I don't have photos, but I want to leave a review... a handful of times each year, we order a few party packs for an event we host. Tonight we did the same. When the order was delivered, there was a mix up on the size of one of the pizzas. The staff at the pizzeria was quick to hear me out on my complaint, and do what they could to fix the situation. The delivery driver was also very friendly and apologetic. The pizza from Tony's has always been one of my favorites and we will definitely continue to order from there for events in the future. read more

I walked in this place and it was very clean! This is hands down the best pizzeria! I had a traditional and a sweet pizza. The perfect amount of sauce grease and cheese! Nothing dry about the pizza at all. The sweet pizza had a perfect amount of sweetness and wasn't overly sweet at all! The traditional pizza had a perfect amount of sweetness and a hint of tart from the red sauce in which is how I love my pizzas in both aspects! The service was amazing as well. The person who took my order was very insightful on the product. I will try the taco pizza next time as he recommended! Def check out this spot! I don't frequent this place, so I can't speak about the one star reviews. What I can say is I like to try new pizza places, and ordered a personal extra Pepperoni...was pleasantly surprised. Cheese & Pepperoni were good. The bubbling on their crust I especially liked. Flavor overall might be a little bland but the sauce tasted like it was from a jar, maybe? It wasn't bad at all though. Did add some crushed red pepper and I think that helped. Price was a little high, but it's a rural location. Plus, with times being how they are I was happy to support this local business. Give it a shot if you're in the area, they have slices as well. read more

My wife was visiting New York from California and stopped in here for dinner. The owner was very accommodating and made her a vegan pizza. She smuggled some home for me and this definitely needs to be on the menu! She said the crust was perfect and the toppings were flavorful and fresh. Ordered some food with my mom for the Bills game on Sunday. The maple chicken wings were good, as were the barbecue wings. We also ordered a chicken finger sub. The bread was very soggy, and the sandwich fell apart as soon as I tried to eat it. I'd rather drive a little garther away for quality food. The vill was rather expensive too. read more

We used to only order from Tony's because, as some of the reviews below state, it's the only pizza place nearby Sanborn. A few times we've had some decent food, but nothing has ever been "great". The pizza is usually either over or under cooked, and the subs are usually soggy and bland, and I won't even get started on the fries. Also, the delivery drivers forget to bring an item about 1 out of every 2 orders. The reason for us not visiting this establishment anymore is because I called to complain about a serious issue with our order, and I was told the owner would get back to me within a day regarding a refund. (They sent a delivery driver out to pick up the food in question). 2 days later, I called again and I was told that the owner had my number, and he would be getting back to me soon. (This wouldn't have been a big deal, but the amount we spent surpassed $100.00 and the food was literally inedible). Finally on day 4, I called again and was told that the owner was going to look into the issue and decide on if he was going to refund me for the food. At this point, I told the manager on the phone exactly how I felt with a few choice words, to which the manager on duty immediately refunded me and apologized for the inconvenience. The way my issue was handled was absolutely unprofessional, and the owner seems to not know how to handle customer complaints. That is the last time we have ordered anything from Tony's. read more

I don't usually leave reviews, but here we go. I've been living in Sanborn for three years and unfortunately Tony's is basically the only place to order from. The food has always been mediocre but tonight I think I'm done with Tony's. I'll gladly make a longer drive to Lewiston or NF for better food and service. Tonight I ordered delivery around 5pm and was told it would be to me "within the hour". So 1 1/2 hours later I call and I'm told they had a lot of orders and it'll be to me soon. So two hours go by and I call again. This time I'm told they took my card number down incorrectly and had no way of reaching me, but my order has been sitting there and as soon as I pay for it they will deliver it to me within 45 mins... I tell them I'm not paying for two hour old food but if they remake it, I will gladly pay and even come pick it up as I didn't want to hassle them and I'm starving at this point. I got there, paid for the food, and got home. Well my pizza is cold and rubbery and the grease soaked box indicates they never remade my pizza. Some of the fries are warm and some are cold which tells me they either mixed them up or dunked them in the fryer to appear like a fresh order. The mozz sticks are the only edible thing although I do suspect they just dipped them in the deep fryer again to warm them up. I don't want to forget to mention the terrible attitude I got when I called back the second time about my order. read more

Yesterday evening, my fiancé and I ordered a couple pizzas from Tony's Pizza Sanborn. Nothing fancy: just a large cheese and pepperoni along with a large veggie. When he arrived to pick up the order he was informed they dropped the veggie pizza getting it out of the oven. They advised they were making another one. In the meantime our cheese and pepperoni was just going to sit. Don asked to please put the pizza on top of the oven to attempt to keep it warm. Within 10 minutes the veggie pizza was done. Which is weird - pizzas like that with extra topping usually take a longer to cook. When we sat to eat I noticed the pizza seemed undercooked. It was paper thin. I ate one piece and that was it. Later, I became very nauseous, had terrible stomach pain and was unable to sleep all night. It had to have been the undercooked dough. Don phoned Tony's Pizza and made them aware of what transpired. Unfortunately, they would not accept any blame in this matter. The supervisor/manager was very curt - trying to explain why the pizza turned out the way it did. (We spoke with a female supervisor/manager.) We attempted to at least get a replacement pizza - which they would not entertain. This had quickly become our favorite place for pizza.
