Food is good. Service is TERRIBLE. Reviews about this place all over the internet with their terrible attitudes and service and you'd think they would change? Nope. Don't waste your money. read more

Grassos is fairly good pizza. The dough is solid, the sauce is tasty and the ingredients are good also. Their probably second on my list as far as pizzas go in the Lancaster/Depew area and with that being said, as far as yelp reviews go there getting an unfair wrap here for whatever reason. Their a solid pizzeria, they really are. Not the worst but certainly not your gold standard by know means. My top 5 WNY pies currently worth mentioning. 1) Imperial pizza (Buffalo) 2) Leonardis (Amherst) 3) Bella (Hamburg) 4) Bobs Poplar (Cheektowaga) 5) Zips Wise Guys (North Buffalo) read more

Ordered pizza here a few times and every time the bottom is wet. They have a belt oven not a real pizza oven. Can't speak for the subs only had pizza. Work around corner and guys order from there because it's close. But very consistent. Bottom never crisp. Would be better if baked on bottom longer. read more

We used to order from grasso's pizza ALL THE TIME. We stopped for awhile because the food was sloppy and lettuce on subs would be brown and tasted rotten. So we just stopped. We decided to give them another shot and they have been alright. Tonight we order food and everytime we buy we spend well over $50-$60 but tonight we call them because the pizza is under cooked. I wanted to attached a video because if it was just a little undercooked I wouldn't have called at all but it was pretty bad. A young girl answers the phone and gives the phone to who I am assuming is the manager and this manager has the nerve to question us and then proceeds to give us an attitude, an attitude because they messed? And then after agreeing to gives a new cooked pizza makes sure to let us know she wants the undercooked pizza back as if we were going to keep it and eat it? RUDE! Nothing for the inconvenience of half the family not being able to eat. Just an attitude. This is going to be my last time ordering from this place because I already knew better after stopping the first time. With 100 pizzerias in the area I'm suprised grasso's has such horrible customer service. And to a person who has been a customer. #food #grassos #pizza read more

RUUUUUUDEEEE!! The staff is mean as hell! I will NEVER EVER! Order from here again!....(unless I want to be screamed at that is) .... but I'm in no mood to be treated like an child. I live in an apartment where I do not have a door bell. I also have two relatives living with CP.... anyone who knows The struggles, appreciates delivery. I specifically asked the operator to " call me, I don't have a door bell" ... as I don't and I'm also care taking. ... this delivery man, about 30, curly hair, glasses, forward hat... text me. I realize he's there, open the door and he SCREAMS at me! Stating he's been waiting, and this is the second time he's waited for me (in 2 months) ! SCREAMING and ridiculing me... and yes may be the second as I said , I have a family with needs and don't have a door bell. Maybe some Patience and understanding could have been in order for This Banjee who couldn't control His temper. So after being screamed at by the delivery boy.... I offered him to take the pizza back then, especially if that's how dramatic he was going to be... he refused. Needless to say I did not tip him as I only showed him The same curtesy he showed me. He is disrespectful and Grassos is disrespectful and discriminatory against those with disabilities read more

I placed my order online and it said my order wasn't processed but when I checked my bank account I was charged so I called. They couldn't find my order but they could see I was charged. I was told the only person who could take care of this was the owner and she wouldn't be back until Wednesday... The girl I was talking to was completely rude and had an attitude and didn't even offer to keep the charge and just make my food. They're food is great but I won't eat there again because of the service read more

Food is great, service is awful. Placed an order online and paid for it. Was told to pick it up at a specific time. Upon arrival was told they forgot to make half of the order. Only after demanding a refund because I couldn't wait any longer did I even get a half hearted apology from the person "running the pizzeria". Also could not provide me a receipt that a refund was issued was told it would be emailed later tonight when they process them. That doesn't make any sense whatsoever. No offer to deliver at no charge or a discount off my order. Awful customer service. read more

Listen if your gonna hand out shitty ass wings your going to get a call back and your response should be giving good fresh made wings not some rubbery pieces of garbage absolutely unprofessional for a business that claims to have the best pizza right not to mention your delivery guy thought it was ok to walk up inside the house and up my hallway stairs to my door excuse me um...? COVID-19 bro rude ass customer service as well FUCK THIS PLACE WASTE OF MONEY read more

