This is a buffalo stable. The Bailey location staff is always very nice. Food is good. Love a good half pizza and sub from time to time! What I love is you don't have to order anything double as they put there pizzas together where it is not needed.

Half a pie!

Yeah the stars this place gets is a joke! Back in town after almost 15 years. Had been looking forward to this place as it'd always been our favorite when we lived here. Well it did not disappoint. So freakin' good! People on this town don't realize how good they have it. No way I can wait another 10-15 years...the shipping to ATL will be worth it. Looking for the best pie around... get to Bocces!

Bocce Grilled Chicken Wings...not! Dry overcooked under sauced and definitely not grilled.

We accidentally ordered from this location instead of the Hopkins Road location...what a mistake. Pizza quality was not the same. Ordered grilled wings and received deep fried. Called the manager and was was told all wings are deep fried, even the grilled ones....Hmmm, makes no sense. I said your menu has two different options, one deep fried and one grilled. We ordered grilled. He then argued that all chicken wings made in Buffalo were all deep fried...and not grilled. And his were deep fried and then grilled. No apology, no credit. Bottom line..if you want grilled chicken wings, don't order from this place. If you want overcooked, no sauce, no taste bland wings...this is your place.

Boccee is Bocce, aging myself but nothing beats the original back on Clinton Street. Their pizza is decent but the Buffalo pizza market is loaded with much better pizza. They are not consistent here. But will say yesterday order was very good. Just not a regular staple I would order from. They are always nice on pick up. Half pizza perfect size for two to three people. Their subs are good, at least the Royal which is my normal go to.

Every time I go somewhere people be like "you gotta try this" people from Buffalo love to show off their city and that's exactly how I ended up at Bocce Club Pizza. My friend was talking about this place before we even left Maryland. His dad had already told him to bring him back a pizza. I'm just sitting there like bro, pizza? I didn't even know pizza was big in Buffalo, but in hindsight why wouldn't it be? Nothing goes with Buffalo wings better than pizza and beer (Labatt Blue of course). We had already been to a whole day of tailgating and football. I wasn't hungry in the least, and we were really just stopping to take the Pizza home. I knew something was gonna be different about this pizza when I had to have my friend hand it to me in the car. The size of this thing made it hard to sit down with. Then when we got home I realized the thing wouldn't fit through the door. We get it in the house and open the box and BOOM! I took 1 bite and knew immediately this is one of the best pizzas I've ever had. The ingredients taste super fresh, and the dough reminds me of really good homemade dinner rolls. The pizza is thick, but not dense and the sauce, cheese, pepperoni ratio was excellent. I tore through a row, drank a beer and relaxed. This pizza is the truth! They do Nationwide next day delivery, and I'm already planning to grab a couple for whatever occasion I think I can sneak one in... Not sure if the owner will read this, but you would absolutely make a killing in D.C./Maryland...

Bocce pizza is a WNY staple! They have several locations and we recently stopped in to get a pizza to go. We ordered online and got pepperoni, mushroom, and sausage. Their pizza is good... toppings are generous. I love that their pizza is super cheesy but for my taste, it's not my favorite Buffalo pizza. Still very good though! Service was great. Our pizza was ready on time.

