I scheduled the appointment, which was rescheduled due to the job that day needing more time which was fine. They rescheduled me for a day and time that was convenient for me and my husband. The day of service, the truck arrived at the top of the appointment window block,two very kind hard working representatives showed up ready to go. My husband and I pointed at what we wanted removed from the attic, guest walk in closet, entryway area, and the garage. We filled up almost half a truck of things that couldn't be donated. Like that really cool electric stand up desk my old tech company bought for my home office that broke. My experience with junk king was a positive, fast, effortless appointment. My feedback: other companies sweep the areas they decluttered. I really like that. It feels complete. Otherwise, they get a fiver. This kind of work is tough and I appreciate the help.
