Wow. Moises and team were phenomenal. We were moving out of an outdoor yard space to our property. Lots of material that needed to be handled with care and kept separate from each other. They were methodical in their moving plan, showed up on time each day and worked hard all day long. Some days were mild and others ​​were blazing hot. Their output each day was the same, getting the move complete we in the time we had alloted. We will certainly hire them again and have been telling people about them since. Two movers which one was an adult the other barely one it was the most unprofessional job and it took so long that it seem like they were Ants did not bring any supplies $1500 it took them two days to move a three bedroom house that was 65 % done. They put my stuff in storage metal on top of wood furniture, we asked for the mattresses to be wrap along with tv's etc I stayed at the house for them to drop off a load and it took a long time coming back I did not go with them to save time, I also rely on the fact they were licensed to do the job professionally ,however the just threw things in the storage mental on top of wood furniture they stacked three tubs up very disorganized and the next day my son and his friend had to take everything out and we packed the storage unit everything was just thrown in there. I do not recommend this company by all means. Not worth 1,600 dollars for sure. I left several messages and no return call back. read more

Asked for their help after other movers had to cancel. Did not give me pricing before he came, or before starting work. They just noved everything out of my moving truck into my storage unit. 40 minutes total from time they pulled into the storage yard facility, to moving last item into unit. Moises Said that will be $300, when competitors are saying 30-60 per hour per person. Threatened to call the cops on me, told him go ahead but he was just bluffing to extort me. Gave him $170 and a lamp but i still got scammed. Had he given me that price over the phone i would have said no thank you and found other help. Get your pricing before they start work. read more

Called Ant Movers, seemed pleasant and responsive so made a booking. The day of the booking, I texted to confirm the arrival time of between 1-2PM and received a response of yes, 3:30PM. Well not quite the booked time but fair enough. At 3:01 I got a call that they were not going to come but tomorrow Im can shoose any time. A day lost but really need to clear out the house so 7AM was committed to. 7AM came and went, no reply to my text and no reply to my call 20 minutes later. They state that all calls are returned in 10 minutes or less but @ 9:15 I still have not received a call or text. If you are looking for a mover and considering Ant Movers, run away and choose a responsible company. I can only imagine what may have happened if they had shown up. Not honoring your word is a huge red flag in my book, at least have the fortitude to own your failures. I see the reviews that rave about service are a few years old so something has apparently changed. read more

We moved an office from one location to three distinct sites. From the beginning The Ant Movers worked to find a date that fit into our schedule to minimize disruption to our business. They confirmed the night before which was much appreciated. I have moved a number of times using companies from large well known movers to small locals and The Ant Movers is right up there with the best of them. They were professional all the way. They arrived when they said they would and began working immediately and never stopped until the job was done. There were a couple of tricky maneuvers involved but it never fazed them, they handled it without missing a beat. So far as I can tell there isn't a nick or mark on anything. That's a first! The actual time expended was well within the tolerance of their estimate and the price was highly competitive. I have used their services for 2 moves now, all within Rohnert Park. They were friendly and knowledgeable from Alison on the phone to the movers themselves. Alison gave me an idea of what to expect when the movers got there, and quoted me $99/hour for two movers and a 16ft (may have been 20 ft, but it was the size of a U-Haul). They came on time, and even had to mover's son help out with the move. They were efficient and got the job done within a reasonable timeframe for a one bedroom upstairs condo. They worked hard and were smiling the whole time. I plan to use them if I move again! read more

These movers charged me $150 per hour total amt was $825 to move one load of furniture to my storage unit less than a mile from my house. I hired them to move me out completely but most esp for the over sized heavier items like my brand new smart fridge, my over sized washer and dryer set. The big screen tvs. Etc. They did not see the quick release on the fridge door so they proceeded to dismantle the smart sensor diagnostic sensor on the top of the fridge to try to remove the doors(?) weird. Left the sensors dismantled and told me they couldn't move it or the washer dryer set. Didn't move the TVs. They moved 2 queen beds my couch my 6 drawer dresser and an over sized round chair and that was it. Do NOT aide this company. I asked for money back being I still had to hire people to move my things at a moments notice they ignored me. They ripped the rubber seal that ensures a tight close on the fridge door. Never told me. Waste of money and time! Do NOT use this company! I have asked Moises repeatedly for the owners contact information to complain and request a refund for what it cost me to hire movers to remove what I hired them for. Message was read but ignored and never answered. Would appreciate a call back from the owner. read more

Allison helped me out on short notice! I need to arrange a move for a family member from 600 miles away and schedule it for the next day. Moises and the crew showed up exactly on time and worked very hard to pack up the boxes that were slated for storage. They packed the family items, transported them to storage and packed the unit. Even the on site storage company manager was impressed with their diligence, hardwork and "tetris" skills in packing the unit. First time using these guys and the service was amazing. Not only did they move majority of my large furniture up and down 2 sets of stairs but they did it in under 4 hours! There rates were low for the Santa Rosa area and Alison quoted me 2 guys and a truck where other companies charged fees to use their truck! Straight forward and simple! Alison was on the phone late night with me when I had changes and they arrived on time at the agreed time! I liked them so much I called them to help me finish the job the next two days! Considering the size of the size of the hot tub, the hill of our driveway, and the entrance to our backyard not being ideal, I wasn't sure they were going to be able to do it. Three guys showed up on time, worked straight through for 3 hours, and packed two 16 foot pods with all our stuff. We were afraid not everything would fit but they did a great job and there was room to spare. Charged just what they had said with no hidden fees. read more

A moving company that states they have been in business for 10 years yet only has a 15ft truck should be the first red flag. Second the person scheduling Alison is very vague when answering specific questions about rates but very specific after you have used their service. They operate on flat rate the minute they arrive to the minute they leave, if they have to make multiple trips because they are not equipped for large loads you pay for that time Alison will not tell you that. If they need 15 minutes to eat because they move extremely slow and drag the move longer you pay for that time, Alison will tell you they move slow because they are taking care of your belongings funny as slow as they were moving managed to drop a dolly of boxes one being fragile. The movers will call in throughout the day relaying all your comments and concerns to Alison even took picture of how they did not pack the storage unit correctly even after multiple times of explanation telling me that they were only capable of moving into homes where you don't use any thinking and because of their remedial English. I was offered 3 guys during the initial reservation but only 2 movers showed. Their rates are high for the lack od service available. read more

Moises and his associate were very professional and VERY helpful! They did a great job of moving our big heavy items out of our third story apartment, they were careful and efficient with everything.
