I have used Omar's services on several occasions for house moves and furniture delivery. He is always professional, courteous, timely, and does a great job at a very fair price. He is very honest and straightforward. Just this week, I had to cancel a furniture move appointment I had made, and Omar immediately refunded my deposit. I highly recommend his business for all your moving and delivery needs. Apparently, he also does hauling too I recently learned. read more

Every other moving company gave us extremely high quotes even though we had a small moving job . Omar gave us a great price , was on time , moved our furniture safely and quickly . Highly recommend and will be using again in future . read more

This was our first time hiring a mover (feeling our age) and we just wanted help with the really heavy stuff. We were paying by the hour and I have to say, Omar and his helper didn't waste a minute. They were careful enough, but would just pick up and carry things (like a big cast iron bathtub) that I couldn't believe. Even the ten mile drive to our new place, they were right behind me, booking it! As I recall, the rates were definitely lower than the other two places I called. They even got our washer and dryer up some stairs and into a tight little area. I was very happy I'd hired Omar. read more

Second time I've hired Omar's Delivery. He and crew moved everything in less than 2 hours and were careful with protective padding. They set up my bed and computer varidesk. Our original schedule on Friday was rained out but Omar contacted me in timely fashion and showed up punctually on Saturday morning to follow-thru. I will definitely hire him again if I need something picked up or delivered. His hourly rates are less than other services I researched. read more

Update: I used Omar's services again, this time moving from a cozy two-bedroom in the country to a house in the suburbs. Omar and his helper provided the same great service that they always have. They are quick and take care of my stuff. I hope this is my last move, but if I ever move again, I would certainly call Omar. read more

We were moving from San Francisco to Sonoma County and had sooo much stuff to haul up there and we unexpectedly needed a third moving van full of belongings to take up there. On short notice we called Omar (because of the excellent reviews on Yelp) and he was ready to go! So pleasant to deal with and replied very quickly. He and his helper were so cool to work with--willing to go the extra mile, and very efficient. Top-notch all around. Because it was going to take longer for us to get up there, we gave him the key to our garage and they unloaded everything on their own and dropped the key in the mailbox. So reliable and trustworthy. Great price too. You can't go wrong with Omar's Delivery. read more

Omar was very responsive and was able to transport our furniture from Healdsburg to San Jose. He completed this task promptly and in the middle of a bad rainstorm. The furniture was well protected and arrived just fine. I would hire Omar again anytime I need moving done. read more

I called Omar on recommendation of Re-Store, with a rather last minute request to move a heavy lounge chair. He got back to me right away and kindly put me into his schedule so my mother could have the chair waiting on the day she moved in. He was right on time and communicated all the way. I'd highly recommend and will use him in the future. read more

I called Omar who answered the phone on a Sunday & explained I needed him to pick up a a twin sleeper loveseat at my home in Santa Rosa & take to my friends house in Fairfield and bring back from her house a bar (heavy) w/2 stools. He quoted me a very reasonable price and said he could do it on Thursday. Omar & his helper showed up on time, were very professional & friendly. I told him I haven't been able to open the sleeper part and he said it probably was zip-tied if it had never been used before. Sure enough, when he got it to my friend's house, he found the zip-tie and freed it. My friend was delighted! The bar was returned to my house in perfect condition. I highly recommend Omar! read more

We hired Omar to move some living room furniture. He did an excellent job, was on time, and very professional. Highly recommend!

For exceeded my expectations!! Would highly recommend. They were able to accommodate a same day delivery request of 3 pallets. The driver was very responsive during the quoting process and showed up in the time frame he specified. The delivery to our customer went well, they said he was friendly and completed the delivery & breakdown of pallets smoothly. The truck was clean and looked very professional. I would not hesitate to use Omar's Delivery in the future for personal or professional services. read more

Omar was great. He responded quickly, was able to do the move the next day and kept us informed of timing. His pricing was very reasonable-everyone else was way crazy out of bounds for what we needed. If we ever need anything else moved, this is who I would call. Thank you Omar!!!! read more

I am very impressed by the service offered from Omar Perez and company! Not only did we negotiated a good price, but Omar made sure everything was completed within the expected timeframe (finished in less than 2 hours!) They were very careful in loading and moving our furniture and even helped disassemble our large dining table free of charge. They are our go-to delivery men and we will use them again! read more