I'm always on the lookout, keeping my ear to the ground, for great pizza places in Buffalo…read more Although sometimes, I just want to try some place new. I had heard good things about Naked City Pizza, so I decided to take a break from my usual spots and give them a try and overall, I am very pleased! I called around 4:45pm on a Saturday and a gentleman took my order. He was courteous and friendly and said my order would be ready in 25-30 minutes. I arrived about 30 minutes later, easily finding a parking spot in their large parking lot, which is a mixture of pavement and dirt/gravel. Walking inside the shop, it's similar to most Buffalo pizza shops where it's relatively small and really about take-out, not for dining in. There were a few young guys working the counter and ovens, they were able to get me in and out quickly. From the limited time I was inside, the workers were friendly enough, they seemed to get along well. For dinner, I ordered a Quarter Sheet (6 slices) Steak and Three Cheese pizza but the gentleman who took my order over the phone put my order in as a Half Sheet (12 slices). They realized the mistake too late and gave me the Half Sheet for the Quarter Sheet price! I really do appreciate that, it's great customer service. I have half a pizza leftover for a quick dinner now! Naked City Pizza nails the traditional Buffalo-style with a doughier undercarriage and nice crispy, chewy crust. The dough was airy but it didn't seem as "heavy" as many other pizza places around Buffalo, but maybe I was just REALLY hungry. haha For their steak pizza, it seems like they use thicker pieces of steak, which was great, definitely felt more substantial. Most steak pizzas come topped with banana, hot, or sweet (bell/green) peppers, but Naked City uses roasted red peppers, which are sweet and have a more distinct flavor and softer texture - I was impressed, this paired VERY well with the other components! Along with them, there's also onions on top. The three cheeses used are cheddar, mozzarella, and parmesan, which of course are delicious. In addition to the roasted sweet peppers, the other component that I was surprised by was the white garlic sauce as the base. Steak pizzas around Buffalo vary from using a "hoagie oil/sauce" to just a huge variety of cheeses, no base sauce of any kind. I tend to stay away from white sauce on pizza as it's usually associated with garlic (I don't want my breath to be too... fragrant haha), but this wasn't too garlic-y, I didn't feel like I was "wearing it". I enjoyed the added creaminess the white sauce added to this pie. After six slices, I stopped myself and put the other half in the freezer. The six slices I had were delicious and filled me up nicely - The squares were cut nicely and they were plenty filling with tons of meat and cheese. I have a feeling these will reheat in the oven nicely. Looking at the prices, I was impressed too with how affordable Naked City Pizza is! All-in-all, I'm glad I gave Naked City Pizza a chance and had a great experience! The staff are friendly enough and quick, it's easy to get in and out quickly, and the pizza is traditional Buffalo-style so it's on the heartier end while being affordable. I look forward to ordering and trying a red sauce pizza from Naked City Pizza to see how sweet their sauce is.

On the menu for this visit: Panzanella Salad, a half-pepperoni/half-sausage pizza, and Affogato. The Panzanella was beautiful in presentation and tasted just as good. Firm, fresh tomatoes, lettuce, cucumbers, red onions, crostini, and dressing that all complemented each other perfectly. Refreshing and delish! The Affogato...AffoMazing!! I haven't been to Italy in a little while, but this pizza was freaking close, if not spot-on, when it comes to authenticity! Brick-oven baked with a light crust, chunky real tomato sauce (forgot to ask if it was home-made), just the right amount of cheese, and REAL pepperoni and sausage. And did I mention...very little grease?! The taste was light, fresh, and not overly filling, just right! Overall, Forno Napoli was a fantastic choice! Great atmosphere, warm service, fresh food, and pizza that brought back a little taste of Italy. Definitely worth a visit! Ciao

I had to check it out and see if it lived up to the hype. We ordered it to go and it was still warm and perfect when we got home. Service was quick and on time. As a Buffalonian, we have strong opinions on pizza. That's no secret. I think sometimes we are a little too harsh on things that aren't Buffalo style. I am not a huge fan of NYC itself, but the food in NYC is some of the best. Gino's captures the essence of a NY style slice. The crust is thin, but cooked to a nice golden brown. Perfect for that fold and bite technique. The cheese and pepperoni are piled on with just a little bit of sauce. Overall this is a really good pizza. I also have the next day cold pizza test. If it's still good the next day out of the fridge, you know it's a quality pie. Happy to say it was still good and I even threw a slice in the air fryer for a bit and it was good as new. This spot definitely makes my list of go-to pizza places in Buffalo. I will definitely be back to try the wings and get another pie!

Sooo the food... my slice was reheated so it was nice and hot buuuut bland. I like the crispy-ish crust and amount of cheese but the sauce was bland: not salty, sweet or anything. A few hours later the take home pie fared better - the beef pepperoni carried what probably would've been a bland cheese slice. But the chef salad was disappointing: i asked for everything to be put in with the dressing on the side - got a container of just lettuce and croutons with two packets of ranch dressing. They forgot the salad when i was called up for my takeout so possible they tossed out my order ticket as the cashier guy was friendly and diligent taking everyone's order but yeah. No bueno.
