A great experience that's led to a huge sense of relief and the opportunity to make positive changes toward the future! My Mom had a large fold-out (twin-sized) sofa that, sadly, no longer provided either the supportive comfort or size needed to accommodate family & guests in the spare room. Paul & Nicole were excellent in communicating their arrival time, while en route a half hour away, then hopped out of their truck w great big smiles and such warmth & readiness! They quickly assessed my Mom's wishes, which included disposing of an ancient wooden bedframe & mattress in the darkest depths of a crowded garage, and provided a fast & fair estimate. I was astonished by how quickly they manuevered that big sofa thru narrow hallways and down several steps, and never batted an eye at the maze of items they needed to navigate thru to remove the bedframe. Paul even offered to sweep up all the detritus discovered beneath the items, which was not expected at all, and I sheepishly declined, but very much appreciated. Nicole's loveliness was evenly matched by her impressive strength. Mom, like so many of us, has a hard time letting go of treasures, but it was time, ... and this incredible team made the long-dreaded chore a blink-of-an-eye transformation. Grateful! read more

Second time I used them, because they take such a wide assortment of stuff that would have taken me many trips to different places. They are good about placing usable materials in the right locations. The price has gone up, but factoring in my time, the frustrations of sorting and delivering many places, I did not mind the added expense. Paul has workers now, where a couple of years ago it was just him and his wife. They did everything so quickly and were all very congenial. His approach is much better than guy-with-a-truck. read more
