I arrived about two hours later, but my order still wasn't ready. I waited at the front counter for another 15 minutes before someone finally came to help. Then, without any prior notification, I was told that my order had been canceled. Meanwhile, the money had already been taken from my account. I spoke with the manager, but she showed no concern and offered no helpful solution. If Ace cannot fulfill an order, the customer should be notified immediately--not left waiting at the store. After this experience, I cannot trust http://AceHardware.com for online pickup orders.

EXCELLENT SERVICE We…read morewould like to let people know how great Michal Osher and the team were at German Kitchen Center in Seattle. Michal was excellent at keeping us informed, making changes when needed, and showing seasoned professionalism. The finished Leicht product is amazing and perfectly fulfills the kitchen we imagined. Working through the Covid related shipping problems was really frustrating but Michal did everything humanly possible to keep things moving forward. We were always updated when she heard any news at all. We highly recommend her and German Kitchen Center to anyone wanting to design and purchase new kitchen cabinets. Both projects were completed on schedule, with daily communication regarding any issues that arose. As with any demolition or construction work, unexpected challenges occurred, but the team was proactive in addressing them and transparent about any necessary adjustments to the original estimate. When finalizing the bathroom remodels and the ADU, Jeff demonstrated exceptional attention to detail--often exceeding my own standards. If something did not meet his expectations, he ensured his crew returned to make it right. I have complete trust in Jeff and his team and would not hesitate to recommend or hire them again.

For the most part, we have had good service from adding a new line, inquiring about the new deals with phone upgrades, and solving more complex questions around ownership of family plans (there is only one authorized phone number to validate changes, but there can be co-owners to the plan to make online changes). The last was a heck of a puzzle to solve. We didn't always get a clear answer immediately, but they do try. Lastly, we come in for the Tuesday free swags. They are always very chill about these giveaways and don't make it cringy for these free pickups. Most recently, we got a clear bag for stadium use. Woot!

Came back for them to tell me to come back in ANOTHER month for another deal? I don't understand if they're trying to make me come back when they can get more commission for a sale or what. Your new way of purchasing phones & having to order through your own Phone even though You're in store buying is insane. Left without a phone & on to the Kenmore store because I will never be returning. Crappy workers. ,crappy attitudes, it was ridiculous

Let's be frank, it's a crap time to buy appliances and that's not any appliance store's fault. I…read moredidn't really want to buy appliances now but my dishwasher broke so I set off to see what I could get. I called a few different stores and selection of a decent dishwasher in white was pretty bad. Albert Lee had a Beko for a remarkably good price and it was due to arrive to the warehouse later that week - so my answer was "shut up and take my money." Side note Beko is a newer to America, they're a European appliance manufacturer. Albert Lee is the only dealer around, which seems to be helping supply as they're not spread thin around varied stores. The product reminds me a lot of Bosch, but not months backordered. So that's the good part, the bad part is my dishwasher ran a week late, though that's not Albert Lee's fault. I do wish however they had better systems to track/notify buyers of arrivals, delays, etc to save wasting time calling. In the end I got my dishwasher, it's great, and I'm happy to be done with my week and a half of handwashing.

I purchased a new GE Profile dryer from Albert Lee Appliance on May 30, 2026, for $649 plus…read moredelivery and installation. Albert Lee's contracted installers installed it June 5. During installation, the installer did not know the dryer required a water connection for its steam/sanitize functions. After I asked about the steamer, he retrieved a hose from his truck and installed it. There was no apparent supervision or inspection. On June 7, before the dryer had ever been used, the hose connection failed and sprayed water throughout my second-floor laundry room. Water spread through the laundry room and into the main floor below, including through light fixtures, causing significant water damage and buckling floors. I reported the incident to Albert Lee June 8. Although customer service said the matter was being forwarded to a "team," no one from Albert Lee ever came to my home, inspected the damage, or apologized. Representatives from the installation company instead photographed the damage and questioned whether I had touched the hose. I had never used the dryer or touched the connection. I was also told a different type of hose should have been used. Due to the delay, I contacted my own insurance company. Professional mitigation was required, including removal of drywall and flooring and five days of drying equipment. Mitigation costs exceeded $8,000, and restoration is currently estimated at approximately $30,000. I later contacted Albert Lee myself about replacing the dryer. When they finally delivered a replacement, it was visibly damaged and I refused it. Their installers also initially did not know about the flooding or that my washer needed to be reconnected. One installer apologized, which was the first apology I received. Albert Lee sold me both the appliance and installation and should take responsibility for the contractor it hired. Albert Lee should have taken responsibility, provided a meaningful resolution, and refunded the approximately $700 I paid for the dryer as a good-faith gesture given the $30,000 in resulting property damage and the inadequate response to this incident. Do NOT EVER buy from them.
