We were moving literally less than a mile from our previous house, with significant downsizing in property, square footage, and garage space. He asked me several questions over the phone, and then scheduled a walk-through of the house beforehand to view how much would be moving, where everything was located, and to provide helpful guidance in preparing for the move.
