Every time I've come here the people working there are super nice. They are also very quick, even when there is a queue ahead of me I'm always surprised at how fast they are done. Today I barely had time to drink my free cup of coffee lol. Not the best coffee, but it's free. Anyway, I keep coming back because of the value and quality of service.

Oil change prices are up at GM Lynnwood, quality is way down. For the SECOND time at this location, I found that my oil plug had not been properly tightened, therefore leaving oil stains in my newer driveway. Once I noticed the LEAK , only after a few days, I quickly brought the vehicle back to Nadia (manager), who brushed it off as an oversight and lack of "quality assurance" as if it happens more often than not. I was very disappointed that the Manager did not take this more seriously or even offer a discount on a future oil change. She did not want to hear about the stains in my new driveway.

They are Seahawks fans too.

Got great service here, wasn't expecting such detailed service/inspection for just normal oil change.

The employee that talked to me first was named Kenny and he gave me the heads up about the wait, which was cool. I also spoke with another employee that had an unique name and I don't remember how to spell it. But it was a cool name compared to my overly common generic "Mike" name. I told him that I wanted an oil change and because it was on Black Friday I also wanted to take advantage of two of their specials they were running. One was for a fuel treatment and the other was for a rainX windshield treatment. I wanted to get my transmission fluid changed, but they said that they weren't comfortable with the car because it had a DSG transmission and they didn't feel it was safe. But they referred me to go somewhere else in Lynnwood which was helpful. I attached a picture of the business card to this review for the shop they referred me to. The only complaint I have is that they left a dirt grease smudge on my fuel tank door, and the windshield treatment left a bunch of streaks on my windshield that you could only see if the sun hit it a certain way. And so I had to wipe it off with rubbing alcohol. All in all, it was a good visit. The employees were friendly and I appreciate the free fuel treatment and windshield treatment. They have specials so thank you for those Jiffy Lube! And thank you guys for taking care of my vehicle. I'll be back.

On a beautiful Saturday the Lynnwood locations car wash was unfortunately closed. Against our better judgement we went to the dreaded Alderwood location to clean our son's car. The car wash started and immediately the middle of the windshield cracked and then spidered into the entire windshield. We reported the incident immediately and took several photos. There was no manager on duty on a Saturday? We then contacted him first thing Monday morning. He insisted we drive the car back where he told us the crack was in the inside...hmm. I guess not only is he a weekday manager but also a glass expert. We have tried several times to get anyone (else) to return our calls to no avail and there is apparently no other manager to talk to at anytime onsite. Our insurance has told us they will not cover it as it is considered third party damage. Not to mention at time of purchase on the inspection of the vehicle no windshield damage was found. So my (Autistic) 16 year old is left with a car that is illegal to drive. Thanks Levine family, we will never use your company again. We will now determine if this is worth pursuing in small claims court.

Mike gave me info on a check engine issue, suggesting it be looked at in the future. No sales pressure, which was nice. I was very happy with the service. I'm hoping to move to the area and will be back if so. As an aside; I expected to see women working there (they emphasize they are female-owned), but there was only one, at the front desk. When I asked about it, I was told there aren't many women who are mechanically inclined. Wrong answer! I hope they make the effort to recruit female mechanics in the future; it would be well worth the effort!

For the vehicle safety inspection, I didn't have to make an appointment.  It was fine to do a walk-in. When I visited Emily's Garage, there was a customer who was pretty upset with the repairs and the cost.  I was able to hear what the customer had to go through but I would not comment on that as I have limited information. From my experience of getting my vehicle inspected, I was very surprised at how quickly they were able to complete the vehicle inspection.  It was done in less than 2 minutes, and I paid over $50 for that service.   For comparison, when I had my vehicle inspected at Les Schwab Tire Centers in Portland, they spent over 20 minutes to thoroughly inspect the vehicle and the cost for the inspection was only $20.   Will I re-visit Emily's Garage for the vehicle inspection?  Probably not but if the state requires me to get the vehicle inspection done, I will probably have no choice as there are not that many shops that offer the ASE-certified inspection.

I called ahead to ask if they could press a wheel bearing if I brought in just the hub, and the woman on the phone (Mel, Stef, something like that) told me yes, no problem, and that it could be done by the end of the next day. I made it clear it was urgent. I drop it off and suddenly she's not sure if they can do it, because she doesn't know enough about the process and people who know weren't there since it was late? I don't hear back the next day, so I call them around 4PM, only to find out they hadn't even touched it yet. Then she hits me with a $250 quote to press in a bearing on a loose hub. I'm a former master-certified mechanic with 8 years in dealership service. That job is a $40-50 job max. There's no excuse for that number except price-gouging someone who doesn't know better. I immediately picked it up and took it to B-Line Automotive, two minutes away. They did the job same day, on time, and charged me THIRTY DOLLARS. No stress, no confusion. The woman at Firestone seemed totally overwhelmed every time I spoke with her. This location clearly lacks competent staffing. Either you have a press or you don't--there's no mystery here. I'll never bring anything back to this Firestone again. Total waste of time and trust. Pictures showing me going to firestone, then B-Line. And my receipt from B-Line for $30.
