Food is ok! Wait time for a burger and chicken tenders 19 minutes. Pretty slow service! I would rather go to Farm burger in San Anselmo . Faster service and cozier environment. read more

Gott's Roadside - American Near Me - Greenbrae, California

Last night when I & a friend ate here, I had their 2 Baja Fish Tacos. The menu said the fish was "fresh mahi mahi, beer-battered & fried crisp." However, I'm guessing they buy them already battered, or do it at a central location, because they were like armor-coated, & the fish was dry. On a positive note, I had several of the fries my friend had w/his cheeseburger, & they were good. read more

Ordered a rare hamburger. It was burned, dry and tasteless. Their salads looked pretty good

What a great addition to the neighborhood! I have always loved Gott's - so I am very excited to see them locate closer to home. I'm thinking the Texas Avocado Burger is the next one I want to try! Super friendly staff! They did an amazing job making over the old Chevy's / Wipeout location with the beer & wine bar towards the back. We are looking forward to visiting often! read more

This is the best fast organic food EVER!! Everyone needs to come here ASAP!! We got sweet potato fries that were spicy with cajon seasoning and garlic fries that were to die for. I got the desear salad that had mary's organic chicken and kale. My husband got the california burger and he said it was juicy and sweet. I got some rose also and it was from France so I know it was good quality. The atmosphere is so fun with kids and great for families!! read more

The food is really good and the service is the best! It will be great if they have Heinz Ketchup.Thank you Zack!!!

Always good. Consistent quality. Nice selection to please entire family. Parking can be tough

Whenever visiting a newly opened restaurant in Marin, one would almost always expect to receive service from a staff that is unorganized, untrained, and in total disarray. So when I ordered a hamburger, but was given a Green Chile Burger, I wasn't shocked. I was however shocked by the efficient, swift, and outstanding customer service by one of their employees: I think his name was Alejandro. Although he was brand new (as were all the employees) he maintained a presence of professionalism and went out of his way to correct my order; even though he was busy working the front counter meeting the needs of every single new customer. I tip my hat to Alejandro, and hope that no recruiters receive his impeccable personable skills, because Gott's will be out of an exceptional staff member and future leader. read more

Disappointing food and pricey. Baha fish tacos don't measure up to other places nearby that charge half as much. Husband had shrimp tacos and only got 6 little bay shrimp on a pile of slaw. Slow, pricey and not tasty. Why do people come here? Call me mystified. read more

Burger and onion rings were good, service was alright, but fast. Wish they had alternative milk, milkshakes.

The food is good but the service is bloody awful if the restaurant opens any time soon they need so much help a few tables outside and yet they can not get that right read more

We ordered food from Gott's via Door Dash at approximately 5:30pm with an expected arrival time of 6:30pm. We checked the app around 6:30pm which said the dasher was in the parking lot, which is where he stayed for over an hour. We finally got our food around 8:00pm from Door Dash, cold, dry and missing items. We contacted Door Dash who was not very helpful and could not explain why the dasher was MIA for so long. Knowing the restaurant was about to close, we decided at a long shot to contact them directly and explain the mess up. They told us that the dasher had picked up our food at 6:15pm and they understood why it was cold. The lady on the phone was SO NICE and UNDERSTANDING and told us if we could get there ASAP, they would remake the food for free. We headed over and the staff was so friendly and so apologetic, although the error was never on their end. Will absolutely order from them again. NOT TO MENTION THE FOOD WAS AMAZING!! read more

Gott's has landed! I've also gone out of my way to go to Gott's in Saint Helena as well as the Ferry Building in San Francisco. I don't think it's possible for Gott's to make a burger or any food for that matter that doesn't taste amazing. Highly recommend ahi sandwich! read more

I don't know what I was expecting. I think from all the hype - a mind blowing burger - it was just fine. The place was packed to the gills and they got our order wrong twice. But the ranch seems to be homemade which was cool and they have a nice selection of adult beverages to choose from. The best thing I had was the garlic fries and those were also just alright. read more

I've tried Gotts burgers at least 5 times, the first time was good, every time since the buns are cold and the burgers lukewarm. The telephone order takers must laugh when we tell them we want our burgers well done, they are obviously assembly line burgers cooked to one lukewarm temperature with a cold bun. read more

I used to like Gott's Roadside but now that they have the Impossible Burger it's even better. Really clean bathroom. If they could have WiFi that would be better. I know there is the WiFi from the place next by but it doesn't really work well. read more

The food is generally really good if you can manage to get it. This location has a terrible problem with their timing though. Ordered takeout on the phone- they told me it would be ready in 12 minutes. It took 45. Don't waste my time, Gott's Greenbrae. read more

I've eaten here about 5-6 times. There is a large selection of burgers and other foods. I've tried the ahi poke tacos, ahi burger and 3 other burgers. Everything I've tried looks really tasty, but everything taste pretty average. Pretty overpriced. The facility itself is great though. A ton of seating, indoor and outdoor. Has really really long tables in the middle too, if you have a big group. Good place for families. Has a bar with a good selection of beer on tap. read more

had the ahi sandwich and fried chicken sandwich and both were GREAT! Good flavor and very fresh ingredients. Kids at the to-go counter were super sweet ! Very casual vibe, families and all ages hanging out. Cool place, tasty food, good prices. read more