This will be the last time I order from Grasso's. In the past, they have messed up my order multiple times. On one occasion, I received a chicken cordon bleu sub instead of a chicken Parmesan sub. On another occasion, I received my order more than twenty minutes late, and that was with me picking it up, not even delivery. On every occasion, I spoke to a brunette female manager that did nothing to make me feel like I was appreciated, in fact, I received the opposite. Nothing but excuses. Today, I had another huge order, most of my orders are $70 and up mind you, and I was almost home when they called and said they forgot to give me an item. They offered delivery, but said it would take a while, implying I would be at the end of the line, instead of right away. I spoke to that same manager, received the same excuses, and I lost it. I ended up swearing and she hung up. When I arrived to pick up that item, I simply said "I want my F$&king pizza". She said don't swear and I responded with "I'll say whatever the F$&k I want". She said "ok, then I'll call the cops", and slammed the window without giving me the pizza. Was about to call dispatch when she opened the window, handed me the pizza, and said "don't come back, we don't want your business". I hadn't been made to feel like they wanted my business anyhow. I felt I was justified in my response because I have not had that many mistakes from one pizzeria, and then have a jerk manager to boot. Remember, there was several, upwards of six mistakes I can remember, within 5 years that I could remember off the top of my head. Justified and with my huge orders, they could care less. Please, go to a place that will respect you and appreciate your business. Grasso's is not that business. read more

Used to be our favorite, but the food quality has been going down hill the last 6 months or longer. We recently ordered a pizza and a salad. The pizza was a sloppy wet mess. The salad, no exaggeration, was not only just lettuce with a sprinkle of cheese, it was slimy rotten lettuce. I called them to let them know the food was unedible. The young man offered to remake the order and have us pick it up again which I politely declined because we had plans to be somewhere, so the owner said to give us a $10.00 credit for the $19.00 worth of gross food. So today I decided to use that credit towards another order.... GROSS! Sad to say but this place should be closed. read more

I'm super sad that I cannot order from this restaurant any longer. I ordered a pizza from them today and midway through my first slice I found a piece of plastic that looked as though it came from packaging baked into my pizza. Yuck. Thankfully it was in only my slice and my kids didn't get it and choke. I called the pizzeria to report it, and they said they'd credit my name so the next time I order my pizza will be free. Um. No thanks. I can't take a risk like that. I think Erie County Health Dept needs to inspect this place. Disappointed. read more

I live downtown so I didn't know Grasso's existed until we were in the area helping a friend move. We ordered a bucket of wings, medium, for supper. I was beyond impressed! The wings were crispy, without having to ask. The sauce was spicy without being overpowering and the wings weren't drenched in sauce like you normally get. Not sure if they make their own Bleu cheese but it was excellent! We reheated them for supper last night and they were just as good. Gold star for Grasso's! We will definitely order from them again, even if we have to go out of our way to get it! read more

Best cheese and pepperoni pizza around in my opinion. The kind with the puddles of grease in the pepperoni. GOOD pepperoni by the way. Oh yeah! Wings are good too. read more

We order there as a company fairly often. Today I called an order it, I had 3 items, the counter person pushed them across the counter to me. I asked if she had a bag and she handed me an empty bag so that I could bag up the food myself. Is this really where your customer service is? Even McDonalds and Tim Horton's are better than this. read more

Subs are small, ham is gross, food is very bland, pizza is mediocre. The staff there who answers the phones aren't very intelligent, usually late with deliveries. Not recommended. The only thing I liked is the online ordering process. read more

My wife recently got a job out near Alden and tried Grasso's after her 1rst paycheck to celebrate. The 1rst Pizza was great. Well the past 3 times it's been absolutely nothing but 3/4 crust/dough on all of the a slices. Granted we ordered on Wed. Special night but I can now honestly say they are done!! I'd rather pay more for Picasso's in Lancaster then give another penny to Grasso's. Thanks for your time to read this but maybe your better off buying a couple slices out of that counter hot box because your pizza won't look like the slices they sell! read more

Grasso's Pizza - Pizza Near Me - Depew, New York

I've been in Lancaster for the last year, so I've been trying out different pizzerias in the area to see what I like best. I finally tried Grasso's, this weekend, and although it was definitely better than some of the other local pizzerias, the sauce was too salty for my liking. I probably won't order pizza from here again. read more

Got pizza and wings from here on new years day. Ordered a small Hawaiian pizza and a large pepperoni with medium and BBQ wings. All the food was very good. The pepperoni pizza seemed to have extra cheese on it despite us not even having to ask for extra cheese (this is a good thing!). The pineapple on the Hawaiian pizza was extremely fresh, that pizza was also very good. the wings were large and crispy. the medium sauce wings were very good, a few of the BBQ ones were slightly burned. read more

