Always a concern when u go through drive thru, we asked for extra salad dressing when we ordered and extra chx fillet sauce when we paid. They assured us we had both, when we got the order back to the room......WRONG. Stopped here on our way to Great Wolf Lodge. We're from out of town. Ordering process was easy. Food was fresh and good quality. Dining room was clean and organized. In conversation with my doctor the topic of fast food places in Sandusky came up & we freely gave our opinions - best to worst. Chic fil a Sandusky came up a solid wnner. Superlatives in all areas. You can get a decent meal esewhere, but you can't get the friendly, efficient service you give anywhere else. Great food fixed & presented in a very pleasing way. Orders taken in a courteous way & served with a smile. I have never heard a bad comment about your restaurant. Mistakes happen. It's an imperfect world. But yours are few. Pulled in and was almost going to go somewhere else because of the drive thru line. Although It looked really busy from the outside there's plenty of seating inside. I had the grilled chicken sandwich. Not too heavy and was pretty good. Nothing astounding but I was trying to steer clear of the fried options which I'd usually go for at Chick-fil-A. The Mac and cheese was good considering this is a fast food chain and so was the cone. The staff was very friendly and the restaurant as a whole was clean. read more

This is the most friendly, efficient staff of any restaurant I've experienced. Everyone is so charming and helpful and the food is great, too. It is a Chick-Fil-A... So it is a lot like every other Chick-Fil-A. That being said, this new franchise in Sandusky is handling the new-store-load pretty well. I suspect that in a few weeks it will settle down a bit. But my dine in experience was VERY good. Refill offers from passing uniformed folks, spotless dining room, exceptionally nice everyone. Really a good place. We'll have to see if the shine stays or fades... I felt a twinge bad for Culver's next door, literally nobody was there at lunch. But C-F-A is a WAY way way way better lunch than anything Culver's has been able to turn out on my visits to their establishment... read more

Well me and my 3 kids are on a little get away at great wolf lodge and after a very long day at the waterpark decide to go to chick fil a for dinner. Being that we're not from around here we pulled up just a few minutes before they close. (Which I NEVER ever do) but at the time I still didn't know what time they closed until they LET ME order my food (which of course was a bigger order as well) and then pulled up to the window was when she told me that they closed at 10. I apologized repeatedly because I know what it's like to want to go home at the end of the day! I wait for my food and then when I get it I just quickly look through my bag because we're I'm from I have never EVER had a problem with them. Get back to the hotel and of course my 7 year old daughters nuggets are missing and my 9 year old sons chicken strips are missing as well! I quickly drive right back there (it is directly across the street from the hotel) and the manager tells me that (she can see if there is any food left) well what if there's not right? Of course she comes back and says there is nothing. So me still trying to figure it out asks her if she will just refund my money for them missing items and was going to go somewhere else to get my children food and she tells me that she "can't do anything for me AT ALL tonight and to come back in the morning"!! We are from out of town we were not going to be here in the morning so now you mean to tell me I have to eat the money for the nuggets and chicken strips and STILL have to go to another establishment to by my children dinner being that they had not ate anything and we're starving at this point!! I would not recommend this place to anybody!!!! And even if this was the last restaurant on this planet I would still not go there!! EVER!!!