I placed an order online for pick up. I received everything but the sparkling water. Tried calling several times. It's either a busy line, or when I finally get the ring tone, no pick up. And then when I actually get an answer, I immediately get placed on hold without a human even telling me so....I was on "hold" for 10mins with no answer so now I'm yelping!!!! Lost one star because they forgot my soda, big deal when you're prego...lost another when you didn't answer...oh and food was cold even when I arrived on time. read more

I have eaten @ & loved Gott's for many years at the ferry bldg. our burgers, onion rings & shakes were very tasty, but burgers were over salted & the entire order was cold, except for the shake Cameroon temp. I realize I used door dash & I will give them feedback read more

I've been to all of the Gott's Burger joints. This is the best one. It's by far the biggest location and it's much more spacious. The food as always is good ! My favorites would be the Ahi burger, the cheese burger and onion Rings. They make good milkshakes too - chocolate is best. read more

Had a great California Chicken sandwich to go. Good piece of chicken, cooked just right. Order was ready right on time even during a busy Friday night. I like basic food and appreciate the option to order online and customize things. Prices are reasonable. One thing they should add online is what temp you like your burger cooked. Didn't see an option to add that for someone else I was ordering for. Nice space inside too. read more

Super slow service! We were the only ones in line. 39 min for a cup of chili! Maybe they hand pick the beans and presoak them

This is my second review of Gott's Roadside at Bon Air Shopping Center in Greenbrae. Last night was a delight. They have a limited time Oktoberfest menu (9/18 - 10/3/21), serving Niman Ranch bratwurst topped with Sonoma Brinery sauerkraut, pickled onions, pickles and mustard on a toasted split top bun for $10.99. It was delicious and the best thing I've ever had there. Also for a limited time they've got Pliny the Elder IPA ($10/pint), which was a nice pairing with the bratwurst. Get it while it lasts! read more

Ate here one weekend. The food took forever, and when it finally came I was disappointed. The burger was really burned, and the fries were soggy. Definitely not worth the wait/price. read more

I tried this place for the first time and I definitely will not be back. I had the impossible burger with beer battered onion rings, The burger was salty, the onion rings were just ok. My sauces on the side were the secret sauce and the ranch, the secret sauce is bomb but the ranch was lacking flavor, it tasted like parsley. read more

Four diners, slow night. Cold food took forever to get. We waited over 20 minutes for a chili cheese dog, grilled cheese sandwich and onion rings. The pile of napkins was 8" high. The manager Zac came out to refund our food, which is awesome but managing means being there to stop problems from happening not refunding money to customers who leave hungry and unhappy and leave your company without those funds. A good manager stops potential problems before they become problems read more

Burgers are great, love the Texan burger most. Garlic fries are great too. Service is fine unlike some people's complaints.

When I arrived at this big, beautiful, clean restaurant the place was virtually empty, it's very clean and the food is good however customer service is terrible a worker handed me my order like I was an inconvenience and the wait is atrocious two plain hotdogs 27 minutes! ridiculous I counted 4 other people in this giant restaurant and there's a whole army of cooks back there super frustrating come if you want good food but don't expect to leave quickly. read more

First time 2 weeks ago. Nice atmosphere. Burger just average. Good shake and fries. A LOT of kids and families. Played good music.

This may be Marin's ideal family restaurant. Tonight the Bon Air Center "roadside" cafe was packed with kids, patient parents and happy grandparents. Despite the line it was a happy crowd. What's not to like? A decent wine/beer bar for adults, first rate hamburgers and fries and really good shakes ( try the Black & White shake, is one of the best I've had anywhere.) and a clean subtlety sophisticated design. The only suggestion I'd offer: Gott's needs more people at the counter to take orders which would greatly reduce the wait. read more

Every time I've visited here, this place is busy, busy, busy and there's good reason why. It's delicious! The burgers are big and juicy with great flavors and the onion rings are my favorite. They have season or monthly specials too, which can be a nice surprise. I recently tried the chicken schnitzel sandwich and loved it. I did try their butterscotch dipped soft serve and it was lackluster. The vanilla soft serve itself was decent, nothing special, but the dip had a weird taste to it. Almost cardboard tasting. Other than that, everything has been great and even though their busy, the staff has always been friendly and helpful. read more

A nice community joint, it's a nice place for me to eat at a bar nearby. The food is very good.

Can't go wrong with their burgers. They cook them just right so the meat is a little pink inside and juicy. That's the way like them. Fries are also good and so are the shakes. The beer /wine list is also great with a lot of choices. This place is pretty awesome for large groups too -there is a ton of room inside. Would recommend it if you want a good burger in Marin. read more

I'm sorry I don't have a picture of the food it was so good I dug right in and didn't have a chance to take a picture. Ordered a green chili burger and some garlic fries and the food is great as always, but I'd like to comment on the amazing customer service received from all the staff especially the manager Nancy. Regardless of how busy and hectic it was she's very welcoming, respectful and has a great attitude. I'd recommend this place to anyone looking for a delicious burger and excellent customer service. 5/5. read more

Pretty tasty food served in a brightly lit cafeteria style environment. Good beer menu. But with fries coming separately, it's hard to get out of there for less than $18 a person. We had 2 adults and 4 kids and spent $126 - def more than I expected. Also the place is so big and brightly lit that it feels less like a place I'd like to have dinner in and more like a place where I'd like to play indoor soccer. All of that said, it's probably a place I'd go 4-6 times a year. read more
