Both Avery and Cameron were professional, friendly, and incredibly efficient. The service was excellent and the pricing was both fair and upfront. There were things they couldn't take (full paint cans, old car and household chemicals, and florescent bulbs) however that was minimal compared to what they DID take. I both recommend them and would use them again in a hot minute. Well done! read more

I really didn't understand their pricing and asked for a full truck. They loaded some smaller items and said the bed was full? Then some larger things, chair, etc... then all of the sudden they said the truck was full! What!!! They could have fit sooo much more in the truck! Oh we'll 1K down the drain that I really couldn't afford to spend! Oh well... read more

We called Got Junk and in about an hour Cam and Memo came and took all our junk away. They assured us that everything that could be recycled would be. The guys could not have been nicer or more helpful. The price was totally affordable. Thanks Cam and Memo. Thanks Got Junk. read more

Sometimes you can feel really stuck in your situation or with your junk. I got a new bed years ago and the old mattresses just turned into a wall in the garage... Until you have to move. I really was on a shirt window and was kinda at a loss. Luckily good ol Google help me out and brought me to 1800GotJunk. I attempted their quote but it just scheduled an appointment instead. So I did have to call in and see the estimate. The guy said around 150-200 in your area. Holy cow. I'm sure this is a normal price but more than I was ready for. Pick up days comes and I get a call from 1800GotJunk to let me know when to expect them (they were 10 mins early - love it!) They also wanted to know what items they were picking up. I explained about the items and how the price may affect the pick up. He said let me call my manager and see what we can do. He called back and gave me a number that worked for me. It meant so much to me that they did this. The drivers show up and it's more of a comedy act. You can tell these two love their job. Thank you for removing my old mattress and box spring. I'll definitely be using your service again. read more

The good: Readily available customer service and quick appointment availability for free quotes. The bad: Waaaaaay too expensive for the services offered. Also, the quotes are far too "open ended". Called to get a quote on roughly 150 square feet of removal of household items from a storage unit. I was quoted anywhere from $750-$1200. Tried a locally owned company for a quote the same day and received an exact quote of $495, nearly half the price of the low side quote. Do your research before you decide to go with this company, you're likely being charged close to double the rate of what other competitors in the area charge for the same job. read more

It is Sunday morning at 7AM 01/02/2022. The stupid truck is parking directly across the street from my house. The employees are whooping and making a stupid amount of noise with no consideration that people who live across the street may be sleeping. Fortunately I was already up, but that doesn't change how inconsiderate this company is. Park your damn truck somewhere else! read more

Leo and Memo were absolutely great. Very professional and diligent. This was already a difficult decision to part with my mother's belongings after her passing. The guys were careful and thoughtful with the items as I am hopeful the company is able to donate the items. This is my second time using the company and I've been quite pleased. read more

I've used their service before and it was the same excellent customer service today. The online booking process was EZ and intuitive. Anthony and Cameron texted the morning of the pick-up with an ETA. They were 10 min early! They assessed the items for removal, explained the charge (based on volume) and got started. By my 2nd cup of coffee they were done - best feeling! Plus they were able to compress my items into a smaller space and lower my price! Great attitude and enthusiasm shown by Anthony & Cameron! read more

Leon & Luke! Gentlemen and got the job done quick! Thanks guys! They showed up on time and where nice to talk to. Reasonably price.

Amazing Help Today!!! great polite problem solving I appreciate the team Kris, Gabe and Kyle. would have them back in a second.

I didnt have my trailer available. I called Got Junk. Were on time, cleaned up alright. Customer service is nonexistant. I request someone contact me. That never happened. Charges are insane. For half a truck load cost was $520. Nothing special content wise, old flooring, carpet and padding. I asked for an itemized statement. That hasn't happened either. Save lots of money and hire local neighborhood guy. BEWARE!! read more

I have used these guys a half dozen times and it is always worth it. It costs more than doing a dump run, but the time and labor savings are worth every penny read more

We called Got Junk and they came to our storage unit within a couple of hours. The response time was awesome, the two gentlemen were very polite and courteous. Brenden and Exzavior saved the day to take our unwanted items away. We were so glad that we called the service and we recommend them to others. I talked to Matt; I just had a few worn out patio chairs to get rid of from a rental in Healdsburg. In one day they were out there, gave me the price - communicated with me quickly and efficiently, we agreed on the price and they took it away. Just like that! Thanks GotJunk! Keep up the great work! I purchased a new couch and was planning on taking advantage of the recycling services bulk pick up that's offered 2 times a year to get rid of my old one. Turns out you're not eligible if the garbage is in your HOAs name (I still pay for garbage through my dues so I was a little pissed, but I digress...). It was suggested that I reach out to Trash Kings and I'm so happy I did. Easily scheduled a pickup online, they were on-time, very efficient, and super friendly. And they make every effort to recycle what they pick up, which I love (my couch barely survived 2 puppies so it was not donateable, unfortunately). Bottom line...if you have a bulky item to get rid of give them a call. It will save you a headache! read more

Determined to start some overdue cleaning out of old boxes and items no longer useful to us, we called 1-800-GOT-JUNK for an appointment. On Friday, we made a pile of stuff to be hauled away in the garage and by Saturday it was all gone! They arrived on time and gave us a call 10 minutes before their expected arrival time. Harry and Jeff introduced themselves and explained their policies, then got to work. We appreciated their friendliness and efficiency. The fact that Jeff swept out the garage floor was " icing on the cake" . If you have stuff you need to get rid of we can recommend their service. Mr. and Mrs. Cowperthwaite read more

I had a twin bed mattress to discard and Goodwill had no way to pick it up. It was too big to put in our car and take to them. So I called "Got Junk" in Windsor. They scheduled a two-hour time frame for pick-up the following day, but called back later and said their truck was in our area. Did we want a pick-up that afternoon between 3:30 and 4:30? Yes, we did. Two friendly and professional young men arrived on time and the mattress disappeared while one of them was taking my credit card information. He explained that my payment prohibited any further claim to this "junk." It's a nice touch when a company explains all the ramifications of your actions even if the explanation is not absolutely necessary. I was impressed. I'm giving five stars to the men who picked it up. I've given four to the company because their fees are on the high side--$88 for a mattress. I did know that cost in advance and agreed to it. This would have been a scathing review if the pick-up had been handled irresponsibly, but a good experience is worth something. I'm satisfied that they earned their money. read more