Omar is a moving star! I purchased a hot tub from Costco and they deliver it directly to your driveway. I called Omar to see if he could move it to my backyard. He responded within a short period of time. He showed up the same day and gave me a reasonable quote. The hot tub was 7 feet by 7 feet and 800 pounds. He showed up with his team the next day and they moved the hot tub through a sloped yard with some tricky turns. I am grateful that I found him for this job. FYI- these photos were taken pre-Covid. read more

I needed some very large bookcases moved and couldn't organize friends to do it. Omar responded very quickly with a quote that was extremely reasonable. He was also able to do the pickup the next day. Unfortunately, the people I was getting them from had not disassembled them (they were built in) as they had originally said they would. Omar was very pleasant about the unnecessary trip. Another workman took the bookcases down the next day. Omar was unable to pick them up that day, but was very accommodating about rearranging his schedule to do the job quickly. He and his helper were very efficient at getting the bookcases in and moving the furniture in the room to accommodate them. Once the bookcases were in, Omar agreed to move some furniture that wasn't where I wanted it. He was very patient, never showing irritation at what was a frustrating job. I can't recommend him highly enough. read more

Seriously amazing! Omar came through last minute for a long distance move. he was incredibly quick and professional, his cost was less than I was quoted by other moving companies in the area. His costs were also simple, just flat hourly fee. he and his mover were on time and quick, clearly drove straight to my new home. He took good care of my items and even put the items I was most worried about up from with him. Both Omar and his assistant (I'm spacing out and blanking on his name) were super kind, respectful and hard working. ) Wonderful experience with this company, I could not recommend them enough. read more

This is the second time we have used Omar for a local move in three years. Our home has awkward access especially to the second floor. On both occasions, Omar has dealt with the access without complaint and has moved heavy furniture and appliances without any damage. He is unfailingly courteous, and his pricing is much fairer than his competitors. We highly recommend using him. read more

When I asked him to spot me while loading the pallets with the forklift he was right there giving excellent direction. Delivery was quick and handled well. Excellent service at a very reasonable price. We had to move our furniture from Santa Rosa to Berkeley. We were worried that it was going to be a lot of hassle and cost us a lot. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! Needed a couch and a dresser moved from a storage unit to a house. Omar arranged it within 12 hours of receiving request. He was there early, he was quick, polite, we had it done within the hour. No minimum 4 hour situation, he quoted a very affordable and reasonable fee for the work involved. Moving a couple of things 10 miles down the road shouldn't cost $300+, this guy honours that. Thank you Omar! read more

WoW! Can't say enough good about Omar. He delivers on every level! And Then Some... Would recommend him to any and all.

Needed help to transport 2 extremely heavy items I had planned to buy at Costco as I didn't have a van or truck. I had originally contacted another company that was non-responsive so after checking Yelp and finding Omar Perez Delivery, I was able to speak to the owner directly. He was very helpful and told me he had an opening the next day so were able to arrange transport. I was not expecting them to go inside Costco as I made the purchase, but they did and pretty much took care of all of the handling from our first step into the store to having it delivered to my house. Really appreciate that he was flexible about it. Will definitely hire again. read more

We had Omar deliver a refrigerator we purchased at Habitat Restore to our new home. Once inside the house, it turned out the refrig would not fit through an interior door -- our error. Omar helped us move locally in Santa Rosa from a 3rd story apartment complex. He was communicative, perfectly on time, and got to moving immediately. Him and his colleague were the friendliest people, helped us pack extra things into his truck, and were very respectful of all of our furniture, with everything moved to its exact place. No damage to either the furniture near the old or new place. He was faster and by far the best rate compared to all other movers we contacted. Don't think, just book him. Recommended by a friend and we're still amazed about how good of an experience that was and will be contacting him for all other moving needs. read more

Omar Perez and crew moved my belongings quickly, carefully and even cheerfully! Great communication prior to the move too. I would recommend Omar without any hesitation. read more

I highly recommend Omar Perez Delivery. I made a small, local move (about 10 miles) and received some outrageously expensive quotes for a small 1 bedroom, some as high as $1,100! After submitting my request for a quote, Omar was highly responsive to all emails. Truly always received a response in less than 30 minutes. He came to see my place in order to provide an accurate estimate. On time. Professional, courteous. The day of the move, he & his colleague Roberto arrived on time, worked diligently, and had me moved in less than 2 hours. And it was nearly 100 degrees outside! The actual cost was $275 because Omar has no minimum number of hours, like many others do. Fair. Responsible. Responsive. And a good sense of humor. Highly recommend! read more
