Another angle - only a few kids if you look really hard
    Nisha M.

It is now Rush Extreme and it has gone down hill fast. The kids called it a dump and I feel that that was being too generous. There was no music on and the a/c didn't seem on. The kids were absolutely melting and it was miserable for the parents to sit while they played. There was no one at the front counter even after ringing their bell multiple times, the few people waiting in line started joking about it because the wait was so ridiculous. They are sticklers about the socks being rush socks but also require close toed shoes for the rock wall. It costs extra for the sky walk and there aren't even enough workers to run the attractions. Got a Groupon for 3 hours, but the kids weee bored and overheated after 30 minutes. We will not return for any reason.

Giving a 3 just because the cleanliness level here is not great at all sticky surfaces everywhere looks like it hasn't been cleaned in a long time from the play structures to the bathroom, trash littered randomly everywhere It is a super fun indoor playground and rate it 5stars in all that it has to offer for kids it has soooo much potential to be amazing if they can actually get a cleaning crew in here you can tell it wasn't even cleaned up from the weekend trash littered all over the party rooms, definitely seems like they have a staffing problem too. Also heads up a bunch of arcade games everywhere but no ATM or way to get tokens with card have to physically bring cash and quarters if want to use them.

A birthday party MUST!!!! I went back & forth on doing a home party and decided to go with the Rush. BEST decision!!! We celebrated my daughter's 4 birthday here and it was amazing. We did a veterinarian theme. The party room is perfect & pre-decorated!! Our party host was the best of the best! She helped by making sure all guest got checked in & that food came out on time. She also helped with things I forgot! (Candles, lighters, etc) Kids were entertained the entire time! It was nice having a party room so they could come check in every now and then. I did a lot of pricing around and Rush was by far the best deal! I can't wait to book another party here!!

    My nephew in ball pit

Was a great experience!! I came with my nephew and boyfriend and they both had a great time. The girl in the front desk I believe her name was Elany was very kind and helpful 10/10! Would come again

Only came because it was on PoGo. This place was super dirty. The floors were covered in dirt. They also tell you you have to buy their socks, but once inside half the kids were in regular socks. It's bigger than uptown jungle but we much prefer uptown.

The main reason was the staff. They were really good with the kids and seemed to really like their job. There was a ton of activities for our grandson to do. It's one of the few times where he hasn't told me he's ready to leave 30 minutes after we take him somewhere. I really liked the ambience too. There was music playing, which provided a lively atmosphere, but it wasn't so loud that it was annoying. Every kid I observed was having so much fun. The highlight of the visit was when he decided he wanted to do the climbing wall. Because of his age, I was hesitant but he actually did very well, and the safety gear looked really secure. He loved the challenge. The entire facility was very clean, including the bathroom. We will definitely be going back! Thank you, Uptown Jungle

We arrived right when they opened on a Thursday morning, so it wasn't a matter of the place getting dirty throughout the day. The facility looked like it desperately needed a deep cleaning. There was a dead cockroach on the floor, many of the surfaces looked like they hadn't been wiped down in a while, and the foam pit was especially concerning--the foam blocks looked old, dirty, and in need of replacement. For what admission costs, I expect the facility to be maintained much better. My kids still had fun, but the lack of cleanliness made it hard to enjoy the experience, and I don't feel the condition of the facility matches the premium price. On a positive note- the staff was very friendly.

