We decided to book our daughter's 9th birthday party here back in August while there was a back to school special, if you booked your party in that month. We had her birthday this past Saturday and never again! When I first made the reservation there was no verbal confirmation to reassure us everything was good for our event. I had to call the week of and make sure everything was good. When we arrived we thought we were going to have a private room but ended up getting one long table for our group which was never conveyed to us or sufficient for the amount of people we had. Our guests were subject to sitting on the massage chairs 30 minutes into our party before the rope blocking our tables was actually removed. When approached by our "party host" I asked to speak with the manager to voice my concern over the table size and accommodations his name was Jason. When I advised of the problems I was having he was rude and condescending, basically yelling at me in front of my guests and other customers that it was my fault that I didn't book a more expensive party package and that's what I paid for. We had ordered some "specialty pizzas" as well as brought in some Costco pizza of our own which they charge $25 to do. When I asked for him if he could waive the fee or provide some kind of compensation he told me we were already getting a discounted rate and if we wanted anything extra that we needed to pay for it or he could just cancel my daughter's party altogether if I didn't like it!!! On another note....The pizzas we bought from there looked amazing at first glance, but were uncooked and doughey. The cheese unmelted and cold. Video games were about 30% out of order, bathrooms unmaintained and staff was not attentive until we complained. Overall, I gave 2 stars because my daughter and her friends had a great time and the facility was large and had a good selection of other snacks for purchase. But the manager could definitely learn some customer service skills, confirm reservations made in advance and speak to customers in a different tone/manner. I had a ton of fun at this trampoline park but unfortunately it is NOT sanitary at all. I got a terrible rash after leaving the park that worsened over the next few days. My skin is not that sensitive either. The rash is on my knees, thighs, and the top of my feet. My thighs and my feet didn't touch the trampolines or the foam pit. I'm sorry but this place was terrible. I brought my 4 kids - ages 5 to 11 - and they were bored within 15 minutes of jumping. The games sucked our quarters with no staff in sight to help. I went to rock climbing staff member to ask about age or height, he didn't even look me in the eyes and was so incredibly rude! He said you must wear sneakers. So we weren't able to do it. The credit card machine wouldn't work to get more quarters. Needless to say we will never return here. read more

Gravity Extreme is fine, but half of the attractions are out of order. No drop slide, no VR, no "bungee jumping," and no use of the flipping trampoline. Some of these attractions have been out of order for at least a month - maybe longer but I haven't been in much since COVID. Paying the same $21 per person price for half the activities seems a little scammy to me. The food selection is now limited and if you want to use the rock wall or sky walk remember to bring your own shoes - they no longer provide them. I understand this may be pandemic protocol so I'm not bothered by it, more of an FYI. I don't recommend going to go to Gravity until you actually get what you pay for. read more

We don't live close to this place. About 40-45 min away depending on traffic. But it's the summer, this is indoors & we found a Groupon so we took a total of 9 people to have fun. There's a lot to do... a rock wall, several trampoline stations, a rope walking course high overhead, and a few other miscellaneous activities. They've got some good places for the adults to sit and watch the kids. We even called ahead to make sure they offered food and we were told they did. We showed up at 5pm so we could spend the evening having pizza and and fun with the crew we brought. The reason for the 2 stars is the staff. They absolutely do not want to be here. The front desk person was fine but grew a bit irritated waiting for one of the kids to find his Groupon code. Not terrible service but very indifferent. Someone else from our group asked the front desk if someone was working the food desk. He said "yes some is working it." But where we're they? Eventually a person came and we ordered pizza. But, we were informed the kitchen was closed. Confused, I pointed to the sign on the wall showing a pizza, wings & soda deal for $26.99. "Oh, there's no more hot food. We closed that a few hours ago." A few hours ago? So even though you say you serve pizza and wings you don't do it for the last 5 hours of business which includes dinner time? Strange. Ok... we ordered 9 fountain drinks and passed out the cups to our crew. But the fountain drink station had no ice and was off. One of the teens asked for ice and the worker told them "Just wait. It's not that big of a deal." Once the ice was filled and the drink station turned back on we discovered they were out of straws and lids. I went back to the station and the worker disappeared. Between me filling my cup and going back to the counter, they left. I stood there for a few minutes and decided to leave. I mean, who need a lid? But just before I walked away the worker came back and said, "what? Are there no more lids?" I said no. He found them and gave me 2. He hit me with a quick "sorry" and I walked away. I watched another poor soul stand at the same counter for several minutes with no help in sight. And then there's the staff member taking a quick nap in one of the booths. To top it off 9 small fountain drinks totaled $38 The bottom line is the people working here don't appear to care. I understand that in our post-Covid world it's hard to find good workers. But this isn't a good reflection on the business or whoever owns it. It's unfortunate but we probably won't be back. read more

