Twice in less than 2 weeks I dropped off refills that needed to be transferred from another pharmacy. Both times they seemed confused. Both times I had to call 2 days later and they I had no idea what I was talking about. I got very frustrated dealing with the incompetence of this team, I decided to speak to the pharmacist. Bad idea! She was horribly rude and kept talking over me and blaming everyone else. I even caught her in a lie. I let it go the first time. To my horror it happened a week later. Same thing. These medicines were blood pressure and cholesterol. Not something I should be going days without because of this teams incompetence! Teneall was very dismissive of my concerns. I Asked for her bosses name. She wouldn't tell me. Seems as she is hiding something. Will never go there again. I am afraid that there lack of knowledge and incompetence will harm my health.

I asked the pharmacist (Brian) to purchase one and was told he can't give me one unless I buy insulin from them with a RX. I was confused as the state of VA allows purchase over the counter for insulin supplies without an Rx. I felt discriminated against but I kept calm and asked if he would like to see my blood sugar to show that I have an immediate need for help, He turned his back on me and told me I didn't need to prove anything and started to act like I don't exist. I pricked my finger anyway Loudly announced my deadly 422 BG level, still cold shoulder from the whole team. He does not deserve to be a medical professional. He did not provide sound judgement or proper care at all. I proceeded to ask to anyone out of the 4 people in the pharmacy if they can't help me please give me someone I can call or a place to go for help. Completely ignored, I left and ended up in hospital with DKA. Over a 3 dollar syringe that is not against the law to sell. I hope Brian slept well while I was hooked up to IV's all night. Have a good life man! P.S. T1Diabetics, Go to Martin's across the street. I was able to purchase my syringes without an Rx this morning as it should have been last night. CVS was only pharmacy open after 8pm so it was my only option yesterday.

One hour later, at the counter, they were not. When I asked the tech why my text told me they were ready, she said (and I quote) "the text was to tell you they weren't ready yet". I asked her to think carefully about what she said. Her only reply was to mumble that she'd expedite it. They have a uniformly bad reputation amongst physicians in the valley, particularly regarding pain meds. I realize it's a problem topic, but they consistently dragged their feet to fill my mom's opioid Rx that were issued by her hospice doctor/nurse. The delays were massively inconvenient as I needed to ask a neighbor to stay with her while I waited and waited for meds she desperately needed. Walgreens across the street seems to be doing a much better job.

I used this as a rest stop and then ended up grabbing a few items. I ran in and did as fast of a once around in here as I could. I wish I would have been able to find a basket to aide in my shopping, but they didn't seem to have any. I made my way up and down the aisles I needed and found myself lost in the aisles at one point. Being in a different store than what you are used to can add a few minutes onto your short shopping trip. I was literally standing in front of the item I wanted and had to keep rescanning the shelves until it jumped out at me. Once I had all my items it was up front for the self checkouts and be on my way. I wanted to make it as quick of an exit as I could.

This is the only CVS in Warrenton bc they closed down the other one about 5 years ago. It's a shit…read moreshow. The drive through takes anywhere from 10-50 min to get through. The traffic backs up into the street causing cars to be blocked in that are just trying to get down the street. The clerks are sometimes nice, but often not. There is little customer service available at any time. They don't have good hours. You may have waited 30 mins in line, but if it hits lunchtime, they slam the window in your face. You have to have anyone behind you back out so you can do the same. When these issues are brought up with management, you are told that it's company policy. Why don't we all go somewhere else? Because many insurance companies will only participate with CVS pharmacies. You're put over a barrel. I guess you could use the next closest CVS, 30 mins away.

We made an appointment online and came here. The parking lot is big no parking issue and the interior is very clean. Walked up to the pharmacy counter and was greeted by the pharmacy tech who took our info and we waited in the waiting area. It was straight forward in and out. Staff was nice and helpful but the wait time from checking in to getting the vaccine was about 20 minute which was a little long. All in all, it was an ok experience.
