I recounted how frustrated we were with our seemingly unique internet needs, and someone (wish I could recall his name) ended up hooking us up (aka for FREE) with a slightly used (but still working) DSL modem/router that works great. In short, go see these guys about your tech/networking needs, they will actually take the time and talk with you about stuff, rather than professing total ignorance at their own products then shoo-ing you out the door (like some other name-brand tech stores around here).

Acronis confirmed that it did not have a subscription in either my name or Wine Country Computers on my behalf. Acronis informed me that Wine Country Computers is a reseller of its software and can purchase them and resell. When I confronted the owner, he had no explanation. I caught him in an attempted fraud by charging me for a non-existent renewal of a subscription I never had. I don't even have 12 computers. Stay away.

If by good value you mean that you can get your computer hacked for free then yes this guy had great value! Within a day of him having my computer, it had plenty of malware on it and I was no longer able to use it. He also got all my information and everything through it. If this is your goal it is definitely worth going to him for your computer to be fixed! On top of this, he is an extremely unpleasant man. I am not sure what robots are all commenting that he is so great but with how horrid my experience was I would not be surprised if he made the accounts to post these himself. I was referred to Richard's computer work by a father-son team in my local town. The father is now retired and the son has taken the business to Santa Rosa and recommended Richard. The computer I have currently is my tenth after working in the Silicon Valley for 25 years. It's an HP with a solid drive bought used in 2017. Earlier in 2021 it needed a Pro to cleanup both the hardware and software. Richard not only did the work, he gave me a 20-minute verbal instruction on how to maintain it myself.
