I contacted Jose (the owner) to dispose of some damaged furniture. The apt I lived in had a rodent infestation that management did not deal with. My movers left a lot of boxes and paper behind and there were also a lot of damaged items to be disposed of. I ended up having them do a clean out as well. They did a fantastic job. I was at work and not able to be there. With the permission of the manager they went in and did the job and sent me photos. I told them they did "too good" of a job. You'd think that one junk hauling company would be indistinguishable from all the others but that's not true with Ochoa's Hauling. They were super fast in response to my quote request, came to do a walk through, and was reasonable in their prices for the kind--and amount--of stuff I needed removed (old washer and dryer, broken furniture, random hunks of metal, brick pieces, rotten wood, etc). On day of removal they were there when they said they'd be and right away made a dent in my junk pile. They took every item they said they would and made sure the space was clear and swept before departing.
