EJM solutions was hired at my organization to provide IT solutions, and act as an external change agent. The lead consultant and owner became our interim IT director for a few years.
I will provide an idea of how our IT department and organization developed by leaps and bounds while EJM was working for us.
Before:
Before EJM was hired, our email system was old and crippled, our main database had crashed and data was lost, the end users did not have adequate tech support, our desktop solutions were in shambles, training was limited, and there was little direction from the IT leadership.
After:
Once EJM came on board, the first thing they did was bring the database back on line and setup a functional environment with more reliability, performance, and redundancy. The old email system was replaced with latest Microsoft Exchange, all the bells and whistles were installed, along with portable device access. Communication at my organization is no longer a pain. EJM took control of our help desk, and desktop support team, increasing efficiency, and helping us to work smarter...not harder. Other issues were addressed, such as network security, virus control, office solutions, training, and printing was a big improvement as well.
