Cannot emphasize enough how unpleasant my experience was today at this location with BRANDI. The…read moreattitude and complete lack of customer service was impressive. All I wanted to do was buy a peel paint sample from the floor, but she was too busy to even find out what I needed. I waited for at least 5-10 minutes while she worked on orders in the back. That's fine, but what I didn't expect was the immediate attitude when I asked if I could buy my paint sticker real quick. She had to then explain that she's so busy with other orders. Brandi was extremely rude, and I responded in kind. She didn't like that and continued to make the purchase process a pain in the butt, going to the other register in the middle of my short purchase to help another customer, leaving me at the credit card machine, purposely not pushing the right button so I just stood there and waited. I will NOT do business at this location as long as she works there. The other employee at least asked me if I needed help initially (I didn't) when first looking at paint chips. Also: super unprofessional to have the "employee" room door open, right there next to the counter, with employee's children in there watching tv or whatever they were doing. Very strange. At least close the door!

**Above and Beyond Contractor who does what he promises to do at a fair price**…read more Jose was quick to answer my request for a bid to paint the exterior of our home. He came to our home on time and did a thorough walk around our home and gave us a detailed bid. For reference we had most of our siding replaced, and the entire outside of our home painted, including front door, gutters, along with some other repairs. I found Jose and crew, to be professional at every turn, I liked that he had a detailed contract and several options for payments. His price was fair after receiving another bid. It is a lot of trust having work done in and around your home, Jose met and exceeded my high expectaions of doing an excellent, and detailed job. He takes pride in his work. Communication was seamless throughout the project, that is important to me, he even answered the phone when I was calling him while at the paint store getting a sample to try a color out. I highly recommend trying colors out on your house before finalizing your choice. Jose is generous with his knowledge, he showed me how to take apart light fixtures in order to clean the glass and spray paint them, They look brand new and saved us $ He even shared his recommended spray paint with me. I will use him again without hesitation. K & S Wright Gig Harbor WA

Online it said they were in aisle 57 and 42 chairs in stock so once i arrived i saw a young lady at the front by the entrance im assuming customer service she had black hair i didn't get her name. I asked her if she could point me to the direction where the chairs are and all she did was point to the right of the entrance and said that's all they have there & she wasn't sure if they had "camping chairs". She didn't even bother to ask any of her fellow coworkers or even help look them up, looked like she was busy on her phone. So i went ahead and just looked for someone else to help me find the aisle which was an older man and looked for the chairs myself which happened to be in the gardening area as he said & at the end of aisle 57 they had PLENTY of chairs just as advertised online. I wouldn't of cared to write a review but the young lady in the front clearly doesn't know about working in customer service.
