If you go to Google Maps and enter in 99 west north in Healdsburg, this is the door we entered, the one in the middle with the awning. Everyone we interacted with in this bldg was super extra nice. My office phone systems had expanded over the years and been butchered by a series of do-it-yourself-ers. I was concerned that no one would be willing to wade into the rat's nest of wires - and afraid that anyone willing to do it would be cost prohibitive. Part of the work I do is with learning styles, and I found her diagnostic skills pretty amazing. She was relentlessly methodical in her problem solving and seemed to enjoy the challenge. The story was: After several days of trying to get my internet working again with Comcast, including two half hour calls with Comcast and multiple 'resets' etc., I realized they were not going to be helpful, so I called Cloverdale Computer and asked if they could help me. I described the symptoms and the person I was speaking to, made a quick diagnosis that it was likely a Comcast line and and that I needed to call Comcast back and get one of their technicians out. I did that, Comcast sent the technician, it was a line problem and I was back up and running! I offered to pay for a phone consult and no charge!
