When I got to the drive-through window, I asked if a manager could meet me at the window. I told her about the incorrect drink order, to which Kelly replied, "That's what she needed a manager for?" I responded with, "Yes because when I tried to tell you about your error, you wanted to charge me extra for it." She then looked at me and closed the window. Perhaps Kelly better get it together!