After researching Urban Air, we decided to go all in and purchase memberships for our family. Three…read moreUnlimited memberships and about $730 later, we were excited to see if the experience would live up to everything it promised. The Good There is a lot to like about Urban Air. The variety of attractions is impressive and gives kids plenty of ways to stay entertained. Between the go-karts, free-fall ride, rock climbing walls, laser tag, elevated obstacle course, and trampolines, there is no shortage of things to do. The go-karts were one of the biggest hits of the day. Our kids absolutely loved them and would have happily ridden them over and over. They were easily one of the standout attractions and one of the main reasons we felt good about purchasing the memberships. Laser tag was another highlight. The arena is surprisingly large, and the equipment feels like what you'd expect from a dedicated laser tag facility rather than a side attraction at a trampoline park. It was probably my personal favorite attraction. Most importantly, our kids had a blast. They left excited and already asking when they could come back, which is ultimately what matters most. The Bad The biggest surprise came when we learned that some attractions included with the "Unlimited" membership are not actually unlimited. We discovered this when an employee marked our kids' wristbands to track how many times they had ridden the go-karts. Since the go-karts were one of their favorite attractions, it was disappointing to learn there was a limit on something they enjoyed so much. What made this more frustrating was that when reviewing membership options, the pass advertises "Full Attraction Access Included." Based on that wording, I naturally assumed that meant unlimited access to all attractions during a visit. Instead, it appears the "Unlimited" portion refers more to unlimited visits throughout the month rather than unlimited use of every attraction once you're inside. To be fair, there may be details somewhere outlining these restrictions, but during signup and while reviewing the membership information, we couldn't find anything clearly explaining which attractions have limits or how many uses are included. Greater transparency upfront would go a long way toward setting proper expectations. Fortunately, our kids didn't seem bothered by the limits, but it was still an unexpected surprise. The Ugly My biggest concerns involved safety oversight and supervision. The employees we interacted with were friendly and polite, but many appeared quite young, and there were multiple occasions where staff seemed more focused on socializing than actively monitoring attractions. This was particularly noticeable in the rock climbing area, where children were climbing 20+ feet into the air while attached to retractable harness systems. The equipment itself appeared safe, but active supervision is just as important. Another concern involved the free-fall ride. During our visit, the ride was out of service, but the exit gate was not properly secured. Because of this, children were able to enter the attraction area through the exit and begin accessing the ride before an employee noticed and redirected them. Thankfully the ride was not operating at the time, but it took a moment for staff to recognize what was happening. While no one was hurt and the situation was corrected, it reinforced some of the attentiveness concerns we observed throughout the visit. For a facility designed primarily for children and featuring several higher-risk attractions, supervision and securing access points should be top priorities. Overall Despite the concerns, we still had a positive first experience. The attractions themselves are genuinely fun, the facility offers a lot for active kids, and our children had an amazing time. Because we've already invested in the memberships, we'll absolutely continue visiting and will be interested to see how future experiences compare. It's possible that visiting on a Tuesday evening during the summer contributed to some of the staffing and supervision issues, especially since the park wasn't particularly busy. If I could give half stars, this would probably land around 3.5 to 4 stars for me. The attractions, especially the go-karts and laser tag, are excellent and delivered exactly what we hoped for. However, the lack of clarity around "Unlimited" membership benefits and the safety oversight concerns keep it from earning a full five stars. Urban Air has the potential to be a fantastic family value, but clearer communication and stronger attention to supervision would make the experience feel more aligned with the premium price of admission.

The Mesa location has a lot more gym equipment, obstacles, and activities for younger kids, while this location feels much more like an open warehouse space with fewer things for little ones to do. The skate area is definitely larger here, but overall there wasn't as much to keep my 7- and 9-year-olds entertained. There were also a lot more older teens here, which made me uncomfortable letting my kids explore on their own. Even the 6-and-under area had bigger kids playing in it, and the main wheel zone was filled with older boys riding around pretty aggressively and balls just being thrown in different directions. The biggest disappointment was the cleanliness. We needed to use the restrooms as soon as we arrived, and they were very dirty--toilet paper was all over the floor and multiple toilets hadn't been flushed. The facility also felt worn down, and some of the equipment looked like it could use better maintenance. I'm glad I was able to visit using my GetOutPass, but I don't think I would pay admission to this location. I really wish the GetOutPass included the newer Mesa location instead, as it's a much better experience for younger kids. The teens all working at the place also are too busy talking and mingling with each other...