Amazing food. My two recommendations are the stuffed banana peppers and the Philly steak pizza. Trust me and just go order it and try them yourself!! read more

They burned my moms pizza and wanted to give her a discount. Very mean workers ...will never buy pizza from Grassos again. was so mad I wanted to beat the shit out of the very rude worker who accused me of calling to just try and get free food from them. They are very lucky they are located across the street from the high school because with that bad of customer service im sure if they were located somewhere else I dont think they would still be open. They also acted this way to my inlaws and my wife said she would never order from there because the Owner was very rude. This must be were the workers must learn there bad manners from. read more

This business is NOT CUSTOMER FRIENDLY!!. They refused to take my wing order at the drive up window and insisted I get out of my car....in January....and enter the buiding to order. I stressed that I was only placing the order and would return to pick it up.There were no other customers!! Later management contacted me and said "it is their policy not to tie up the Drive Up window"!! What part of " I am only placing a wing order" did they not understand?? read more

We will never order from there ever again after 10 years being a loyal customer. I called to order pizza with onions and asked if they can dice the onions and I was told no and if I was the person who called a few weeks ago they already told me no. So I asked for her name and she said she wasn't giving it out. I asked for a manager and she said she was. I asked to speak with someone else. A guy named Lewis came on very nice and said her name was Syliva. Probably not her real name. He said they are not allowed to chop the onions smaller...... REALLY. So if I ordered ham...would I get slices of ham?? No you have to cut it up. They said they we happy to lose my business over onions. Wow! I ordered from Penoras and the food was great and they were happy to dice up my onions! read more

My second night in Buffalo I decided I should try some buffalo wings in Buffalo. I liked the prices here so I ordered. The guy on the phone was a jerk. When I said I wanted to pay by debit and asked if I had to read him the number he had some snide ass retort. Wish I could have slapped him. The food came very quickly. We ordered the calzone sub with is essentially everything you would find in an italian sub but inside a calzone shell.....very very good...which is the only reason for the 2 stars as opposed to 1. The buffalo wings were hideous. They were tough and severely overcooked. They had barely any sauce on them. The blue cheese dressing was delicious though. I ate part of the chicken just so I can consume the dressing. It was very mediocre food and shoddy service. Would never order from here again. read more

We order pizza from here regularly and always enjoy it. We ask for it to be cooked "well done" as we like a crispy crust. Never had any of the issues some of the other reviewers stated...also don't use the drive through, we pick up the phone to call to place orders and walk into the building to pick up our order. Lol. read more

We ordered grasso's for pick up and went through the drive thru to pick up our order of a bucket of wings (half BBQ, half hot), and nachos deluxe. While waiting at the pick up window, we saw an employee speaking on the phone placing an order and using the computer. He went directly from the computer and phone to spreading a pizza with his bare hands!!! He did not wash in between using the phone and computer or use gloves and went to spread dough on a pan. I am MORTIFIED!! So when we got home, we realized we only got half of the wings!!! They never gave us the 25 of hot. So I called, and they said it would be awhile to have someone drop off so we had to pick up! I will never be ordering from grasso's again.... it's one thing to forget half the order, it's another thing to cook with dirty hands. read more

It may sound strange but, Mashed Potato Pizza is So Good. We order it at least once a month. Smokehouse Style BBQ wings are good too.

tonight I had my daughter order chicken fingers and had them delivered. when they got here they had no sause on them so we called and they asked us to bring them back to be fixed after we paid to have them delivered no biggie I have her run them over and they put something that was rancid oil tasting but the sauce did not even matter as the fingers were so over cooked as to make them unedible. this is not the first time we have had issues with the quality or customer care but it will be our last. the manager assured my daighter that the fingers where alright as they looked funny to begin with. must have to much business to service one if their bigger accounts the correct way, but if this is how I get treated I feel for the people who only order here once in awhile unlike me and my family that order multiple times a week read more

All these people who are rating this 1 or 2 stars are stupid and have no taste, grasso's has the best pizza within 20 miles, they have great service, amazing pizza and wings, and their Hawaiian pizza is to die for (the best in buffalo). The drive thru window is also really cool and unique. The pizza is cheesy and saucy and delicious. I've been ordering from there for over a year and would recommend it to anyone.
