I trusted him and I am now 20K in a hole and less than 3k in materials. He claimed some of the materials were delivered to his home address by accident and others he brought with him were only partial. He has not refunded my deposit of the work he has not performed. He can not provide the receipts or invoices of the materials he claims he bought (14K+ in materials and over 6+ in labor }. He is now gone and only 20% of work is done. The carpentry work he performed will have to be redone since does not meet code. he has poor carpentry skills and painting skills and has a thirst for money. he will blame everything else including you but not himself. I tried look him up on L&I and can not find his business or his names listed anywhere to verify his business. He will not issue his contractor number and the vehicle he drove had dealer plates appears to be a new vehicle recently purchased . I failed on my part since i should have had a written agreement/contract before work was started. He is a smooth talker, talks big and will get you convinced that he is legit and has operated and run millions dollar projects. he will show photos to convince you. He is a pathological liar and will take advantage of you. I have proof of all the money i sent him on Cash app and venom plus cash withdrawals i made. I have the photos of the work he performed. now all that work will have to be re done. This Man needs to be stopped. When I confronted him He will get very aggressive and defensive throwing insults and shifting blame on you. I wish i had read that previous review earlier. I am very disappointed and defeated.
