But Carry and Total Distance were not available - whether via browser or the Trackman app. Then I was told I had to have signed into the their bay when I was onsite. But when I arrived onsite with a buddy, we both said we need help getting set up and thus we thought we were - turns out that wasn't the case. Seems to me that if you know Trackman this place may be worth a try. If you don't, you should learn before you go or risk the chance of not having key data available after the session. Unfortunately, with all the back and forth and the fact I never got the 2 most important data points I wanted (the reason I signed up was to dial in iron and wedge distances) I would reconsider going here. When I suggested that all employees become proficient in Trackman and asked what they thought I heard nothing back. Probably worth a try, but, buyer beware. If I were the shop owner, I would have offered a return session on the house. This never crossed their minds. Too bad.

Upon arrival, it was a joy to see that there was not many people eating as well as no waitlist to be seated. We got seated immediately by what seems to be the restaurant manager. He was nice and made us feel welcome. Our server for the night whom I forgot the name of, was sweet and responsive to our needs as well! We were pleasantly surprised by how empty the restaurant was. We both ordered burgers, which my bf had recommended to me based on the one other time he came. Our food came out so quickly, I would say just around 10 minutes! I got their "Eureka! In that time we had four separate parties of 1-4 all be seated around us. They all were given drinks either by hosts or servers. Two of them had orders taken. We were not asked how we were. Even after activating the "need waiter" mode on the tablet every single server ignored us. I know mistakes happen, a rush had ended and we may have been lost in the shuffle. Every server who looked at us and the tablet could have checked in. It was clearly bright and alerting. The restaurant wasn't incredibly busy, as our section was mostly empty when we entered. As we were getting up one of the servers looked at both of us, the alerting tablet on the table, and then towards the table next to us and asked if they needed help. I have to mention that all the people who were served before us were white. Most of their servers were. The hostess who sat us down also was. We are an interracial couple. I am very visibly middle eastern. It felt incredibly targeted. We would tip as much as any other party. We wouldn't treat the staff poorly. All we did was have a brown guy at the table. When we went to hand our menus and unused utensils back to the hosts the only host who showed any concern and attempted to help wasn't white. She offered to get us reseated and immediately helped. Considering the racist treatment towards us by the other staff we declined. We left promptly. I would love for someone from the management team to reach out and look at any footage of the incident to clarify what might've happened. She was juggling what I'm sure was a very stressful evening, yet she remained patient, professional, and genuinely kind to everyone she helped. It's easy to provide good service when everything is going smoothly--it's much harder when things go wrong. She handled it with grace, and it did not go unnoticed. We stayed at the Hilton Concord for one night while my husband was attending a conference at the…read morehotel, and this was one of the most disappointing Hilton stays I've had as a Diamond member. The problems started before I even got inside. There are only four short-term loading spaces directly in front of the hotel, all marked as 10-minute tow-away spaces. All four were occupied when I arrived. I waited more than 20 minutes, and not one vehicle moved. Several hours later, three of the same vehicles were still parked there. The regular gated parking is much farther from the entrance. I was arriving alone with luggage while my husband was already inside at his conference, so I called the hotel to ask whether anyone could assist me with a luggage cart. I was on hold for nearly 10 minutes before reaching the front desk. I was told that luggage assistance was not available. Even more concerning, the front desk employee told me I could park in the clearly posted red-zone fire lane. I was not comfortable doing that. I ultimately had to interrupt my husband's conference so he could come outside and help me. The next morning, I again saw multiple vehicles parked in the fire lane. Because this appeared to be an ongoing issue, I later reported it to the local fire inspector. The room itself had reasonably updated finishes, so I would not call the entire room dated. But the HVAC unit was ancient. My husband entered the room around 1 PM and said it was approximately 80 degrees inside with the AC off. He immediately turned it on and closed the blinds. After running for most of the day, the room was still around 71 degrees late that evening even though it was only in the low 60s outside. It eventually reached 70. I documented the thermostat showing 70 degrees with the system on COOL and the fan on HIGH. The bathroom was also extremely cramped, especially the shower. I was surprised to learn from the front desk that the Executive Lounge has apparently been closed since before COVID. The printed information provided at check-in also stated that housekeeping is only provided every fourth day, and that same-day service must be requested by 1 PM and is "refresh only." That did not affect our one-night stay, but it certainly would have mattered on a longer stay. The overall atmosphere felt badly understaffed and stripped-down for a full Hilton-branded property. The amenities felt limited, and even at the rate we paid, I did not feel the stay represented good value. I raised the issues with Hilton Guest Assistance afterward. Hilton ultimately provided service recovery, which I appreciated, but getting there required repeated follow-up. I never received direct contact from hotel management, and the hotel's initial response contained factual discrepancies that I had to correct through Hilton. I want to be fair that the employee I dealt with was not personally unpleasant, and the room finishes themselves were generally updated. My complaint is with the overall operation, staffing, maintenance, amenities, and management response. Based on this experience, I would not stay here again.

There always seems to be some kind of upbeat musical entertainment going on when go there. Last week we had a college graduation party for our youngest daughter. We opted to have Wise Girls cater for us. The food was ready on time. It was delicious and the guests loved it.
