So much more than junk removal! Chad is my new hero. I have been cleaning out the over-crowded corners of my home which creates a lot of stuff that I am ready to get rid of but which does not fall into one category. I believe the person I am writing in regards to is the owner's partner, Chad. Peace Out was at the unit facility hauling another patron's items, and nicely came up to my son and myself to ask if we needed help with the lock since we were having issues. He quickly gave me a tutorial of how it worked, then continued his tasks. He was so patient, and kind with us, and also careful with whatever he was moving. From the first phone call with Chad, I knew this company was the one I wanted to clear out my storage unit filled with furnishings, boxes and other miscellaneous. We needed a deck hot tub removed so I called all ovr for estimates. A friend had used & highly recommended a local company, Peace Out Junk. I loved tht they were local & tht name, so phoned & spoke to Chad. I described our situation w/door width & 2 stairs to th patio. They mv'd th tub out quickly & carefully...Then using a furniture dolly & lots of elbow grease, pushed it up our steep drive to their truck & onto th loading platform!
