All but one sales staff were helpful. When I asked, they had assured me they calibrated their paint mixer regularly. About a week later, we went back for more paint then found out after the fact the second order of paint color had gotten lighter. Not happy! Sherwin Williams sells good paint, but their sales staff is not to be trusted with what they tell you when they are sales driven. Do your research and be adamant with what you expect from Sherwin-Williams.

Recently I wanted to touch up some wear spots but couldn't remember the custom colors. I went into the Sherwin-Williams store and got amazing service. They had all my past purchases and was able to mix some samples to compare with at home. I would like to thank Sarah Young who did most of the color matching and spent quite a bit of time making sure it was right. I would also like to than Jonathan Van Halder and Arion Cain for their excellent customer service. They were very friendly and wanted to insure my satisfaction. I highly recommend this store and Sherwin-Williams paint overall.

When I arrived an hour before closing, the person at the desk said he didn't have time and the paint wouldn't be ready until the next afternoon, even though my painter was coming in the morning. He didn't seem apologetic and didn't want to hear about the misinformation I received, nor try to make it right. Nice attitude, Red Beard. My entire home is covered in Rodda paint, but I guess I'll find a new brand.

This is an update even though we have not used this store in years…read more I am still annoyed when I think of the aftermath of what happened years ago when we painted our house. One side had some bubbling in the paint. It looked awful. We called in the manufacturer's rep and he made every excuse in the world. It was too sunny.--No, the paint was applied on an overcast day, with no rain or hot weather. The painter did not know what he was doing--No, he had painted our house twice before and nothing like this happened. The preparation was bad--No, the painter washed down the house and then waited several weeks for it to dry. What the manufacture's rep failed to mention was that the new formulation they were using should not have been used over oil based paint, which they could no longer sell. I had my doubts about the paint when I bought it but they assured me that it would work (not in writing, though). The painter came back and fixed the problem, but I can no longer recommend Benjamin Moore paint, and certainly not this store, unless they have changed management. I like Behr interior paint from Home Depot so next time maybe we will try Behr.

Staff actually know where things are, the aisles are organized like someone cares, and you don't spend half your visit wandering around hoping to find a single employee. The variety is impressive for a store this size, especially in the garden and home‑repair sections. It's the kind of place where you walk in for one item and walk out with five because you suddenly remembered three projects you've been putting off.
