They refused to listen to him & correct their mistakes, they were rude to my partner & LAUGHED at him when he tried asking them to fix the issue & they did not care at all that they did not do their job correctly. Even after they were shown what the item is supposed to look like on the app, they absolutely refused to make it correctly & would not listen to my partner. Their behavior & lack of care for making sure they actually do their job properly is ridiculous & unprofessional. Update: now that we've begun eating, we also realized that they made his nachos bell grande incorrectly.
