I've been coming here for a while, and each time I've returned my experience worsened. This last time will be my last time coming here. I called Thursday morning and booked a fill for Friday afternoon. I arrived at my scheduled appointment time and was told to pick a color and have a seat. I had to wait 30 MINUTES past my appointment time before I was seated at a nail station. One lady took off my nail polish and then said another man would come over to do my fill. I had to wait 10 more minutes and then the man came over. He told me he had to help another client first and then he'd be with me. At this point I spoke up and said that I had been waiting 40 MINUTES past my appointment time. He apologized and said he'd be quick with the other client. Another lady working there then told me that I had scheduled my appointment for Thursday and that's why no one was available for me. I said "No, I called Thursday and scheduled my appointment for Friday." and she told me "Well whoever took the call scheduled you for Thursday, and so we were waiting for you yesterday." That is unbelievable! This is when I stood up to leave. The lady told me they were just a little behind so they would be with me in a few minutes. I wasn't looking to wait a "few minutes" so I left. 5 out of 5 stars. The workers here are so nice and accommodating. They provided FREE drinks, coffee, and some snacks and candies. Lynn is the bomb dot com. She is in demand so I suggest booking appointments with her. She also does my bi-weekly wax! The place is always cute and decorated which gives it a nice overall vibe. Appliances and store is freshly remodeled so it gives off a luxury spa day. P.S check out the bathroom!! I've never seen another salon like it!! read more

Pros: Nail polish lasted almost a full week without chipping. Staff is friendly. They stayed past closing time to finish my mani-pedi and did not rush. Cons: I had the tell the guy "No!" to gel nail polish at least 3 times. He kept trying to push it on me which was VERY annoying and awkward. He told me regular nail polish would chip in a day or two (it didn't!). Massage chair did not work well and was very loud. The nail polish was applied very thick and was bubbly, streaky, and uneven in several places. The atmosphere isn't great. Could use an update. read more

I went here for the first time tonight and I am hooked! I had Victor and he was so friendly. My nails look amazing! The shop is clean and it barely has any chemical smell. I will recommend this place to anyone and everyone! read more

This is the worst nail salon ever. Finished getting nails done @ 8pm on saturday by 2 om sunday polish coming off acrylics. Didnt do anything but take a shower. Bubbles in my nails also. Got nails redone sat 2 pm sunday at 6 pm did dishes and polish coming off again. Toenails had bubbles in them also. My daughter got acrylics 3 popped off on monday after getting them on Saturday night. Only gave refund $10 for gel polish. Rip off dont know how they stay in business! read more

HORRIBLE!!! They have no idea what they are doing! I asked for a full set of gel nails, and what I got was fat, thick acrylic nails with gel powder. Gel is supposed to be thin, natural looking and cured under a UV light. Mine are none of the above! No UV light was used to cure the gel and it took over an hour for the guy to finish. It was an all around bad experience and I will never go back! read more

I have been going here for 8+ years now. I found them on a whim. They do a great job on my nails and my toes! I wouldn't be a repeat customer for this long if the service and quality were bad. Without an appointment be prepared to wait a while, calling ahead is the best bet! read more

They totally messed up the nails on one of my hands and then had a really bad attitude when the time came to fix it. To their credit they did redo the nails properly but it caused at least one hour of time I will never get back... Go to Kim, no one else if you are smart! read more

I had a horrible time here. The woman manager was VERY loud and disrespectful to a girlfriend of mine that came in just to get a polish color on her toes and hands for a baby shower. This woman yelled aggressively at my friend because she did not understand what specifically my friend had been asking for as far as her nails were concerned. She had only wanted for her toes to be filed down and rounded out on the corners, instead of squared at the corners. On top of this, she took 2 other women before my friend, as well as then telling my friend that she could now no longer paint her finger nails because another client of hers had walked in. I am currently a nail tech at The Temple, and that is no professional behavior! This manager could have told her client she would be with her in a moment and, to pick a color, after she finished up with my friend. Anything could have been said or done to provide better customer experiences he it was NOT. I was completely unhappy with my nails, that continuously got interrupted because my male nail technician had to get up and speak with the manager that had been yelling and aggressive with my friend. I would not recommend this place if you're in a hurry/ on a time restriction. read more

Everyone (from workers to customers) was so friendly, I wish it had been a better experience. The finished pedi looks fine, but it was not relaxing at all. I was cut multiple times when the man was working on my cuticles/dry skin. This makes me so anxious because I worry about the cleanliness of it all. It seems that his tools weren't sharp enough to be going this type of work. He did not ask me any questions about my preferences. He did not remove all of the nail polish, even when I asked him about it he just looked at me and then when back to work. The other people that received pedicures were given actual leg/foot massages, and i barely had lotion applied to my skin. The chair I was in was broken, so didn't allow for a massage, but also couldn't be adjusted back and forth. I am taller than average, and I was rather uncomfortable when ever my feet were out of the tub. To make it easier for him to work on my feet, he propped them up on this pillow/rest thing. At one point, he pushed that into the tub and I was splashed up to my lap in the water. When he had finally finished painting my nails, he left for another customer. More than 40 minutes passed while I was just sitting there because there was no one at the front for me to pay, and no one said anything to me about it. It was only $25, but it wasn't worth it. I won't be returning, which is too bad because it's just around the corner from my house. read more

Please don't go here. I got gel and my nails look horrible. There are bumps and bubbles in the polish, there is color outside of the nail all around the nail in the cuticle area and worse of all parts of my nails that she just completely missed and don't have color. Before the color was applied I had to ask her if she would file my nails so they were even in length, I should have known then. Also they don't clean the equipment and tool properly. I didn't get a pedicure here but I watched them use tools that were not autoclaved or in new packaging. Save your time money and stress. read more
