This is probably one of my most favorite asian places. The bonus part is that's it's literally a couple blocks from home. Also down the street from my hubbys office. The food is always made fresh. Hmmm where to start. Upon Entering I was immediately greeted by a warm and friendly staff. The food was AWESOME! I have had some good orange chicken in my day but MAN WAS IT GOOD HERE! GREAT CRAB RANGOON, AWESOME FRIED RICE and Epic Customer service all washed down by a fantastic ice cold glass of Lemonade. The waitress was the cherry on top. The food here was an unenthusiastic average at very best and takeout portions were smaller than average for price in the area. Additionally, another reason for the 1 star is the few times I've ordered as its conveniently near my place, it's been a different price for the same thing. Additionally, they nickel and dime by charging extra for things like hot sauce etc. Also if you choose tofu rather than chicken, beef or shrimp, they charge you an extra!!! I understand charging extra for beef or shrimp as many places do but I've never seen anyplace try charging extra for choosing tofu!?!?. read more

This was my first experience at this restaurant, I have to say the staff was very nice attentive. The food was okay... I ordered beef soup bowl and the beef was chewy. So I ordered a chicken Lo main which was better than the soup with beef. I have this place 4 stars because of my experience with the chewy beef. But the lo main was actually good. read more

This area (the city's Hermosa neighborhood) needs more Asian restaurants. If that were the only goal of posting a review here, I would hold my punches and be more generous with the star ratings. But you who follow these reviews deserve an honest one. I ordered off Googoo's Table's carry-out menu listing of "Stir-fried Noodle," specifically their chicken Chow Fun, which is typically made with broad (about 1-inch-wide) rice noodles. I was jonesing for the crispy edges when those noodles get sautéed. Hope was running high when as I was placing the order, the woman behind the counter corrected me on the pronunciation of the noodle as "fun" instead of "foon" (from Cantonese menus). But the first surprise came when I arrived home with my order and found the noodle used was the much thinner chow mein noodles - a totally different mouth experience! DRAT! So I won't let that disappointment sway my review, but note that there is some miscommunication between the ordering and the kitchen. Luckily, both noodle dishes are the same price. Another surprise, but luckily NOT a disappointment was that included with the vegetable ingredients (sliced carrots and sliced broccoli - the Italian type most Americans know), was a small handful of "Chinese broccoli," which has broad leaves and crisp stalks instead of the florets of the "American" type. This was a nice surprise because both broccolis were well cooked and properly crispy. There was a good amount of garlic flavor to those dark greens too. The menu is nothing that exciting or ground-breaking. But for those used to ordering elsewhere at Chinese or Thai restaurants with similar menus, the prices are about a dollar higher per order. And unlike at some (mainly Cantonese) restaurants, there are no half orders, just the one full-size order. Wisely for a neighborhood that may not be fully versed in Asian dishes by name, the menu has bright and tempting color photos of those items. I plan to visit again. But that next time, I'll make sure of getting what I ordered. read more

At first site I thought Google had entered the noodle business, they picked a good font for their signage so kudos for the font genius. Anyway, this is a quick service, order at the counter kind of place but they do have a nice amount of seating available. I ordered the Singapore shrimp noodles lunch special which was only $6.95 ( and delicious) I don't eat egg rolls ( I know, I know) so they let me sub in the crab Rangoon which I appreciated. This stretch of Armitage has a lot of Mexican and Puerto Rican food so I think this spot could really do well for those of us looking for something else from time to time. read more

Great new family-owned neighborhood noodle joint. The food is authentic and delicious, with fresh ingredients cooked perfectly. They have some of the usual dishes and some stuff you don't see at every pan-Asian (I had the beef lemongrass soup, highly recommended), but all of it is far above average. pretty good for chinese in the area. meat seems more real than any other spot i've tried and vegetables are fresh. only bad thing i have to say is that the egg rolls are pretty thin and fried hard. other then that main course portions are pretty small compared to the rice. read more

Glad I finally tried this place out! The old building was a bit scary, not sure if it was the same Chinese spot then but this place is awesome! New, clean, delicious, friendly!! I've had delivery a couple times never exactly the same quality. Tasty but not consistent.

After seeing the reviews on yelp I decided to give this place a try, so I ordered through UberEATS. It took no time for my food to arrive and I was really excited about it I love Chinese food! I ordered the shrimp egg foo young (my favorite) and was immediately disappointed it was very bland tasting and didn't melt in my mouth like it usually does. I tried to keep my faith as I tried the combination rice I had ordered. That was another bust just from looking at it. The pork seemed as if they had just used diced ham that had just been warmed in the microwave. This experience was truly opening my eyes to the fact that some of these yelpers have broken taste buds and should not be allowed to critique food. I wouldn't waste my money (or anyone else's) eating food from Googoo's table. read more

F****** horrible! Kinda like that generic Chinese food with peas and carrots (I'm allergic to carrots). As soon as the food arrived, it was in the tiny half containers, not a regular container like ALL the other Chinese restaurants. Opened it up pea and carrot fried rice. Ew. Called them right away and told them, we can't eat this here, as I'm allergic and these 2 tiny trays for $40?! You can suck it! After much back and fourth arguing (and threatening to show up with police) because she said I have to bring it back myself, they won't send the driver, she finally agreed to send him back to give me a refund and us give the food back. Overall it's Meh. Ordered Kung Pao beef and Pad Thai. Kung Pao was extremely salty and drowned in sauce and the beef didn't taste like beef. I had to spit out a lot of it..Chinese have a tendency to substitute their beef for rat or dog meat so idk but this did not taste or look like the beef I'm used to. The Pad Thai was better but I ordered it with vegetables. No vegetables were included and they used a different type of noodle that was a very thin vermicelli type noodle instead of the typical flat wide noodle. It tasted ok though. I won't be ordering from them again. read more

Stopped by there for lunch an ordered their egg rolls and a quart of the jumbo shrimp fry rice. The egg rolls were small and wasn't anything special. Their jumbo fry rice was good and I cut the jumbo shrimps in half to make it easier to eat with the rice. I added hot sauce to the fry rice to add some flavor to it. read more

They are friendly but they gave me extra crunchy orange chicken and the friend rice that I ordered was forgotten and I had ordered combination fried rice no veg they gave me beef fried rice the crab ragoon was not all there the only thing that was good was the egg rolls. read more
