

Annie's Wok - This the chew part off the chicken it was really rough and chewy - Chinese Near Me - Circle Pines, Minnesota

Annie's Wok is super convenient for a quick pick-up, and I love that we can order online and pay when we get there. The staff are always friendly and welcoming, which makes every visit a pleasure. We make it a point to take out from here a couple of times each month, and it never disappoints. Definitely recommend giving them a try! read more

Love the Singapore Noodles. My go to place. Everyone is so pleasant. Homemade Sweet and Sour sauce is awesome!

We ordered take out from Annie's Wok because it is my boyfriends favorite spot to eat and it was very good. We received our order in about 25 mins, which is what they told us it would be. The portion sizes are huge for what you pay for and left us very full for the night! I ordered the sesame chicken with fried rice and an egg roll from their combo menu and would recommend. The location itself is pretty small and looks a little run down, but still worth it to check out! read more

Classic old school chicken chow mien like I used long ago. Loved every bite! It's hard to find this type of chow mien anymore and I miss that. This is the style my mom would get from any number of local Chinese restaurants growning up but they have almost all disappeared and I've only ever found here in Minnesota. I was pretty reluctant to go here because of the reviews but am I happy that I did! If you miss the old style Chinese food in the brown sauce this is a pretty good place to find it. Cream cheese wontons are good, egg roll was pretty standard and the fried rice was pretty standard (not the typical fried rice I'm used to but it wasn't bad either, just different). Nothing was bad by any means, but the chicken chow mien was the best find for me. Very happy I went with my gut (literally) and didn't pay attention to the reviews. I ate in one night and another I ordered take out. Both equally good and decent portions. I want hungry a 1/2 hour later lol. read more

Annie's Wok is our family go to. the food is incredible, always fresh and full of flavor. the staff are great and remember us. we have been going there since I was a small child. 110% recommend!! read more

Take-out only when I went so I can't comment on a dine-in experience. It took 30 min to make my meal which was a made-to-order chicken subgum chow mein. I didn't mind the wait for something made fresh. It was a lot of food! Loaded with crisp-cooked vegetables which I love! Basic American-style Chinese food, nothing special, but made fresh and healthy. The girl at the counter was very nice and helpful and I greatly appreciated the Covid provisions they have in place. If you want a lot of food at a low price then I recommend. Quantity over quality but still pretty good. read more

Great family owned business. We've been eating here since I was a kid! Great food, lots of flavor. Friendly employees.

I do not feel bad at all giving this restaurant 1 star. I tried this place for the first time with my family and we were extremely disappointed with the "fried rice" they called, it was regular brown rice. Not appetizing really at all. The food lacks flavor, presentation and everything. Awful. The Customer service was beyond unprofessional, I tell everyone I know not to go there. Please do not give them your money. read more

I've had much better. Their food is "okay" but not as tasty as it could be. Their sweet and sour is more on the "grocery store Kraft" yellow-clear variety and not my favorite. Cream puffs are too small. If you want really good Asian food, go to the Pink Flower Vietnamese Restaurant 3 minutes away in Mounds View. Everything is homemade (owned by the same family for years) and exceptionally tasty!! They handmake all their egg rolls and HUGE cream cheese puffs (wontons) read more

Good food, nice people and they're always quick just need to add shrimp sauce on their menu

We've ordered from Annie's Wok over the past 15 years or so, but haven't been there for quite some time. Picked up take-out last night. Not good. They used to have a tempura like deep fried shrimp. They've replaced that with totally tasteless, clearly frozen shrimp. The chicken wings were the size of pigeon wings, and the pork fried rice, which was always a favorite, appears to be brown rice - mushy and not all that flavorful. We won't be back. read more

Not at all impressed with the chicken lo mein. There was an odd gravy on the noodles which I thought weird for lo mein. I do not recommend

Don't waste your money here. They basically ran out of everything on the menu I also feel their food is overly priced for the quality. the fried rice was not that tasteful. The waiter was very stand-off ish and we did not feel comfortable or welcomed. I will say that the best thing I've tasted was the Fortune cookie. That should give you a better idea of the food. We won't be going back. read more

Decided to dine in on a cold May evening and was looking forward to a quick Chinese experience. We ordered as soon as we got in and for the next 30 minutes watched 16 people come and pick up their food before our appetizers arrived. Service was horrible. Food was okay. Meh read more

Annie's Wok is definitely old school American-ized Chinese food. I can't think of anything special about the food or experience.

Found this place on Yelp. The service was outstanding! The quality of the food was great! Had beef and broccoli, the beef was supremely tender, the sauce/flavor was average. I've had more flavorful of this dish but would definitely go back and try another dish and I will! read more

Having just moved from New York, I've been struggling to find Chinese food like from home. This place is almost as good as what I'm used to. The food is fresh and delicious. Some of the best fried rice I've had in some time now. I will definitely be coming back here. read more

I order from Annie's Wok all the time. Yeah, OK, so I think I've only dined in once and no, the dine in atmosphere is not fantastic. I don't know why this place has gotten so many bad reviews... I love the food and the staff are friendly and efficient. I only wish they delivered... read more

The food was really great and ready to go in a timely manner, being that it was the dinner rush. The atmosphere of the restaurant isn't great, but I wasn't eating in and heard that Annie's Wok was dynamite at take-out. The orange chicken had a kick to it but the cream cheese puffs were awesome. The one huge downside to my experience was that the gal didn't make sure my container was closed all the way. Had I not been paying attention when I opened it, my dinner would have been all over the place. I would for sure give this place another shot. read more

Ordered and picked up our food on 4/3/14. Went straight home to eat. Found the food to be dry and over cooked. Chicken was dry and tough, Singapore noodles were dry and tough with little flavor. I've gotten orders here before with varied results but this was the worst and last experience for me. I'll drive elsewhere read more

Service wait times and food seems to vary from time to time. I wasn't impressed with the food or the taste really. For what you get, you certainly pay a good amount for it. Its not terrible or bad by any means and the place is clean with a courteous staff. Personally not a place I'd go to unless someone with me wanted too. The food isn't very authentic in taste or look - not sure but seems to be a lot of "out of box" cooking here. read more

Waaaaaayyyyyy overpriced for the quality and quantity you get. Have had better at buffets

One of the overall BEST Chinese food I've had in my 60+ years, and I've tried a LOT of restaurants. My wife and I have multiple out-of-state friends who insist on Annie's Wok every time they are in town. Most locals we know agree that Annie's is nothing short of top-notch. read more
