No dragging things out, no hidden surprises, no attitude--just solid, high-quality work from start to finish. They made what is usually a stressful process feel smooth and under control. What really stood out was how organized and quick they were without being careless. They protected my furniture, worked as a tight team, and got everything done faster than I expected. We scheduled moving services for today with a confirmed 10:00 AM start time. I specifically explained, on a recorded phone call, that we operate a hotel and that the start time was critical to avoid disrupting our guests and daily operations. I explicitly asked whether 10:00 AM was possible, and their representative confirmed that it was. Instead, their movers showed up TWO HOURS EARLY, when we had no staff available to coordinate the work. When I explained that we could not accommodate an earlier start because it would disrupt our hotel operations, I was told that my only options were to pay for the movers to sit around waiting or be charged the full amount. Despite the company failing to honor the agreed-upon appointment time, they proceeded to charge my credit card for the ENTIRE service without completing the work. Absolutely outrageous. I have never experienced such unprofessional and questionable business practices. How can a company confirm an appointment, show up at a completely different time, refuse to honor the original agreement, and then charge a customer in full for services that were never performed? I fully intend to dispute this charge with my credit card company and will be sharing this experience with fellow hospitality professionals and businesses throughout Sonoma County. Fast Masters called me in advance of their arrival to let me know they were picking up a few items for the morning's move and that they'd arrive about 30 minutes after the scheduled time, which was well within tolerances. The crew of four meant they worked efficiently. I was really impressed with how each member of the team worked to support the crew as a whole and cooperated. They kept track of all the parts and tools and remembered my concerns about the player piano, making sure to protect that area throughout the move. Seeing as my baby grand had to make it down a long set of stairs, I'm glad I had this team on the job! They attended to details like ensuring my daughter's electric bike was brought back upstairs, since it'd been moved out of the way and putting the screen door back on its hinges.
