I appreciate that I was even able to show him pictures and he was able to provide insight on the types of paint to order as well as how much primer we needed. After using what he suggested so far, we're seeing the quality of the paint and see how the value of paint really reflects in the finished product/close to finished product. I appreciate the welcoming environment that was provided and will be back again for future projects.

Be still my beating heart! .05 star for the highly disinterested staff (multiple over three days!) Let me start this story- went in on a Tuesday early evening found a pink color I liked, grabbed a sample- the little lady who helps was the only one who doesn't deserve a half . Called the next morning to order my paint (cause the color was DELISH)- like at 9:00am. Was told it MIGHT be ready by EOB but they needed 24 hours. I called at EOB a big NOPE ..." it may be ready tomorrow am..." ok. Told me they would call. NOPE. So I called - it's Thursday at 5:10pm. "Oh yeah, it's ready..." Came to get it, and made me wait and wait and wait. Like seriously, WTF. Exactly how long should this really take?! Ugg. I realize that everywhere is short-staffed, I totally do get this, BUT for the staff that is working, answering phones, and generally being in customer service- you might try being a little, just a *smidge* better in the customer service department. Next time, I'm bringing my paint chip somewhere else and having it matched.... High quality products be damned...my time is worth it.

When I come in, I know exactly what color and sheen I want, and they barrage me with questions about what am I painting? Where am I painting it? and basically demand that I change the sheen of my paint to match what their opinion is. I have flatly said, I don't need your help, then they're defensive and insist 'I'm just trying to help you!' It's like if I'm ordering a chicken sandwich at Wendy's, they don't ask me where I'm eating it, and insist I should be ordering the burger, because it's cheaper. FFS. Lowes has my business now.

I paid for my purchase via credit card, nothing seemed wrong, and I walked away with my purchase in hand. However... I got a call from my bank about an unusual charge, so I went into my account, and found HARBOR FREIGHT TOOLS was trying to charge me SHIPPING on a product I already had in my hands!!! I cancelled the bogus charge, but my bank wound up putting a HOLD on my card for further purchases. So my word of advice is.... CHECK YOUR RECEIPTS AND BANK STATEMENTS IF YOU SHOPPED HERE.
