Brandi was extremely rude, and I responded in kind. She didn't like that and continued to make the purchase process a pain in the butt, going to the other register in the middle of my short purchase to help another customer, leaving me at the credit card machine, purposely not pushing the right button so I just stood there and waited. I will NOT do business at this location as long as she works there. The other employee at least asked me if I needed help initially (I didn't) when first looking at paint chips. Also: super unprofessional to have the "employee" room door open, right there next to the counter, with employee's children in there watching tv or whatever they were doing. Very strange. Booking was easy - send an email detailing the work requested and they send a bid (granted, they've done work for us before so that speeds things up.) This week's projects incl. power washing our deck & driveway, a total low-pressure clean up of our composite roof, rinsing the gutters and cleaning the windows and skylights on both stories. Everything looks great! Rodrigo showed up (appropriately masked) promptly on both days, was friendly & thorough, worked safely and with care for our landscaping and did a great clean-up (shovels full of moss from the driveway power washing!) after the work was done. Home maintenance projects are definitely one of those things where you get what you pay for. Go with a cheap fly-by-night operation and you'll get what you pay for. He came to our home on time and did a thorough walk around our home and gave us a detailed bid. For reference we had most of our siding replaced, and the entire outside of our home painted, including front door, gutters, along with some other repairs. I found Jose and crew, to be professional at every turn, I liked that he had a detailed contract and several options for payments. His price was fair after receiving another bid. It is a lot of trust having work done in and around your home, Jose met and exceeded my high expectaions of doing an excellent, and detailed job. He takes pride in his work. Communication was seamless throughout the project, that is important to me, he even answered the phone when I was calling him while at the paint store getting a sample to try a color out. I highly recommend trying colors out on your house before finalizing your choice.
