I'm clearing out 50 years of stuff as I get ready to sell my property. I called Property Pros based on their yelp rating, I was not disappointed. Eric showed up on time and was extremely helpful in wrangling what I was getting rid of. In fact I have him coming again next week Eric is still hauling stuff away. He's great and a really nice person to boot. I can't say enough good things about him! read more

One word - AWESOME! Called me back and came over to pick up items within 2 hours of my initial voicemail query! Very personable, very professional...and very crafty. You see, I was getting rid of a 62" rear projection TV! It was huge and heavy. Eric and his assistant had to really think about getting this hefty behemoth out of my front door, down 2 stairs, and up into their trailer. And....they did it! And they even helped me move a little desk from one room to the next in my house. MY HEROES! I would recommend them in a heartbeat to anyone who needs stuff taken away!!! read more

It's really nice when you read positive reviews on Yelp, and they turn out to be true! I called Eric, he called back right away and fit me in on the same day. WOW. He came by within the hour (lucky me) and loaded and hauled my junk off right away. I am now junk free and oh-so-happy! Thanks, Eric! read more

They showed up on time, worked fast and did an excellent job. Couldn't be happier! They were priced competitively and came through on short notice. I will definitely be using them in the future. These guys are the real deal. read more

Eric is the best guy for hauling away junk. He was on time and loaded up quickly. He has a large 10 cu. yd. trailer and charges by how much it gets filled ... with reasonable pricing (I know because I had other quotes). He even took away an old 46 inch plasma TV at no extra cost. Forget the big junk hauling companies and support local business! read more

Eric showed up on time (almost unheard of in our rural location) and took ALL our junk away for the agreed price. It doesn't get any better than that. read more

Eric was awesome! We are getting ready to put our house on the market and needed a major junk haul from decluttering. Eric responded quickly to our message, and within a day was at our home loading everything up. He was courteous, fast and efficient and for $140, my husband and I now have peace of mind with a much cleaner space. I had held off for a long time doing this because I didn't want to just continue adding to Sonoma County's landfills, but Eric assured me that anything that could be recycled and saved would be, which set my mind at rest for getting rid of so much unnecessary stuff. Would definitely use him again if we need to do another major haul before selling the home. read more

Wow! Called and left a message and got a call back in 10 minutes. Came out the next day. We had a mess of stuff and they got it all! No complaints! I would have been whining about that mess. Super friendly and fast. Reasonable prices. Pros for sure! Top notch, will use again for sure! read more

Eric is awesome! He returned my call very soon and was available to haul all kinds of my old closet doors and boards away the same night. Eric was at my place right on time which was absolutely great since I asked him to come after work hours. He is very nice to deal with and works really fast. Quick, flexible, easy. I would absolutely recommend Property Pros services to everybody. read more

Property Pros are fairly priced, prompt, and professional. The owner, Eric went out of his way to help me with last minute hauling requests even in the pouring rain. Highly recommended. read more

As other reviewers have already stated, service was quick and professional. Was able to arrive in about an hour and all the junk we've been meaning to get rid of for awhile was gone 20 mins. later. Recommend Eric and Property Pros Hauling. read more

Eric and his son-in-law came out today to haul away three massive heaps of trash I removed from a house I just bought. They did an absolutely excellent job and the price was fair and reasonable. I will absolutely be calling then again. Used "Got Junk" in the past-- never again!! read more

Eric with Property Pros was a lifesaver!!! We had an old, heavy pool table to get rid of outside, and had no idea how to do it. He came out within 30 minutes of calling, gave a very fair estimate, and did the work at the same time! He was very careful not to leave a mess, laid tarps down before demo, cleaned up after! Thank you Eric!!! I highly recommend Property Pros Hauling!!! read more

Eric was easy to get a hold of and took care of my hauling request same day. I was offsite, so he sent before and after pictures. I wish all jobs were as easy to get taken care of as this one was. I'll definitely use Property Pros again. read more

I received two quotes for junk and hot tub removal. Brad came through with the fairest price. He returned my calls promptly and showed up on time. I believe that Brad and John went out of their way in customer service. I'm extremely happy with the results. Big bonus, he met the quote. I will be sure and recommend Property Pros in future. read more

My husband and I are taking on a project to replace a medium sized fence for our church and needed someone to take away all the old fence and debris at a reasonable price. I called our residential garbage recycle and was told "our bins can't take wood...it's to heavy so you would need a debris box at a cost of nearly $600". We called several other advertised cheap haulers but the price was still high. Then my husband found Eric from Property Pros Hauling and was impressed with his web site and all the rave reviews. And, let me tell you this...they are all true. Eric was on time with his trailer and his cost for everything clean away was extremely reasonable. Plus, he even pitched in and helped us remove a huge tree stump. We highly recommend him and are amazed at the service he provided for such a nominal cost. Kaye read more

Property Pros went above and beyond on a recent job for me. A friend was selling his home and needed the remaining used and abandoned household goods removed promptly from the property. On very short notice, Eric was able to come out the next morning and remove everything. While we didn't meet in person, he was a good communicator and got it done. I sent photos of what needed clearing out and he sent back a picture of the cleaned out area: a job very well done. They went above and beyond a simple dump run by taking items that still had usefulness to a charitable organization and then recycled as much as possible, before depositing the remaining junk at the dump. Great work. I would hire them again without hesitation. read more

We had a storage unit we wanted to move out of in Rohnert Park. Erik was great. He came when he said he would, he was on time and he handled our junk very efficiently. He even brought part of it, that we still wanted, to our home in Santa Rosa. His price was very fair. I highly recommend Property Pros. read more

I lived in my lovely home for over 30 years, and pretty much neglected it during the past 5 years. So when it came time to move, I had a substantial amount of debris and junk to haul away. I called Property Pros and received a call back the same day. I told Eric that I'd have a pretty huge job within the next few weeks or so. When it came time to plan the actual cleanup, I told Eric what I needed hauled from 2 properties. We made a plan for 9 am within the week. At 20 minutes to 9 on that day, Eric called to let me know that he was on his way and would be at my home at 9. I thought that that kind of respect and consideration was, regrettably, a thing of the past...but not with Property Pros. Not only does Eric have those simple but infrequently seen customer-oriented values, but he was incredibly fast and efficient! He worked at a steady, rapid pace from start to finish. I thought it'd take the whole day, but Eric was done in record time. I'm so grateful for his help! I highly recommend Eric and Property Pros for your hauling needs. read more

I have had several projects over the last few years on which Brad and his crew have been great. They are on time, work hard and fairly priced. You can't go wrong using them read more

Eric is the best and a really friendly guy. Used him three times so far!

My only regret here is how long it's taken me to write my review! I called Eric on a Sunday and he was extremely prompt to return my call, and not only that, he made himself available to come to our home and remove our items the same day! He was prompt, efficient, and reasonably priced. I highly recommend calling Property Pros and would absolutely use them again! read more

We have a loved one who has always had an issue with 'hoarding'. Unfortunately, he became quite sick and it became medically necessary to clean out his home and remove and haul a lot of junk. Brad and John were miracle workers. They spent the entire weekend with us helping to clean out the house, to haul and remove trash and debris and they did it in a very judgment free manner. They were both so wonderful to be around - very uplifting personalities, just great guys. We found them to be very, very, very reasonably priced. They brought a trailer (not sure if that is the right term) to load up all the junk and then took care of hauling it to the dump for us. They knew all the rules as to what could get dumped, what needed to get bagged, etc. I recommend them for anything ranging from a typical yard cleanup to the more extreme house clean up to address hoarding issues. Pretty much the nicest guys you will meet! read more
