Before bringing it in, I asked the cashier if it was okay since I was only going to be inside for a few minutes to purchase a few items. The cashier said it was fine. A few minutes later, the store manager, who I believe is named Evan, came through the store yelling, "Whose e-bike is that?" in front of other customers. Instead of speaking to me professionally, she immediately became confrontational. I calmly explained that I only needed a few minutes to finish my purchase, but she responded by insulting me and using profanity. I'm an adult, a paying customer, and a regular shopper at this location. There was no reason for the situation to be handled with shouting and disrespect. If there was a store policy, it could have been explained politely instead of creating a scene. I reported the incident to corporate, but because this location is independently franchised, they were unable to resolve the issue. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this store while this manager is in charge. Customers deserve professionalism and respect, not public embarrassment over a situation that could have been handled with a simple conversation. Ty

Buyer Beware! After my Two month ago I purschased a Tuff Shed for $2800 but this week finally had…read moreit built. I was replacing two shed and specifically told the Area Sales Specialist, Alex Mesa from the Whittier Store what I expected in measurement and sizing. It needed to be approximately 14 feet long to replace the length of the two sheds. After measurememts and rechecked, I discovered that the shed was not the size and measurement I had requested. The shed also was supposed to have two shelves and vent and that was not done. I contact the General Manager twice regarding the issues. Hindsight, I believe it was more important to get the sale and built it then to give me what I wanted at the price that he was selling. My biggest problem with this is the General Manager, Mike Goodman knew there were problems with the sale, as the shed was "Not as I ordered!" The only resolution he offered was a shed that size will cost you over $3000. He made no attempts to mediate or negotiate the situation. In summary, I'm disappointed, feel it was a breach, failure of our sales agreement, and unacceptable structure issues. I'm demanding an immediate transaction reversal and itemized refund. In additional, a check for the full advance payment of $500. My advice to you, always read what you're paying or signing for and not trust that what you request will be followed. Kay W.
