The story was: After several days of trying to get my internet working again with Comcast, including two half hour calls with Comcast and multiple 'resets' etc., I realized they were not going to be helpful, so I called Cloverdale Computer and asked if they could help me. I described the symptoms and the person I was speaking to, made a quick diagnosis that it was likely a Comcast line and and that I needed to call Comcast back and get one of their technicians out. Acronis informed me that Wine Country Computers is a reseller of its software and can purchase them and resell. When I confronted the owner, he had no explanation.
