Acronis confirmed that it did not have a subscription in either my name or Wine Country Computers on my behalf. Acronis informed me that Wine Country Computers is a reseller of its software and can purchase them and resell. When I confronted the owner, he had no explanation. The story was: After several days of trying to get my internet working again with Comcast, including two half hour calls with Comcast and multiple 'resets' etc., I realized they were not going to be helpful, so I called Cloverdale Computer and asked if they could help me.
