Philly cheesesteak and fries

This place was fantastic!! Haley was our server and she did such a wonderful job. She gave fantastic recommendations and was on the spot with answers to any questions we had. Everything we ordered was amazing! And it' was the sweetest mom and pop place! If I was a local I would be a regular! Their apple caramel pie was amazing as well.

Nashville hot chicken, house fries w/garlic rosemary sauce

Spectacular give me 14 of everything right now. FABULOUS, Fabulous. Artichoke dip goes nuts, pita is craveable beyond belief with the garlicky flavor it has. Fried Alfredo ain't to be overlooked! Perhaps wi Wicked deal, by the way if you're vacationing here. My in-laws wouldn't shut up about how happy they were here. The options are vast and cover every palette, with flawless execution. We have the pickiest eaters in my group and I can't find a single complaint. Support this place. Good god, I'd be so sad if it closed after seeing what they have to offer.

So this is the famous Cedar Point fries place. Get the half order to share, feeds at least 3. The sides are the thing here; fried fettuccine Alfredo, creamed jalapeño corn are delicious. It may look busy on the outside but don't worry they can accommodate many this place is huge. Service is okay they are busy. Expect a wait for food. Plan at least an hour and more visit. The Philly Cheesesteak was fine but way too much cheese on an untoasted bun. Salad was huge but blah. I will be back but have a table full of sides.

We tried the fries bc we were here and they are famous - very good!! I had the Mile High Quiche - it was the best quiche I have ever had. (I forgot the pic) Hubs had the bourbon pecan pancakes - very good too!! Service was good! Ambiance - diner feeling but nice!!

Visited Berardi's for some takeout before a nearby football game. Hint: during high school football season (especially Friday nights), do not attempt to park in Berardi's lot and walk over to the football stadium. Fair warning, your car will be towed. I called ahead and requested a chicken parm sammy with Berardi's fries. When I arrived my food wasn't ready, but it was ready within five minutes. The hostess was friendly. As I waited, I could see the I scoped the place out. It felt like a diner with some delicious menu choices. It made me miss having a diner near home. Where I live, there are no great diners nearby. What a shame! My chicken parm sammich was hot and delicious. The chicken had a nice crispy batter and the cheese and sauce were very tasty. It didn't fall apart of drip all over the place either while I ate it in my car. The Berardi's fries were really good. They were thick cut. I used some ketchup on them, which I don't normally do, but it made the fries a little better because they were so thick. If I'm ever in the area again, this is where I'm eating.

My family and I decided to stop in here on a Sunday for breakfast with a party of 11. To start when you walk in you're greeted by a friendly hostess who had a fun vibe. We quickly told her we had a party of 11 and it took her a bit but she pulled some tables together and sat our party. After some looking we ordered a spread of food. All the way from biscuits and gravy, omelets, pancakes and French toast. Took a little bit but our food came out and came out together. Which is a feat if you know how most restaurants work. However before we dive into food.. I have to give TARA a HUGE shoutout. She is what made this a 4 start experience. She was amazing. Without her this might have been a 3 start rating. She was so on point the whole time, had an amazing attitude and was just a very pleasing person to talk to! They need to give this woman a raise. Finally onto the food. Our food came out and it was decent. The omelets were a bit of a strange texture. With cheese on top. They need to figure out how to make them fluffy. The biscuits and gravy was good! Biscuits were very fluffy. Pancakes we're good. Potatoes were good. To top it all off the pumpkin muffin with cream cheese topping was fantastic! Overall this place is decent and in comparison to some of the other places around it was good. If you're looking for a decent breakfast restaurant around here.. check this place out. We would come back!

Mac 'n Cheese Chicken Tenders Ranch Chicken

We loved the food here! I had the chicken tenders with the garlic parmesan and mac and cheese plus breaded mushrooms. WOW the Mac is so delicious! The chicken tenders are also really great especially with the sauce. I liked the mushrooms too but way better with that garlic sauce. Tried some of my sisters shrimp Alfredo with broccoli and it was also amazing! Broccoli was cooked perfectly. Our server Hayley was SO amazing and very nice, she made sure we knew all our options and was very quick to get us new drinks or clear the table.

Fried fettuccini Alfredo

It's a mixed bag here. Excellent food for the most part and some unique takes on old favorites. Get some cedar point fries and a salad for sure! Sounds weird, but both items are delicious. The service was friendly, but not attentive. Be prepared to wait up to an hour for your food. The interior is somewhat cramped and off for being such a huge building. The fried mushrooms are also top notch and fresh. I would try the chicken tenders the next time. Or a different combination of 1/2 salad1/2 sandwich or soup pick two. Excellent value and we had to take food home with us. Give them a try and overlook a few miss steps.

Crazy the history of this restaurant!

This is a super cool public market hall in downtown Sandusky with maybe 15ish (just a guess) local businesses like a bakery, bowling alley, axe throwing game space, ice cream shop and boutiques. This is a cool place to spend an hour or two just browsing and supporting local while grabbing some dessert. The building has some type of history to it which I was unable to readily find online (boo, that is so odd). But the history is paid homage in the design of this space, with old timey photos of Sandusky and Cedar Point blown up on the walls and little stories to accompany them. The design is actually brilliant. It's a cool mixture of old school heritage meets modern rustic vibes. It makes you want to stop and look. The businesses in this building are open during the pandemic, just make sure to check with each business directly before visiting as most of the hours are likely changed. I stopped by here extremely quickly (I do not go out much during the pandemic) to pick up some pre-paid birthday treats from Bake Erie. It has a spacious, accessible parking lot and is just a joy to browse. Check it out for yourself, than continue exploring the surrounding area of local businesses... and Lake Erie :)

The atmosphere was lively and family-friendly, and they had a blast while we were there. It's definitely a spot that keeps kids entertained and makes it a little easier to relax as a parent. What truly stood out was the staff's integrity and kindness. I accidentally left my credit card there, and not only did they go out of their way to mail it back to me, they included a cute little Thirsty Pony drink coozie in the envelope. That was such an unexpected and thoughtful touch. Customer service like that really matters. The atmosphere and the way they handled my mistake absolutely left a positive impression. Thank you to the team for going above and beyond -- that kindness did not go unnoticed!

We didn't get any menus when first sat down so our server was scrambling a bit since the host kind of left us hanging. Our server was really great at keeping our cups full and putting in our order quickly. The food came out pretty fast which was really surprising but tasted pretty subpar. You really should come here for the vibes which were fun and lively! There's also a bowling alley, axe throwing, laser tag, at least 3 different sports bars/betting, arcade, AND a food truck outside with yard games. I ordered the cluck cluck burger which has bacon and an egg. The burger patty was pretty dry but it was saved by the egg. It comes on a pretzel bun which I loved! My nephew ordered a ton of apps instead of an entree and got the giant pretzel (cheese came out pretty dry with a hard top), onion rings, and the cheesesteak fries. He liked the fries the best, onion rings were good, but the pretzel was cold. My husband got chicken wings naked with three or so sauces on the side which weren't very good so I'd suggest getting them normally breaded. He also ordered a burger with sweet potatoes fries that were pretty good but his patty was also dry.