They have food in a snack bar that is much nicer than most you see in these types of places. There is also a ropes course that runs through the entirely facility, however we were bummed that you have to be 12 years old and 5 feet. I think that may disqualify my wife :) . KID FALLS 25 Foot+ onto CONCRETE WITHOUT being harnessed properly on the Leap of Faith... TODAY! There are SO MANY things wrong with this place its unbelievable! 1. Most horrifying is the picture below. A kid jumped off the Leap of Faith without a hope in the world and an improperly secured harness (if it was even attached to him at all there were varying stories from onlookers in line.) He smacked into the concrete ground legs first on a 25+ foot drop. 2. Just purely DISGUSTING the Pizza "Chef" does NOT use gloves. The pizza came out of the oven and he liberally dug his BARE hands into the parmesan which was liberally sprinkled (along with whatever germs dirt and grime) all over the top of my already cooked pizza. GROSS! 3. The bathrooms are FILTHY. Toilet paper and trash EVERYWHERE! It smells nice and perfumey but that doesnt mask the trash and unflushed toilets. Goodwill bathrooms are cleaner than this place! LOL 4. Another UNSAFE attraction is the Sky Walk. Unlike Main Event these tracks require the explorer to UNHOOK themselves while 25-30' in the air and REHOOK their safety devices to move about the walk? The staff just shouts from ground level instructions on what to do if someone is stranded or scared. Again unlike Main Event it doesnt seem that Gravitys workers are willing to climb up on that death trap to save someone. 5. We paid $21.75 for ONE pass and 2 of the MAIN attractions were CLOSED (Bungee and Leap of Faith) on top of that WE WERE NOT INFORMED THE MINIMUM HEIGHT REQUIREMENT FOR SKY WALK PRIOR TO PURCHASING PASSES ONLINE! We were compensated this overcharge with a $6 credit to the disgusting bare hands handling cafe. YUCK! 6. As minor as it maybe, the scale for the Bungee trampoline has broken out plastic with sharp edges, which a child can easily cut theirselves on. Why has this NOT been replaced? 7. The staff was FRIENDLY. They were all very young high schoolers maybe? But polite and courteous to both myself and my children. read more

This was our second time visiting and apparently it had undergone new management and rebranding. The facility is kept pretty clean, and there were enough attractions to keep our little ones entertained the entire time. The price is no longer $7 per toddler; it's now $18 per-- what a huge difference! We were taken aback because upon entering the facility, there was a pimply-faced teeny bopper who was EXTREMELY rude. She repeatedly asked if we had a groupon deal, and when we said we bought tickets online, she said, "Oh, I didn't even know you could buy it on our website." Management, please educate your staff. After that, she aggressively told our children to step back so she could examine their socks. We had grip socks on, however, the new rule is you have to purchase their brand due to "insurance" purposes. That's fine, we bought the socks, but really, this girl was on one with her tone and talking to our kids the way she did. We did not catch her name, but she was wearing a hijab. The rest of the staff was actually super awesome. Please keep the girl with the attitude in the back. First experience at gravity extreme zone with 14 young people and a few adults. There are a lot of activities for various age groups, especially those who do not have a fear of heights. The skywalk was a interactive and challenging experience. I witnessed one young girl get stuck which held up 6 in our group. Thankfully an employee Jakub went in reverse and connected a rescue rope to help her finish. With the delay some in our group missed out on VR but Amalia the manager on duty demonstrated some great customer service and permitted them an extra half hour. So we have spent many school vacation days here since they do that for a fun & constructive, reasonable cost. Today were were looking for something fun to do so we bought a basic pass groupon for $18 for my 2 kids. We got here with our own bouncy grip socks so we saved the money for those. We were hungry so we got a table and ordered (see photos). The personal pizza was worth it but the Cesar salad was not! I separated out the greens from the croutons from the chicken. There weren't much greens or chicken (see picture). The sign board said it was $1 to add chicken to the Cesar but in reality I was charged $2.99 for the few small pieces of chicken. I took it back to the counter and asked the guy. He spun the cash register screen around and said he didnt have anything to do with it. Then he motioned for another fellow to come over. I explained the situation to him. He said they had written the wrong price on the sign and gave me $3.50 back. I guess you cant just put a piece a tape over the price to avoid the bait & switch? I'm sure many people eat it without even looking at the receipt! Except for a few pain-in-the-@ss patrons like me that give a crap? The attractions were ok. It was disappointing that they didn't have a scale on site. The bungee jumping has a weight range from 45 pounds to 200 pounds, my 13-year-old weighs 130. They had a piece of paper covering the 200 pounds. That kept a lot of kids from being able to ride on the bungee jump. The staff member didn't know why they changed it to 100. I wasn't sure if my five-year-old was 45 pounds yet, and since they didn't have a scale to check he couldn't ride it either. It's pretty standard not to allow outside food or drink, but a single Capri Sun cost $2.35, which is about how much that whole package would cost me at the grocery store. That's about a 90% mark up. read more

There are new owners, so the facility is in a transition phase. The kids working there were very attentive to the children playing despite having to jump from attraction to attraction. I stopped one of the young men to ask if there was anything my toddler could do while my teenager was having a good time and he went out of his way to find things for her to do. Andrew was his name. We have been twice on weekdays and both times it's been almost empty. We found it through the Arizona POGO pass and you get 2 visits with the pass. The price to jump here is totally reasonable and there is lots of activities aside from trampolines. Not all of the extra activities are open and working, but if you know that going into it, it's not a big deal. It's 20.99 for an hour of jumping and the extra activities like rock climbing or stairway to heaven. I suggest going on a weekday so you can use everything in a reasonable amount of time and you don't have to wait in line. This place could use some upgrades, but it's lots of fun. read more
