Lowe's gets the job done just fine! My trips in this store are very uneventful, just the way I like them! I usually know where to find what I need, though when I need help it's usually pretty easy to find someone and I've never been treated like I don't belong. I recently bought a new washer & dryer from them and have no complaints. The delivery was scheduled very quickly (which is good because I wasn't buying new machines for fun!); the guys showed up on time, took care to install everything correctly and to not scratch anything, and took the old ones away.

When I first walk into the store I wasn't sure if the place was even open because not a single salesperson was in sight. I was in the store for what felt like five minutes before a salesperson came from behind the shelves in the back of the store to greet me or asked how she could help me. I found the salesperson to be rude and condescending when talking to me about my project and what all I would need for my house painting needs. The manager is just as rude and lazy as the salespeople that we're all sitting in the back of the store behind the shelves. I will never shop at the Mallory paint store Federal Way location again.
