Today, they lost a customer. My wife ordered a pizza and wings at 5:45. They said it would be there within an hour. It wasn't. We called and waited 15 more minutes. I drive there and spoke to the owner. Long story short, the driver showed up at almost 7:45 with our food. read more

Ordered pizza and wings for delivery. The guy taking the order asked my address several times, kept asking for me to repeat things. I had to repeat my credit card 3 times. I asked for a pizza - half pepperoni the other half cheese. Literally asked if I wanted cheese on the pepperoni half. He was under the influence of something. Said and hour. After an hour and a half it finally showed up. Found human hair in the pizza. Gross. Not going back here. I called & got the same guy. I asked for the owner. He said she wasn't there. I asked when she will be back. He said she's on vacation and doesn't know when they will be back. Ok... read more

The subs are not great. Pizza is ok. Fries are good. It will take over an hour for delivery.

I wish I took a pic of the food but I thought about doing this review afterwards. The selection is perfect and the workers are simply awesome. Friendly knowledgeable just down right pleasant. Now for the food, I had the mashed potato pizza, YUM! This time I ordered the Grasso deluxe sub it is now my favorite. While I was there a fresh slice pizza come out and looked great and looked and let's just say it was. Next time I go there I will take a pic. read more

This is our go to pizzeria. Sure have tried others but their food is delicious! Just yesterday, after a hard day of work, we ordered a small pizza and single order, BBQ wings. No surprise perfect, enjoyable. read more

Great food and friendly staff. Been going there many years. They treat their veterans very well and it is much appreciated, thank you.

I tried out Grasso's for the first time last night and it was pretty good. We got a half cheese/pepperoni pizza with an order of medium and bbq wings. The pizza itself was pretty good although too much dough especially on the outside. That's a me thing nothing against them as that's just how they do it. The sauce was good but not great and didn't have a ton of flavor I didn't' think. Cheese was great and the pepperoni's were spicy and delicious! The medium wing sauce didn't taste like medium or much for that matter despite being pretty saucy. The bbq was very tasty and I liked the grilled char to the wings. Despite the tasty sauces on the bbq wings, both types of wings were cooked to that done but still rubbery kind of skin texture some wing places do and I just found it disappointing. I want my wings to have that crunch and done sort of texture to it for me to really love it. All in all, not bad I'd get it again or try other things for sure, but they wouldn't be my first choice either. read more

If you like "O's", particularly multiple O's, then I'm your man. Unless you like Grass O's, which would be O's enjoyed while high on marijuana, in which case I am not your man because I'm not into drugs. But more power to you. Grasso's is very average pizza, and in a city like Buffalo, average pizza is akin to bad pizza, because we have so much good pizza. For example, Pizza Heist (yum!) is just a mile or so away from here. I also don't like the service. The guys working in here were not particularly friendly. He had issues with heating my slice up and even then it was lukewarm. He charged me (in my opinion) way too much for a few breadsticks that were just about to be thrown out anyway. However the breadsticks were decent, the pizza slice was fairly priced, it was huge, and my friend (who I shared it with) thought it was good. It was very cheesy, a little bland, a little congealed, there wasn't too much flavour to it. I'd describe it as basic. Definitely not a work of art, and could have used more spice and flavour. Nevertheless, the place is open late, the slices are huge, and you could do a lot worse, financially and taste-wise, than snacking on a slice from here. And if you really do like Grasso's, then I should probably tell you that I have it on good authority from my friends in Los Angeles that Cokeo's are even better. read more

Our cravings for garlic Parmesan wings led us searching the neighborhood. We found them here at Grasso's . They were everything we hoped for! Huge,Cheesy, crunchy, garlicky finger licking good wonders! Their regular wings are excellent also. Taco pizza was different but I am an old fashioned cheese and pepperoni girl! They got that right on too! Will definitely go back often. read more

This place was really good a year or so ago. i dont know what happen. It's gone downhill 100% from subs that were placed online order and they even mess that up. I took a few bites and threw it away. you think management would reach out to you. but nope. so i will tell anyone know i know to stay away from this place! read more

Extremely disappointed. We had a get together for Halloween and ordered about $135 in food just to end up with a bucket of barely cooked wings...that were initially ordered xx-crispy. The pizza was good, the chicken fingers I ordered were supposed to be extra saucy but definitely weren't. I know they were busy yesterday but that doesn't make subpar food any more acceptable. My guests barely ate the wings and they were so soggy we had to check to see if they were even fully cooked, even with travel time for delivery if they were cooked extra extra crispy they wouldn't have been that soggy. Safe to say we won't be ordering from here again. read more

So I'm really glad I decided to give this place a try tonight. Ordered a personal pizza and fingers. Fingers were extra crispy and the hot bbq was on point. The pepperoni pizza and fingers from Grasso's is in my opinion better than Picasso's. And I've been going to Picasso's for a long time. Did I forget to mention there's a drive through? My life's complete. read more

Still crappy. I tried again. Called in an order 5pm. They said 45 mibutes. 633 and I am still waiting. This place SUCKS! STAY AWAY. I did call the manager who is an absolute waste of carbon. We're just busy. Then why say 45 minutes and 1.5 hours later it still hasn't been delivered? read more

The food is good, but customer service is bad and when I was trying to get assistance the staff on hand ignored me. I will not be back.

