Peace Out Junk took away a HUGE old planter for me that weighed a ton. Owner Chad is super responsive and reliable. He actually answers his phone (how cool is that these days)! We discussed what I needed, agreed on a price and he was here EARLY two days later. His truck has a lift gate and thus they can handle heavy and awkward items. So much more than junk removal! Chad is my new hero. I have been cleaning out the over-crowded corners of my home which creates a lot of stuff that I am ready to get rid of but which does not fall into one category. Some stuff needs to go the the dump, some stuff needs to be e-cycled, some stuff is in great shape and just needs a new home. Chad and Peace Out junk handle all of it, with kindness and professionalism. I haven't personally used their services, but felt compelled to write a review based on the gentleman who helped me at my storage unit today. I believe the person I am writing in regards to is the owner's partner, Chad. Peace Out was at the unit facility hauling another patron's items, and nicely came up to my son and myself to ask if we needed help with the lock since we were having issues. He quickly gave me a tutorial of how it worked, then continued his tasks. He was so patient, and kind with us, and also careful with whatever he was moving. From the first phone call with Chad, I knew this company was the one I wanted to clear out my storage unit filled with furnishings, boxes and other miscellaneous. They sure knew their business and got the storage unit cleared in fast time. The storage company had not informed us the elevators would not be working that day (!). We needed a deck hot tub removed so I called all ovr for estimates. A friend had used & highly recommended a local company, Peace Out Junk. I loved tht they were local & tht name, so phoned & spoke to Chad. I described our situation w/door width & 2 stairs to th patio. He was able to gv me a quick estimate & he & Brett came a few days later. They mv'd th tub out quickly & carefully...Then using a furniture dolly & lots of elbow grease, pushed it up our steep drive to their truck & onto th loading platform!
