They alerted me to things I should do very soon, ie. an oil change and tire nail fix. Luckily I knew about those things and already had an appointment at a tire store the next day, but it's nice to know they do a general quick inspection to make sure things are good. When I got back for the pickup the mechanic was test driving the vehicle, also a sign of a good mechanic shop. The bill was exactly what I was quoted and I was happy with the price. I feel like it was a good value for getting done what I could not do myself. I think some of us, like myself, have a mechanic friend, but I chose to go here because I wanted it done right and I trust they do it right. The car i took in for service was a family van and we need it to work right and to be reliable. I don't know if everyone feels like I do that these days you always have to fight to get things done right or be prepared for something wrong or to cost extra or whatever but this was simple. Tell them what I need done, drop it off, pay for it and pick it up. I was pleasantly surprised there were no hickups.

My Lamborghini developed a problem at the worst possible time, and Joe immediately stepped in and handled the repair with the urgency, precision, and composure of a professional racing team. It was genuinely like a pit stop: fast, efficient, expertly executed, and without unnecessary delays or excuses. Having competed as a race driver and international rallies, I know what real mechanical competence under pressure looks like. Joe has it. He is knowledgeable, resourceful, meticulous, and completely focused on solving the problem correctly while respecting both the automobile and the owner's time. Joe did not simply repair my Lamborghini--he saved my Car Week. Classic Coach Works has earned my highest possible recommendation. Five stars, without hesitation.

I had an 8:00 AM appointment with Classic Coachworks for my vehicle. I arrived on time, but the…read moreshop was not yet open, so I drove around a few times waiting. I briefly stopped in the small parking area next to the shop with my door open specifically to show I was not parking there permanently and intended to move immediately. There was even a police vehicle parked there at the time. I waved to Joe through the window, and he waved back. I then returned to my car to move it and continue looping until I could bring the car in properly. As I was pulling out, Joe suddenly came outside yelling that my appointment was cancelled because I had stopped in that parking area. He told me to "go somewhere else" and refused service on the spot. What disappointed me most was not the cancellation itself, but the way it was handled. I know Joe personally and expected at least a respectful conversation instead of being shouted at publicly. I understand businesses have rules regarding parking and access, especially around specialty vehicles. But professionalism and communication matter. Customers should not feel humiliated over a misunderstanding that lasted only moments and was already being corrected. Thankfully, I went to another shop afterward and received excellent service and respectful treatment. My advice to others: understand that this shop appears to operate entirely based on the owner's personal discretion and mood at the moment. Your experience may depend heavily on that.

I then had to spend over $1,000 with another mechanic to repair the issue that appeared after the service. My current mechanic even attempted to contact him directly to discuss what was found, but received no response. Ironically, the owner had been available by phone just minutes earlier when I initially called to explain the situation with my car. Very disappointing experience. I expected professionalism and accountability, especially when costly issues arise immediately after service.

I haven't been to this in years as I've moved away, but I think about my experience here often,…read moreespecially when comparing the service here to other shops I've been to in various parts of the US. Recently doing some maintenance myself on my car has compelled me to write a review for a service I had completed about 5 years ago because it was such a good value. I had my 2010 Malibu in for a full fluids service and repair of some front end suspension components that a Chevy dealership couldn't even properly diagnose/fix. I did a recent fluid service on the same car on my own and for what I paid here I'd just as soon let them do it. An extremely fair price for the service provided. What takes me a day to do took them a quarter of the time and cost about the same as what it cost me to do it myself considering parts, fluids, and tool purchases. All this is to say, this is easily the best shop I've encountered in any city I've lived in (I'm military so I've moved a lot). If I'm ever back in the area, this is the place for me.

Nathan accepted my vehicle, communicated clearly throughout the process, finished the work on time, and treated me with genuine respect from start to finish. What impressed me most was the level of organization and care: - professional front office management - clear communication - detailed inspection process - clean and professional environment - respectful customer service They performed my Porsche oil service for nearly half of what I was previously quoted elsewhere, without sacrificing quality. They also completed a thorough inspection report covering the vehicle bumper-to-bumper, identified a small oil seep issue, and even pointed out that my tires were older and should be considered for replacement for safety reasons. You can tell this shop genuinely cares about both the vehicle and the customer. Even the small touches stood out -- coffee, hospitality, clear explanations, and follow-up communication. Although they were originally known for Mercedes vehicles, they now service many European brands including Porsche and BMW, and the shop was full of high-end vehicles when I visited. Nathan and the team made me feel welcomed, respected, and informed throughout the entire process. That level of professionalism is rare today.