I gave five stars for the hot new delivery man, definitely an upgrade from previous homeless looking person. 5 star pizza especially mashed potato, yummy 2 stars for recent change in chicken finger maker ,they were a 5. Wings are usually decent. Sugar dippers with chocolate amazing 4 stars But again I stress get delivery ,I specifically stated my pizza could be cold for the right delivery guy read more

$10 for a half sub that was the worst sub I've ever had. The subs in high school are way better. We got pizza, subs and boneless wing. we paid $102 for an $80 bill and the food is terrible! Ordered food on line. The estimated delivery was 6:15; first call to inquire was at 6:45 told it left 30 minutes prior and it was part of 5 deliveries taken out. Second call at 7:15 asked to cancel the order and the employee hung up on me. Called back same voice answers the phone claims to be the manager and tells me the order went out at 6:35. I get it was busy but if you can drive to Erie and back in the amount of time it takes to have a pizzeria deliver there is defiantley a problem. Simply tracking your orders and updating customers would go along way to keeping customers happy. read more

Food is great! And yes, SERVICE was not so good from the owner or manager (whomever was the little man) who took my order. I actually felt like I was bothering him. Consistently delicious Buffalo pizza. The pepperoni does that wonderful nothing where it curls up and blackens on the edges. Mushrooms are always fresh. only place I go for this stuff. Orders are on time and accurate. When you come in, the employees are always friendly, even when they are crazy busy. With so many pizza and wings joints in the area, you have to be a step above to survive. Things like friendly people, accuracy, and reliable orders make it clear why this place is going strong after 20 years. Also, I love their Chicken fingers. Grassos forever! read more

Consistently Great! I have been going here for two decades and they always "delivered"!! Pizza, their plump wings, any of the subs... even the tacos are home runs. Do yourself a favor and order a chicken Greek salad. Anything you need, you will fall in love at first bite and this place will be on speed dial for you and your family. Also, the workers are top-notch. read more

I rarely ever right a negative review. I am in customer service and know the challenges that come with it, too ! However.... First let me start by saying this review is not a reflection on the food. Food is quite good. I had set up an online account in January. Mondays i work from 7am until 8pm. Yes, very long day ! Found ordering and paying online, in advance quite convenient, as i just want to pick up food at drive through and go home !!! Sounded great !!! Average order each time, $30. Didn't taking home subs would be this difficult ! But, three strikes your out !!! I have got there on one occasion with no order started. Young girl at window, rude and making faces as she turned away. Asked to speak to mgr. who also seemed to care less . Would have gladly just pulled away but, had already prepaid. No apologies of any kind ! Another occasion, got there to be handed a sub and a salad ! Didn't order a salad and had to wait for them to make the other 2 subs. They were brought out to my vehicle. Again, no apologies . Whatever ! I just wanted to go home ! Last night, final straw !! My usual order of subs, prepaid. Got to window only to be told they were just finishing my order. Would i go back to end of line behind to cars and return to window...? Was told i could not just pull up and wait for my order to be brought out. Was told they couldn't bring outside, i would have to come inside. So.. back to end of drive thru line and wait for 2 other cars to pick up their order. Again, to receive attitude from young man at window. No apologies of any kind. So again, let me reiterate this review is not about food. Checked my account, I have ordered 17 times on Mondays since 1st of year. Their idea of online ordering , pre paying and drive thru, is a great concept !! It was there lack of caring when there is a hiccup, that made the 3rd strike my last. I'm glad your business is thriving so much that you don't care about losing a regular customer . D. Good food... but just ordered chicken wings from this place only to find 3 long brown hairs that I know for sure weren't mine, Good lord

Best pizza I've found in the Lancaster, NY region for delivery. Pizza, wings, salads, or subs - whatever we order has been delicious. We also can depend on delivery on time and by employees who are professional and courteous. Their delivery team is awesome! No company is perfect all the time, but Grasso's Pizza has been the best we've found since moving to the town over 15 years ago. read more

Ups and downs . Normally we love it here but sometimes it's just not the same and lacking lately. Also we just ordered a chicken finger pizza, as a reminder we live in buffalo, I have ordered so many chicken finger pizzas and have never gotten a pizza with red sauce as a base from other places. My husband was driving and as a surprise wanted to get some pizza, we have never had a chicken finger pizza from grassos before and we had been talking about it recently. So he called and that's what he ordered. $30 later he gets home to find Chicken fingers on a pizza. Gross.... So even though we are in buffalo if you want the regular normal chicken finger pizza that you think about you need to say buffalo chicken finger pizza. It's like ordering buffalo wings in buffalo you should not have to do that! read more

We just received a pizza that was a disgusting, sloppy, bland mess. Ridiculous amount of cheese sliding off the the pie that was not even cooked through. Sauce that had no seasoning. Just awful. I called to complain and the girl was rude and condescending. She started arguing with me and never apologized. Too bad they think they can treat customers this way. There are many choices for pizza. We will never go back. read more

I don't get to eat Grasso's pizza often enough since it's not exactly our nearest pizza place, but it is my favorite. The sauce has a mild sweetness to it and the crust is just perfect. Seriously THE BEST pizza I've had so far in my whole entire pizza life. Went in today for our monthly grasso's fix and decided to order a whole pie this time. Pie was just as good - if not better knowing that we have slices left for later! Try this place! read more

Terrible customer service, wanted me to bring a sub back and wait for another one to be made when I specifically asked for cheese on it and didn't get it. Stick with cheese and pepperoni! The attempt at stuffed hot pepper showed up with 1/2 inch of stuffing and no hot peppers. We called and received attitude. Stuffed hot pepper is not pepper rings, no sauce, and a ton of bread crumbs read more

Well, for my second review of Grasso's, my rating remains unchanged. We ordered a Cheese, Pepperoni & Mushroom pizza. First off, it tasted really good, which is why my rating remains 3 stars. The sauce, cheese and toppings were all very, very good. But for the second time, the pizza was extraordinarily messy. I simply could not hold one of the slices. And it was not a pizza with lots of toppings, so I can't give them a pass for that this time. I may try them again in the future but I'll wait awhile. Hopefully the super-sloppy pizzas were just a fluke. read more
